  It is a very common problem. To fix this, first try to start your Mac in safe mode by following these steps-> safe mode try if your Mac does not commissioning - Apple Support

  I can't download the software.  I tried several times and breaks download about a quarter of the way through (attached image).  I tried to restart my computer, updating my OS to the newest.  I read through other suggestions for blog without result.

  I also tried to download Easy Scan on the App store, but it will not find the printer / scanner.  In the meantime, I am able to print to the printer / scanner without the software.

  I found a driver separated for the scanner for XP - 300 - perhaps your printer family (there is just no XP - 305 not listed on the Epson site). Go to the download site for the XP-300 printer, let it detect your OS and bypass the driver combo. Open the tab drivers (click on it) and the latest driver listed for the scanner and the utility scan.

  Hello.  I have just signed up to the photographers CC package a couple of days, and the download page for PS and LR does not work.  I can sign, but after it loads only the header and the footer.  I tried in FF and Chrome, and with the firewall disabled.  Is it possible to get a direct link to the downloads?  See you soon.

  I just downloaded the HP Easy Start software for my printer on HP web site without problem.  Running the software to set up my printer it starts to download the crucial software.  After downloading for a while, it displays the following error message, "cannot install the software.  Cannot download the software.  Check your network connection and then try again. »

  

  This message has initially started after 6MB were downloaded.  However, whenever I hit OK and the download began immediately to treat once again, the number of MB are needed until the message occurs an increase slightly.  It seems to increase by 1 MB, whenever I have reprocessed the download.

  There is no apparent problem with my connection to the network.  All other programs and devices connect to the network without problem.  I'm operating a 27-inch iMAC late 2014 with 4 GHz Intel Core i7 processors and 32 GB of DDR3 memory.  The OS is El Capitan Version 10.11.1.  My router is a Capsule 3 TB.
