• Problem with Google Maps blackBerry Smartphones?

  Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with the Google Maps download.

  I just got my blackberry a couple of weeks, and google maps is a feature that I really need.

  I have download it without problems, and then when I opened the application I can search for a place with no trouble.

  However, I can't find any more places. If I enter another address, I get the 'getting directions' screen and he's looking for hours and hours. Finally, I just delete the program and reinstall it if I want to search for another location.

  Why should I do this? Is there something wrong with my phone?

  Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

  1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.
  2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
  3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

  I have the 9530 and spin the device OS 4.7.0.75.

  I loaded Google maps successfully, the two 2.3.2 version and 2.2.2.

  I can't get rid of the portrait keyboard, so I end up with one half of the screen.

  Everyone else ran into this and can you let me know if this can be corrected?

  Looks like you got Google Maps put in "compatibility" Mode As a result, half of the screen keyboard all the time.

  Find and click the 'Options '. Then click on 'Advanced Options', then click 'Applications', 'Google Maps' discovery and highlight do not click it. Then press the BB menu button and select "Disable the Compatibility Mode". Then back out and try again 'Google Maps'.

  And the data source is in fact TomTom, not Google Maps.

  I recommend that you use Google Maps, personally, they are a bit softer and richer than BBMaps.

  3. Select reset settings.

• I have a scooter that can not go on the road. It is a navigation problem for cards from Apple and Google Maps for the watch. Does anyone have a solution?

  I recently got a scooter that goes from a maximum of 40 mph and cannot legally go on the highways. I was worried about navigation on the thing, since I can't hear my phone, but I thought the directions can get sent to my watch. My problem is that Google Maps can really follow the navigation on the watch, so I can still see the signs when I put my wrist; still, he turns back to the lock screen. So I stop, remove my gloves, and pull up the directions. On the other hand, Apple cards can't do navigation for bicycles or avoiding the road. I tried to use cards of Apple walking directions, thinking I can correct errors on one-way streets myself, but Siri decided I was going too fast, spent my navigation to drive and tried to send me on the highway.

  Anyone has a solution, or am I better off memorizing the card before entering the thing?

• White tabs of Firefox 31.0, then no fields to twitter and Google maps!

  I'm on Firefox beta update, 30 and 31 now view files for a millisecond and then white - so far making google maps and twitter unusable (both great on Safari and Chrome). Firefox itsself blanks to tabs if I hit an arrow key < or > in the toolbar.

  Rendering CSS problem? JAva? the fact that it works on the rivals is confusing.

  OK it turns out be the hardware acceleration was causing this issue. I wish I had tried the first and save d the hassle of the modules deactivation and reactivation by an etc...

  No update is available for the graphics but hardware acceleration not really don't need of internet access in any case.

• Lost Google images and Google Maps in Firefox

  I came to work one day and I see more pictures under Google is using the latest version of Firefox. I deleted the cache and I also deleted Firefox and reinstalled nothing doesn't. I can't see the images, fill out forms on some Web sites, or use Google maps in any capacity. I downloaded Google Chrome and everything works fine here. I want to keep Firefox, but should drop if I can't solve these problems. Very frustrating. Overview of the Ant would be greatly appreciated.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.
  • Under Linux, you can open Firefox 4.0 + with leaving Firefox then go to your Terminal and running Safe Mode: firefox-safe-mode (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

  

  Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "

  

  If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. To do this, please follow article Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems .

  We have just moved to VSM 7.5.1 and was interested in the use of Google Maps as my source external card, but it isn't really guides on how to implement that. I see the two that are already there and the special URL that is used, but I can't find all the information on how to get such Google or other. Did anyone had success with this?

  I did some research on this subject. I found that google does not allow direct access to the tiles from the Board. They want to use you the google maps or google earth as the front-end application. Because the card video Surveillance Operations Manager tool uses leaflet (an open-source JavaScript library

  for interactive maps of the mobile environment) it can easily be integrated with Google maps.  I ended up using Mapbox they provide a free api interface. The card information are better than MapQuest and OpenStreeMap but is not also updated google maps.

  I just moved to a new PC (ex: Sony Vaio with win 7 pro, outlook 10 pro > new: duo of vaio from sony with win 8, Outlook 13 home office 365). I used to sync outlook contacts and calendars with blackberry and iphone and ipad on my old laptop using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

  Now with my new PC, iphone and ipad are always works well and they synchronize with outlook: new entries on the outlook calendar and new contacts are added to my laptop and vice versa, but when I connect my Blackberry "BOLD" I n get the updates.

  I confirm that I use the latest version of the desktop manager 7.0.

  My organizing Office Manager is configured to sync both calendar and contacts

  Any idea please?

  I've updated the 7.1 os and it took me to multilingual method and input. I had once managed a whole upward. in any case, it seemed now missing on the phone, and on the desktop PC does not show language. I did remove the OSI and reinstall, the the same problem.   OK... that now makes sense... the automatic method detects your BB and the level of operating system installed, but is not able to download correctly what it needs from the Internet to continue. And the Red Star means that there is an update, he wants to offer you, but again he has trouble to download what suits him.

  So, what you need to do is to defeat the automatic method and force instead of things. The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

  1) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (2) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  • Also consider this information as you choose your BB OS package:
  • • KB05305 Location of support for BlackBerry smartphones

  4) remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
  • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

  (5) run the Desktop software and connect your BB

  If you chose to update your BB OS, then the software should immediately offer the bundle of BONES that you have installed on your PC, before you can do anything else. If, during the process, your BB votre BB a '507' error, simply unplug the power cord of the BB USB and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

  If you have chosen your BB exact same OS package that is already running on your BB, then you should be able to proceed with the installation language you want (assuming, based on the location of KB, you have installed the right BB OS package that includes the language of your choice).

  Do not forget to save.

  Hi, I'm ready to go for paid British Colombia option so that I can have access to the web applications.  But before I go ahead, I have a few questions for someone who may be able to help.

  I build the site Muse adobe - this is not the last version of muse that I'm working on a windows computer 7.  All web applications in BC would work on the site for all is not the latest version?

  Also, what I'm really interested is to make an interactive map, pins etc. of construction at the back - is it tutorials that someone can point me to possibly help with a style to tell the little box pop up?  I looked at the muse HELP + BC and BC duo Dynamics Webinar on aidbc already, but I was wondering if there is more tutorials that would help.

  Also, is it possible to use a stylized map, or do you go with the default google map?  If you use a stylized map, how add you that to the web application of BC.

  Sorry for so many questions, but must know before you make the jump to a paid option of BC.

  HI Michelle,

  Muse can not and does not use or have access to all that's BC. It does not have access to things like e-commerce and Web applications in the sense of full capacity and put on the page. You can create interactive maps with the google API, web apps as a source of data, using the ability of location address lat and long or geo etc, but this isn't something you can do really Muse on its own.

  you will need the patch that I mentioned on the previous post, you can get if you have access to the support page. With this patch, you should see an option for Google Maps and Bing Maps, in addition to internal and external options.
  The option that you are trying to use (source external card) may request a kind of implementation for a class of adapter, as shown on the User Guide for the MapViewer. With the new patch, you can directly create Google Maps tile layer wihtout an adapter class.
