  I use a wacom cintiq 24hd button and after I installed (upgrade) the latest version of photoshop, cc 2015.1, (Windows 8.1) a couple of touch gestures don't work as they should:

  Two fingers to pan and zoom (when using two fingers to or far away, to zoom in or out) works perfectly.

  The two fingers pan does not work: whenever I use this gesture (goes up, down, left or right) I work the photo/painting on shoots off the screen. I have to select the the hand icon and use the stylus to place it in the center of my screen;

  The two fingers of pan and rotation does not work.

  
  

  I have not had a problem using all these movements in photoshop before the recent update.

  
  

  Is that what I can do on my part that could solve these problems? If someone could help me with this, I appreciate it a lot.

  Try the following steps:

  1. create a Notepad and type:

  # Use WinTab

  UseSystemStylus 0

  Save it as a text file named PSUserConfig.txt

  2. Open Run command and type appdata, and press ENTER key

  3. go to the location:

  Roaming - Adobe - Adobe Photoshop CC2015 - Adobe Photoshop CC2015 settings

  4. move the file PSUserConfig.txt to the folder settings Adobe Photoshop CC 2015

• Photoshop CC 2015.5 does not open the NRW files

  I have windows 10 and Photoshop CC 2015.5. Until yesterday Photoshop CC NRW files opened without problem and files NAVE of P340 camera D300. opens today is no longer the NRW files and an error box says that "it is not the correct file." What happens?.

• After installing Lightroom 10 CC 2015, Photoshop CC 2015 windows does not start and Illustrator CC 2015 freezes after startup. It look like that the program (or maybe add ons) need to dll of the CC + 2008 with isn't so more recordable in Windows 10

  Please reset the Photoshop preferences and then try again.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  One idea is to search the drivers available for your printer, uninstall and reinstall.

  Second, with the print open dialog box, hold down the Option key. Cancel will be Reset. Just click on it.

  Reset the preferences has been known to clear up the problems. Hold Cmd-Opt-shift and run Photoshop. Accept reboot of the Photoshop settings file and let it finish loading.

  A few ideas. Try them in order, one at a time.

• Photoshop CC 2015 - text will not "justified force".

  I'm doing a book cover for someone.  I have a new computer, Microsoft 10 installed and I just upgraded to Photoshop CS6 Photoshop CC 2015.

  There is text on the back cover that I can't "justified force".  The icons are present but inactive.

  How can I fix?  I am a member of the Photoshop cloud and pay $49 a month and there is no phone number for tech.  Does anyone know an Adobe tech phone number I can call?  It is time sensitive.

  05/2015 bought Adobe Photoshop/Elements 13 at amazon. Never installed as the computer died before we could.  Have now new computer and installation DVD does not.  Error "specified file not found."  How can this problem be fixed?
