  Windows Vista Edition Home Premium Service Pack 2 (32-bit)
  Pentium Dual-Core CPU T4200
  RAM is 3.00 GB if it is of no use
  Microsoft Office Word 2007
  Computer is up to date on all updates, including Microsoft Office

  To test your installation

  You may need to do the following if you have not created a restore point

  Clean boot:
   
  This article describes how to start your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".
      
  To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista, follow these steps.
   
  1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.
  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
  3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.
  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.
  5. click on OK.
  6. When you are prompted, click on restart.
  7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  I am trying to open and print an element using AdobeReader, I updated my version of adobe in the last week or two. So, I'm pretty sure I have the latest version. However he never gave me a solution or even a propblem as possible. I investigated further on this site and found help advising me to open my services.msc in the start window and locate the event viewer. This is where my problem is that I can't locate event viewer in this particular window. Can someone help me?
