• BlackBerry Z10 cannot connect to Exchange via Activesync

  I was happy enough getting my hands on the new BB 10 but I was unable to connect to our Enterprise Server Exchange ActiveSync.  We have had absolutely no problems with the iPhones.

  I was however able to get another employee connected.  When I try to connect using the same parameters as the employee who can connect, I get the error, "there was an unexpected error and the operation has been cancelled".  I created in Exchange to the Test account and am able to connect through this user.

  I was on our 5 BES with my old camera but just removed and still does not work (grasp at straws). Any ideas what would be different in my Exchange account which does not allow my user to work?

  Found the problem and fixed. I can now connect.  I had to check the box "Include the inharitable of the parent of this object permissions" in Active Directory.  It has now been verified.

  I have an outsider free Google business email account which works very well on a lumia 620 with wp8 for messaging push exchange.

  When I try to configure the exchange activesync on the q10 account I get a message saying that the credentials are not valid (everything is valid even if...), or something of the sort may not process your request please try later when I turn off ssl.

  Now BIS happened I really need the facility to push my Google account offers (for my field) but can't seem to make it work!

  He seems to be trying to use the certificate of authentication (SSL) to my email address and not google... what she tells me on the certificate... maybe I need to enter the exchange no username as [email protected], but in a different format?

  Well, I can tell you that I have now integrated into my Z10...

  • 9 free Google @Gmail, all EAS accounts
  • 5 Google accounts @company.com (Google Apps paid subscription), all EAS
  • 1 @hotmail, EAS Outlook.com account
  • 1 Yahoo.com IMAP account

  So, I know with certainty that EA via Google can work on a device BB10. What you call looked like Google Apps, like 5 of my friends, who all work perfectly. However, you also said ' excluded free Google business email account ", which I presume is maybe not the same thing, and perhaps therefore falls into the same category as other free (for example, @Gmail) accounts.

  For free accounts, it was necessary to integrate the device through EAS before a specific cut-off point to receive services of the EAS. After this point, if it was built before that point, it can be integrated to this same device through EAS forever (for example, as a result of a WIPE, OS reload, etc.). But, if the account was not integrated with this specific device before the cut-off point, then EA is not available and never will be... only IMAP will be available, as well as Mac OS x Server and CalDAV.

  I sincerely believe that, based on that KB, who have fallen you into this category... had integrated you via EAS before cutting, you may do so now on the same device. But, if you have not done before cutting, then, you are now limited to IMAP, Mac OS x Server and CalDAV.

  I have an IMAP account running on a Mac OS x server which I can not set up on the device.  I get the unvailable/incorrect log in messages.  It seems the server logs connections are not the camera but the BlackBerry infrastructure.  This account has worked perfectly with my iPhone and Android devices forever.

  I managed to throw of Z-Push to the IMAP server and implemented an ActiveSync account to get the email.  Unfortunately, this has mutilated the appearance of structure of IMAP folder on the device and it is only a partial implementation of the specification for messages sent do not have my name on etc.  For the moment, it's the only way I can actually make my email so I don't really have a choice.  I can't believe that a modern smartphone device has problems connecting to a server IMAP Dovecot.

  Despite something like six or seven years is not tried yesterday, my attempt to replicate this today so I can get the newspapers worked!  I can't that assume being bleeding edge technology, BlackBerry always do things in the background with their infrastructure to get this stuff working.  Now, I have a few questions but post in a new thread.

• BlackBerry Z10 necessary account information

  Every now and then my BlackBerry z10 comes up with the message "your account login information (Yahoo!) - has changed or is incorrect." ' Update your login information and try again "sometimes it is true, most times it is not.

  Any ideas why this happens?

  Then do this...

  Settings > accounts > tap your Yahoo account and tap on delete bottom.

  Restart your Z10 now the power button on top edge in about 20 seconds, until the screen goes black and it starts a restart.

  Go back to settings > accounts and add the yahoo account.

  Also, what is your operating system loaded on your device? From the main screen, drag to the bottom of the black bezel that is superior to the settings > everything... What is the Version of the OS that there are listed?  Once you have upgraded to OS 10.2.1 question will cease (as long as Yahoo has no problem of server).

  This is not a fault BLackberry, when you send an email to the same address, the e-mail appears in the sent and Inbox on the Z10, it also gets sent to the computer.

  Hello! I use BlackBerry Z10 for awhile and often use it to take notes and capture screenshots using the two volume keys. (top right of the phone).
  Usually the screenshot is saved in the images of the individual screen tab. But since I did a cleanup of security in order to overcome the problems of the hanging, the image is recorded on the work tab of my phone and I couldn't share it on fb or WhatsApp. Can someone help me to put the images on the tab (screen) personal

  Try a reboot first. Hold your power button for about 15 seconds, until you see BlackBerry on your screen. Don't release it before despite what may appear on your screen.

  If this solves the problem, you can reset your phone to factory specifications by using the link to BlackBerry. If I remember, once your phone is connected to the link of the button to press link Options is in the upper right and then Reload Software.

  I solved my problem!

  The problem is that I had too many contacts. By going into options (slide down in contacts), I disabled the facebook contacts and now I only have about 250 contacts and messages to open instantly!
