Details: read before you start your return
- Make your return request within 30 days of receipt of the product.
- If the product has been installed and activated, it is necessary to disable and uninstall it before proceeding with the return. Adobe does not have a refund, unless all copies of the software have been disabled.
- Adobe releases credit and PayPal refund within five working days from the moment of your request. Refunds for other forms of payment are released in 7-10 business days.
- Adobe offers the refund in the same manner in which you paid for the product.
- Credit card refund is deducted from the card used for the purchase.
- Order refunds shall reimburse the amount of the account balance.
- PayPal refund is credited to your PayPal account
- If you purchased from a reseller, you will receive a refund by check. Check refunds can take another 7 to 10 working days due to postal delays (more time for the Canada and the Mexico). Refunds from resellers are only available in North America.
- Original shipping and handling are not refundable.
- You can request a refund for a book or a manual of training purchased from Adobe. Contact The Adobe Customer Service by phone. You don't need to physically return the items.

I can't find my Vista even though when I type "winver" in the start menu, the computer says my I have Vista. Can I just install an upgrade of Windows 7 instead of buy a start-from-scratch OS? Thank you, Michael Higgins
Hello
There are different methods to reinstall Vista, without purchase you another license...
There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.
You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.
They should do this for a small fee.
To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:
You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:
How to change the Boot order in BIOS:
http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm
"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246
And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.
The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)
Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.
Ask them to the proper key sequence.
Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.
If this happens, you may need to try this instead:
You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.
And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs
Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:
"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '
http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html
And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.
And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

Ask to print, go to the Fax icon and I don't have Fax - Can t Print!
Problem just started. When I ask to print the Fax icon in the taskbar and nothing prints not - I don't have Fax capabilities. I use Firefox for 0ver a year and this is the first time that this has happened. When I browse through Google or explore the function print is behaving normally. It is only through Firefox which is running no printing function. The problem is not with the printer, computer or other, just of Firefox browsers.
Select your printer in the printer - name box. See the screenshot.

When I try to install, I get a message that says OS requirements not met, Windows Vista not supported. I double checked my computer and I have Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1. I'm about to return the product, but thought I'd give it one last try because I really want to the software. Thoughts?
Copy the installation files in a directory desktop and right click on the installer. If you see not a Compatibility tab, attach a screenshot of what you see.

Why you didn t create a DVD recovery Toshiba at the beginning?
In my view, there is info in the user manual and a notification that recovery HARD disk image should be burnt on the DVD using the Toshiba recovery disc creator.
I don't know if you will be able to reinstall Vista now without buying the DVD of recovery of m.
Try to boot the computer and press the F8 key. Usually a start menu should appear providing some options. The first option called fix my computer will allow you to reinstall Vista. But I doubt that this option is now available after installation of XP!
This is why you last chance would be a recovery DVDs you can buy here:

p.s. If the old hard drive is still installed and running before you change on hard drives and you never received the to purchase recovery discs, you can make the recovery discs from the recovery Partition which should be on the old hard drive. You will need to request that the manufacturer how to do as each computer manufacturer has their own way of making records of this partition recovery.
It depends on the old hard drive still works.

How to reinstall Vista
Contact the manufacturer of the laptop computer and ask them to send you to vista recovery disks to reinstall the operating system back as it was when you bought it
they do it for a nominal cost of $
also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought
you would normally press F8, F9, F10 or F11 or Alt + F10 or 0 to start to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer
Ask them of the exact key sequence
or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not a HP, Acer recovery disk etc
Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
they contain all versions of vista
This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed

https://Forum.sel.Sony.com/?XID=M:Showcase:eSupportYou mean reinstall the OS completely? If you have Vista DVD you can do, however, make sure
totally your data out of the backup drive and you need to reinstall your programs. If you do not
have Vista discs, you can buy them in your machine to cheap system. If you don't care about any existing
programs, then you can make a complete new installation - just select the format options that wipes the
entire disk (This erases all data as well). Some system manufacturers use Partitions of recovery as well as other methods to allow you to return back
for a completely new installation. So check with your system manufacturer to see what options you need
do that - and it can certainly be done - just a question of the system machine processes
