  I am the first time the z10 blackberry user & use the services on network of BSNL (MAHARASHTRA) India.
  I am able to use internet for awhile when I swith the cell phone on, but inside a few connection minutes is lost & msg read ischeck network connection & try again & then I don't get the connection. Z10 BlackBerry supports the GPRS of BSNL service provided but I am not able to use internet services please help

• BlackBerry Z10 SOFTWARE PROBLEMS

  I have a Blackberry z10 STL 100-3. I'm heading, that there was an update, so I decided to check for this in the menu settings every time I check what he always says I have update of software of lates which isn't true because I never updated the interface and it looks the same. So I tried to update via Windows Blackberry link and if I check the updates it says also that I have the latest version of Blackberry software. So I decided to check the updated online and I download a thinking that this is the original which turns out is the edition of testers. I tried to put in day or it downgrade to the previous version because this version of testers contains all the features of the real version of the OS and I don't know how we downgrade or update the real new version of OS update. I read online how to go through link to Blackberry, but whenever I connect my phone to my computer it does not show me reload the software. What should I do?

  My advice is to reload the original operating system as released by your carrier. At least so, then assess the situation.   Insofar as the upgrade, this is usually controlled by the carrier. There are exceptions, such as devices without brand sold by the store BlackBerry or Amazon.   Unless your device is one of the exceptions, and you know that your operator has released an update, contact your provider's customer service.

  Hello everyone, my Z10 STL100-4 couldnot combined able to get 100% load. It remains at 97%. I tried to load in light them up and trun off modes, but could not able to get 100% load. Earlier, it shows full charge, but today, I noticed the point mentioned above. Where as virtual expert blackberry (BBVE) battery is displayed as healthy. Please guide me what to do aur how to solve this problem.

  1. the percentage loaded see you ON the device is ONLY an estimate based on the software reading fees history, drainage, electricity, etc. and is NOT an exact thing. The software on the device believes THAT the accusation. You will very probably BE 100%.

  2. to reset the counter of software on the device, normally it works... let your device to charge connected to the charger OEM wallout. After an hour or longer, and STILL CONNECTED to the charger, remove the battery a minute then reinsert it to restart. You may need to do this once or three over the next few days.

  I'm having a problem with my z10 and I don't know where to start to work to solve. If a friend sends me a text that is longer than 256 letters will be carried out and continues without problems.

  I'm a volunteer firefighter and I get our 911 dispatch text messages in a CAD format. If this message is greater than 256 letters it is cut.

  Is this a problem with that shipment or my phone? No one else in the Department has a BB to try to help ill get on the issue.

  I swiped my phone security three times in the last 2 days to resolve a problem with texting. I've updated my software via wifi and not link to Blackberry. He has worked to solve the problem, but then the first two times the problem reappeared after restoring a backup. The last time that I restored it manually all I could but lost password and apps which I am fine with. I hesitate to use Blackberry link again as the last update I did the link seems to trigger this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? My Blackberry has never really been what I would call stable.

  I recommend that the updates made on the wifi. Don't do not updated the link unless there was a problem with udpate wifi.

  Your carrier will send specific carriers updates which can solve problems like this after an update.

  I have a Q10 I'm synchronization by binding, mostly just to test it. I had no problems with it.

  I just updated my software BB10 10.0.10.82 based on a notification received on my phone yesterday. Since the update, I am not able to see my text messages in the hub. When I press the icon 'Texting', need me on the hub. In the management secrtion bub, it does not show "text messages" in the list of items to be included in the main view of the hub.

  During the update, something must have been currupted. If you have a backup, then go back to your last backup before the update, and then do the update after your restoration. Do a quick re-start before starting your z10 update. I noticed some people have notifciation area disappeared after the update.  If you do not have a backup, then the only solution is to do a factory restore and it will also collapse the in latest updates the restoration. You will lose your contacts unless you copied it on your sim card (contacts open, wide of the top to the bottom, go to settings, copy of contacts from device to sim card)... or you do the same method that allows you to get your contacts and calendar. The applications are easy to install and everything you bought would always be there to re - install.

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must be directly connected to a charger checked (not PC USB, not a docking station):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs. If it fails, please try again but increase the waiting time at step 4 to 2 hours and perhaps longer than 4-5 hours.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charged battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Carefully note please that 'new' and 'know' are not necessarily the same things. Although rare, a 'new' battery could certainly be defective. On the contrary, the easiest (and cheapest, btw) method to perform this test is to find someone with an identical BB which has no problem... trade in batteries and see what happens.
