Hello

This error code indicates that a trap was generated by the processor from Intel and the kernel could not catch this trap.

These actions could prevent a mistake like this does not happen:

a. download and install the updates and your computer from Windows Update for device drivers.

b. scan your computer for computer viruses.

c. check your hard drive for errors.

Refer to the steps in the following Microsoft article and check if that helps.

http://msdn.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff557201%28VS.85%29.aspx

Notes:

Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Before you perform the upgrade on the spot, I would recommend you to back your files using windows backup.

The data files that are infected can be cleaned by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Keep us informed on the status of the issue.

I find that very annoying reseting every time the PC cuz he went to sleep... any1 has / had similar problems?

What can I do about it? I had b4 of win xp on my laptop (toshiba don't support even xp for this model) and it worked perfectly, even not a problem... and now with win 7 I have millions of problems and win7 is supported!

    > I feel some problems blue screen when I close my laptop and open it again (while he wakes up).
    > It says something about Ati blah blah.

Blabla ATI means that the BSOD is related to the ATI graphics card chip or graphics card installed driver.

If Win XP worked perfectly, then the problem must be caused by software installed. Maybe the graphics driver...

I recommend the update driver graphics card and if necessary, update the BIOS.

    Hello suncoastsrq,

Usually, when we see problems during shutdown, the cause is something that loads at startup.

To this end, I would recommend mode startup minimum troubleshooting as seen in the following articles:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/316434

Please note that after refine us the cause, it is important that we return to a normal startup and manually delete the startup program.

In addition, if we can get downloaded discharge, the community has access to them and will probably be able to determine the cause.

You can download the dump Auggy's previous suggestion?
