Blue death to play some video files

I have a problem of blue of death:

He began to appear a few months before, has not happened before.

On playback of certain formats video, blue death happens.

most of the video formats play well - as avi via YouTube or players on the web. but others cause systematically and immediately crash.
in this case both when played through a video player - Media Player Classic and via firefox and also through internet Explorer
always at the beginning of the video being played.

I managed to 'solve' the crash when played via media player classic via uninstall the 64B version and using only version 32 b for all video files and who "solved" the problem, games version 32 b all good video files (even those that crashed earlier)
the problem remains for a few videos via browsers (internet explore and firefox)-youtube always time well played, but I noticed at least some vimeo videos cause a crash

I have a Sony Vaio (VGN-FW51ZF_H), with Win 7 64
diligently all windows updates.
latest Sony (no updates since 2009) - driver but before it worked fine

the blue code of death is EA: stuck in an infinite loop

I can't locate the minidump folder / file

What also happened recently, it is that the gadgets on the desktop appear correctly - pinky cloudy transparent – which can be a problem without report - and that is a minor issue for me

Marian

You have quite a few errors that are important.  One that relates to your crash occurred hundreds of times and is linked to your driver video atikmdag.sys.  I remove it and re - install the latest driver available.

Other problems include

A problem with the CD-rom has a bad block

Networking issues

Desktop problems

Printer driver problems

Failures of Bluetooth

AVG needs to be reinstalled or removed.

Your VAIO Entertainment Database Service belonging to VAIO Entertainment studio is corrupted.

  • Flash will not play some videos (under vista only!)

    Hello I am puzzled that flash will not play some videos

    (for example from dailymotion.com or canalplus.fr).

    The problem exists with the current version (10,3 r183)

    But if I try to downgrade or with v11 beta...

    On the same machine, I can also boot XP or linux

    where everything works as expected, but no dice on winvista

    (SP2)! I've also updated my nvidia display drivers

    and I tried to disable hardware acceleration and temporarily

    my firewall and my anti-virus, nothing helps.

    I see it with IE7/FF6/Chrome.

    All the operating systems are 32-bit.

    Note that some sites have very well (e.g. youtube)

    Can someone suggest something, please?

    Let's try the following:

    1. Close the browser windows
    2. In Explorer, navigate to the following folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ (the best way to do this is to type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the path of the Explorer bar).
    3. Remove the Macromedia folder
    4. Then, go to the Adobe folder and delete the folder 'Flash Player' inside.
    5. Finally, go to "c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash" and look for a file mms.cfg.  If it is present, please rename it.

    Once done, try those sites to reoffend.

  • Windows Media Player in vista has stopped playing my video files (.) MOD extensions)

    My Windows media player recently stopped playing my video files that have a. Extension of MOD, although the audio is not yet once the video is crushed. When the video freezes a computer bubble lets me know that the driver igfx has stopped working and then recovered.

    I spent many hours trying to solve this problem. I am unable to play the video file and get the error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer."

    May be that the video file format is not compatible with Windows Media Player.

    Options: -.

    1] download and install VLC Player. It's free and supports file formats more than WMP.

    2] download and install the codecs

    Personally, I prefer VLC Player-if you have that then not need to download and install the codec of any third party.

    Here are a few ways, one using the Netstream class using the FLVPlayback component.

    The NetStream approach, what follows in the timeline code will play/loop for the planned mp4 file...

    var video: Video;

    var connect_nc:NetConnection = new NetConnection();
    connect_nc. Connect (null);

    var stream_ns:NetStream = new NetStream (connect_nc);

    stream_ns.client = this;

    function netStatusHandler(p_evt:NetStatusEvent):void {}
    If (p_evt.info.code == "NetStream.Play.Stop") {}
    stream_ns. Seek (0); for the video loop
    }
    }

    stream_ns.addEventListener (NetStatusEvent.NET_STATUS, netStatusHandler);

    video = new Video();
    addChild (video);

    video.attachNetStream (stream_ns);

    stream_ns. Play("path_to/Your.MP4");

    For the FLVPlayback component, add it to the stage, give it an instance name ("public service" used below), assign your file mp4 ("path_to/your.mp4") as the source property in the properties panel and select the option autoplay as well.  Place the following code in the timeline...

    fp.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, playAgain);

    function playAgain(evt:Event):void {}
    FP. Play();
    }

    To put the Flash file swf in a html page, in the settings of publication set to publish a swf and an html page.  Publish the file one the html page will be created for you.

  • iPod Touch cannot play some mp4 files

    I have some video captures for the House that my iTunes will transfer to my iPod Touch saying they cannot be played on this.  The videos play in iTunes, and I see nothing unusual in the file type.
