  To receive files via bluetooth... go to media > music > menu (blackberry sing) > select receive via bluetooth and the same file executable seendd to pair device.

• Question of blackBerry Smartphones Sprint 8830 World Edition SIM and possible causes

  I recently bought a Sprint 8830 World Edition as a phone good trip/backup. The device is unlocked, as check by going to Options > Advanced Options > SIM card and then type MEPD. All that it shows people with reduced mobility.

  Here's my problem:

  While in the United States just to test, I inserted a T-mobile SIM card and 8830 research for a GSM network, and after some time, shows "no service". I also tried an AT & T SIM card and 8830 is still searching once and after some time shows 'no service '. I get this because I am in the United States? Is this an indication I'm having a problem in another country, using a local SIM card?

  When the 8830 is out, way back when, I found a comment from someone who says

  "This (8830) is unlocked for GSM networks and probably only GSM networks that are not in the same region as Sprint networks (roaming on AT & T and T-Mobile in the United States is probably also out of the question).

  Yes and of course while out of the country, need you the SIM card by the local carrier and a data Plan of BlackBerry by the carrier, if you plan to use data, email, etc.

  ONLY one reported so far to use the native drivers BT, I'll try it, but is it logical that devices have paired?  A hard time finding the drivers for BT

  Hi all, my 8830 is still show I have 1 unread email message and I don't know where he is. I did not all hidden files and I searched all my files on my device.   The email on Blackberry database is damaged and did not report the email from the database in read.

  This title you need to clear your entire message database and try again.

  You can save the handset and the database. I hope that if you restore the handset, it will be correctly mark the messages as read, or show you the unread email.

• Stereo Bluetooth blackBerry Smartphones Plantronics Voyager 855 will not work with the curve 8330

  Greetings!

  Finally got a blackberry case, it's the only thing sprint has that synchronizes with my mac.  I already love this phone in every way except one.

  My plantronics headset travel stereo bluetooth (with a2dp and avrcp profiles that correspond to the phone) does not work when you listen to the music/tv/video. He worked very well with my motorola and samsung phones, so I don't want to give it up.  Plantronics tells me that the device should work with this phone model. The whole is described on crackberry as compatible.  I can have conversations on the headset in stereo, but no matter what settings I have change / disconnect the battery / re-pair of headphones I still can't make it work. Is there a setting I can change in the phone other than encryption that will solve this problem? Sprint could not help me.   I hope you can, so I do not get this phone.

  Well, I love my blackberry even more now... In more recent versions of Pandora, Slacker, Radio Companion, etc., you can go into the options and select bluetooth or turn on bluetooth in the context menu.  This did not work very well in previous versions or did not even exist in Pandora.  I continued to try newer versions and now all three programs I tried to work reliable with bluetooth stereo.  So I left my blackberry on the other side of the gym until I realize he had disappeared and he has not yet cut.  Hoping soon too SprinTV updated!  Thank you for we hear on RIM HERE! AND still much faster than the iphone. Cheers!

  have a 8310 and a Motorola H700 bluetooth headset.  Voice dialing from the headset worked fine when I first set up, now I get a single short low tone when I press the call button on the headset and it does not "say a command" no more.  Orders voice work very well through the headset if launched from the phone.  I have re-couple to the headset (several times).  I tried my helmet on my wife's phone, and he began composing voice as it should.  I tried his H700 to my phone and it has the same symptoms.

  Any ideas?

  Problem solved.  I out the battery for a few minutes and the phone then restarted when I put back it. Now it works perfectly, as before.

  no address book transfer between two curve with Bluetooth.
  You can synchronize databases with Bluetooth, but I may need to install Microsoft's Bluetooth drivers. Search the forum for Bluetooth problem, this has been discussed and resolved several times.

  I do not have Bluetooth, so I don't remember a thing about it.

  I'm having a problem with my Verizon BB 8830 v4.5.0.33 of the device running software. The problem is that when the BB is connected to a workstation via USB and asks the device password turn on mass storage mode, he initially accepts password correctly and I am able to see the content of the support for 8 GB card that I inserted on the device via Windows Explorer.   Well, then I answered my own question. The firmware update did the trick. It must have been a great dans.33 that caused this because it happens is no longer on 4.5.0.101.
