Santo, a publication on the web of people agree that Norton (in particular their registry program) products are the main cause. Microsoft, however, advise you to go to control panel, system, Manager of Bluetooth devices and update drivers.

The module * may be supplied with the ribbon cable. If this isn't the case, you should separate number 50.V3W07.003.  A bit expensive, so you can wait until you get the module.

  • Bluetooth on Aspire 5745G

I have an Aspire 5745 G computer laptop with an Atheros AR5B97 network card.  I am running Windows 7.  When I check the properties of the Atheros card (via Device Manager), there is an option to turn 802.11 Bluetooth high speed, and this option is currently enabled.  When I look at the specs on the 5745G, two Bluetooth features are listed, but there is an accompanying note that it depends on configuration.  It's not clear to me if this means that the Bluetooth feature is one or the other of the two listed, or if it means that Bluetooth may not be available at all.

I can't find any indication on the laptop Bluetooth is actually available.  There is no Bluetooth in the Systray logo; There seems to be no Bluetooth entry in the registry.

Can someone tell me how to check if I have the Bluetooth capability and, if so, how to enable it?  Thank you

    Nice day

I can confirm that this machine doesn't have Bluetooth.

  • Problem bluetooth Windows 10

    Hello!

    I have a lovely little Aspire V5-17 t.

I recently booked my copy of Windows 10 and the little app that checks compatibility Windows 10 threw up several flags autour bluetooth in Aspire.

He specified the following as not compatible:

    Bluetooth Audio device

    Bluetooth AVRCP Qualcomm Atheros device

    Supported virtual Bluetooth (including Audio)

Device Bluetooth de LWFLT (also Qualcomm)

Bluetooth hardcopy cable replacement server (also Qualcomm).

Acer is aware of this problem? Will there be updates of pilot released before July 29 (release date for Windows 10)?

    Thank you

    Sarah.

Thanks Billsey. According to the guidelines of my original post, the application Microsoft Windows 10 said that the laptop was Windows 10 ready except the bluetooth.

I updated the laptop for Windows 10 last week.

Interestingly, he installed a Microsoft driver for bluetooth.

The hardware only problem I encountered was with the touchpad. Reinstalled Windows 8 drivers for the touchpad momentum and that fixes the problem.

    Thanks for all the answers.

  • Acer Aspire crashing when games.

I have a two years Acer Aspire 4755 G with win 7 32 bits as a BONE.  Recently, when I played games I've played without problem before the crash of the games after 1 to 5 min. of use.  I updated the nvidia driver 305.46 drivers, but the problem persists.  Heat doesn't seem to be a problem when it crashes.  I used a temerature gauge and it works at normal tempuratures throughout the game.  So my question is anyone has the Acer Aspire 4755 G and that set up make you use of game.  Which nvidia drivers are you using?

    Thank you

Pizal, it has more than one possible explanation.

The most likely cause is overheating, but you have checked that. Still, I would like to download the free program of CoreTemp to check that your fan is all right.

It is possible that you have another software program which is which collide with your games. Download the free Win Patrol program to see what is running in the background.

It is possible that an update of Windows trying to get, and it's too much for your machine to manage. Try to check the updates of Windows in the control panel and see if anything got stuck. If Yes, try to install manually with all your games off the power.

And my standard advice: run a scan in depth with your antivirus program.

I have an Acer Aspire TimelineX 1830 t-68U118.  The original hard drive died, so I replaced it with a new hard drive.  I loaded Windows 7 x 64 and loaded the chipset drivers and the network drivers.  The laptop is always my bluetooth equipment (even if I loaded the drivers Atheros).  Does anyone else have this problem?  How can I get the bluetooth to work?

It would probably depend on the status of the warranty of the system.

You must contact the service for options.

  • Aspire E1-570 Bluetooth connection woes...

    Acer Aspire E1-570, i3 intel 64-bit W8.1

Had a problem with the Bluetooth since owning this phone a month ago.  Bluetooth can be lit but picks up no devices.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers without result.  Troubleshooting Microsoft trying to repair but fails.

    With Bluetooth enabled-

Device Manager displays three submenus under the folder containing Bluetooth:

    Adapter Bluetooth usb (Qualcomm Atheros).

    Micorsoft Bluetooth enumerator,

    Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator THE.

These all State that they are working properly and up to date.

Further to the bottom of the line I in sound, video and game controllers under a submenu containing a folder:

    Bluetooth Audio (Qualcomm Atheros) device

It has a yellow triangle and an exclamation point.

In the Properties tab, under general, he States "this device cannot start. (Code 10) Object path component was not a directory object. "The driver is up-to-date.

Can someone explain how to solve this problem.  Wireless Internet is fine as the rest.  Thank you very much.

Please provide your number of SNIDS. The system is delivered with bIuetooth. You can try to uninstall all the drivers in Device Manager that have an exclamation mark next to them and the last 8.1 Bluetooth driver for your system of loading. I would test to see if the bluetooth works at this stage. If it doesn't, also download and install the latest version of the WLAN 8.1 driver for your system.

If this does not resolve your problem, you can try to reload the system to install Windows 8 and test on Windows 8.

  • Problems with Acer Aspire E5-571-56UQ Bluetooth

    Hi all

I noticed that after the upgrade to Windows 10, my bluetooth adapter seems to have stopped working. I can see my devices in Device Manager, but the bluetooth settings window shows not all devices and continues to 'Search' until I close it. I have updated the drivers from the Acer site, which still has not resolved the problem. My current version of the driver is 10.0.1.1 and the adapter is Qualcomm-Atheros. I heard that on this machine, there is a composite adapter for bluetooth and Wi - Fi, which makes it strange that one of the two does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Jake

  • Aspire Switch 10 (SW5-011-18R3) Bluetooth pairs and disconnects

I have an Aspire Switch 10 (SW5-011-18R3) with Bluetooth connectivity question.

Already updated BIOS 1.06 and all windows updates of fact. Pairs of Bluetooth with other units and then disconnects after 15 seconds.

I have exchanged the Tablet for another brand new and same problem again.

Someone at - it one Aspire Switch 10 (SW5-011-18R3) with a similar problem?

I'm just checking if this is a widespread problem with the Aspire Switch 10 (SW5-011-18R3)

or extreme bad luck with 2 units I got.

Think about it, someone at - he sucks a 10(SW5-011-18R3) switch with a fonctioning fully Bluetooth?

Your last post made me think about the problem in a different way and I did some more poking in the system.

My goal was simple, being able to transfer files from one phone or another Tablet at the Aspire, and it was the problem because the connection was not the transfer did not follow.

I found the way to do it and also discovered that there may be some kind of problem of firmware or software with the device, but it can still be done.

    Solution:

    -Bluetooth must be turned on

-Pair of devices (matching initiated from Aspire), connection will not remain, but it does not matter

    -Go to the office

-Right click on icon (taskbar) Bluetooth and get the Ribbon options

--Select receive a file in the menu (new Panel opens)

-And send your file from your other device on the Aspire

Now, normally when you send a file to the Aspire, the Aspire should normally give you an alert that another device tries to connect or try to transfer a file, but it doesn't (even with the bluetooth settings correctly configured for notifications).

If essantially, unless you call system by opening this Panel "to receive the file", the simple system refuses all incoming traffic and does not give you an alert to authorize the transfer. It starts the transfer, but disconnects because there is no authorisation. Open the file 'receive' is used the permission and can proceed with the transfer.

Thank you for your contributions and especially for the last one which made me think the problem from a different angle.

  • Aspire 5742 Bluetooth Stacker stopped working.

Immediately after, boots mobile message "Bluetooth stack has stopped working". There are two options 1) search on the web for the solution and close the program 2) close the program. There is no need to select option 1. It provides no solution or information about the problem. I tried all of the solutions provided by Windows Help. I also deleted the "Suite Bluetooth Win 7 (64) and pilots." the same error occurs after relaoding after the software and drivers. I can't connect to any Bluetooth device without encountering the error. Is there a solution? If not, are there other available software that are compatible with the Atheros Wireless adapter included with the Aspire 5742?

    Thank you for your response.

Since the last version of the driver has not fixed my problem, I reloaded the operating system, programs, and drivers. Now the bluetooth works properly.
