Bought the language in Arabic but always pack me for buying it for Windows 7

OK, so I bought and then download a Microsoft language pack installed. A message will appear in Arabic and I don't know what he says. Then I go to word and I see that it is not yet enabled, and then it throws me back to the site to purchase the pack again! I have Arabic due in paper and it is really making me crazy lol

In Windows 7, you can get the pack of Arabic language for computers that are running Windows 7 ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise. Windows 7 language packs can be installed only from the section optional updates in Windows Update. However, these language packs are not available on the Server Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or through the Microsoft Download Center.

To download and install a language pack in Windows 7, follow these steps:

1. start Microsoft Update. To do this, click Start, type Microsoft Update in the search box, and then click Microsoft Update in the list programs.
2. click on the links to optional update for language packs.
3. under the category language packs Windows 7, select the desired language pack.

Note if you install several additional language packs, disk space and system performance are affected. In particular, system performance and disk space are affected during maintenance operations, such as Service Pack installations. Therefore, we recommend that only add you a language pack to your computer if you use the language pack.

4. click OK and then click install updates to start the download and installation process.
