Emails will disappear from the Hub a short while after opening of Outlook 2007 and download the mails on my PC.

  Is there something I can do to keep my emails on the Z10? I've had this account for 20 years and I'd like to keep. I've had an iPhone since 2007, 4 of them to be exact and had no problem with my POP account. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

The names of the people I sent a text message / texting me are still there, but when I open them there is nothing there. Is it normal for a BB? Text messages vanish after a month or two? It is abit annoying to say the least! And if this isn't normal then someone at - it advice and assistance to put this right?

  There is a setting that auto removes once a certain period... default is 3-4 weeks I think.

  It is resolved! I found out that it happened thank you sync. My Hotmail account was incorect numbers for example 4219... instead of + 4219... What is a prefix for the Slovakia + 421, so I was using incorrect numbers on my device. But thank you for your advice.

  I'm having a problem with my z10 and I don't know where to start to work to solve. If a friend sends me a text that is longer than 256 letters will be carried out and continues without problems.

  I got a notification of updated OS today to 10.2.0.429 and updated, it is installed without any problem.   I solved my problem!

  The problem is that I had too many contacts. By going into options (slide down in contacts), I disabled the facebook contacts and now I only have about 250 contacts and messages to open instantly!

  I use voice control on my BlackBerry Z10 to try and send a BBM message to my wife on his BlackBerry Curve 9320. I added him as a BBM contact. But the voice command tells me that his name is not a BBM Contact when I use it. So I'm not able to do.
  I used the voice command to send SMS text message and dial his number and his mail without problem. Is there a compatibility issue? Can I use BBM without voice command to send a message, but also to voice chat.
