  I bought 64 GB SCT brand SD memory cards from Amazon.com and my bridge CC 2014 edition will not recognize these memory cards.  I tried other cards memory brand 32GB & 16GB of other brands, which all work fine.  Any suggestion would be appreciated as soon as possible.

  Hi I formatted my computer and downloaded all the conditions for this, I downloaded hypercam and installed, I tried to open it in the tool bar and the start menu, it still does not work.

• Bridge CC 2015 error message Camera Raw

  I run the latest version of the CC 2015 bridge on my MacBook 2015 retina display. The rest of my software Adobe (including Photoshop) are CS6. CS6 bridge is not compatible with MacBook retina display, that's why I am forced to use the bridge CC.

  When I am browsing files photos in Bridge and click on edit in camera raw, I get a message error that says "the Camera Raw editing is not enabled. Camera Raw edition requires a product calling it launched at least once to activate this function. "I used it without problem with a trial for Photoshop CC, but since my trial ran out, I uninstalled Photoshop CC.

  To be very clear: until last week, I got a bridge CC, CC Photoshop and Photoshop CS6 trial installed on my MacBook. All were / are the latest versions. Until that time, CC bridge would open to change in Camera Raw, JPEG files. The * only * thing that has changed is that I uninstalled Photoshop CC since the trial has run out. I uninstalled not something else.

  When running Photoshop CS6, how bridge CC to open again to change Camera Raw?

• Last update of bridge (CC 2015)

  Just updated this morning at the bridge CC 2015 and notes a strange, for me anyway, behavior. On the version previous of the bridge if you have clicked on several images, right click 'Open' deck would send all the images in Camera Raw for processing. In the new version, however when you select several images and right-click on 'Open' they'll load individually in a Camera Raw window. The only way to get multiple open in Camera Raw images together is to click on "Open in Camera Raw".

  It's not a big deal, except that now I have to train my brain to click "Open in Camera Raw" rather that "open". Personally I use Bridge / Camera Raw as a light box to make a quick and dirty selection of guards and releases. Either way, I'm going to make the transition, but at my age (70) and after 20 years of Photoshop, this may take a few concentration for a while. Basically, I would like to know if this is how the new bridge is supposed to work?

  It turns out that the problem was with a preferences file corrupted after the upgrade. After trying out of windows of the hanging bridge and I had to do a restart. When I started the bridge after the reboot, I got a message that the preferences file was damaged and had to be rebuilt. I did and the problem went away.

• My question is about PhotoShop CC (2015) and bridge CC (2015).

  I had posted earlier today that I had deleted somehow bridge for Photoshop 2015 CC.  Now, I'm now sure if this was the case.  The creative cloud says that CC (2015) bridge is being updated but I can not find it.  I still run PS6 too (because some plugins have been supported by CC) and I can't find Bridge CS6.  I'm running on a Macbook with OS X Yosimite.

  There is no bridge CC (2015), just of bridge CC. The Adobe Bridge CC folder is in your Applications folder. If you don't it's not deleted, you can use Spotlight to search for the folder in the Apps folder.

  You install and uninstall bridge through creative cloud Panel. If there is no chance of finding bridge, uninstallation and reinstallation of the Panel. The next open train has the drop-down list that includes the uninstall command.

• Bridge CC 2015 crashes with mp4 - discovery... .but no solution

  Hello everyone,

  I noticed that much, including myself, had the problem of the CC bridge crashing when faced with a mp4 file. Tried everything - nothing will do, including technical support.

  Now, I've discovered:

  I opened my Prev PS (CS5.1) version and it is the bridge attached (4.), open the folder with mp4 files and... NO PROBLEM to THE OLD bridge. NO crashes!

  ... Then, after that... I closed Bridge CS5/CS5 and reopened bridge CC 2015... now they work as well!

  Something in the old bridge needs to be formatted mp4 files anf now are compadible with CC Beidge.

  I should mention that the open mp4 files and he played very well when you open directly from Windows Media Player or other players.

  He was / IS the only CC bridge that hangs when opening a folder containing a mp4 file!

  Can this is for all the information - BUT - someone provide contacts to the Adobe product expert team or other places of forward this

  so that they can hopefully fix the problem?

  I think I solved the problem...

  Right click on Adobe Bridge CC in all programs (Start button) > properties > compatibility > check: "Run this program in compatibility mode" > then chose Win 7 If you Win 8. In my case, I have Win 7 64 bit and I put in Win7 in any case.

  Now all mp4 files work! After the importation of the camera AND after being returned in Movie Maker or Photoshop for example HD, YouTube, etc)

  (I shouldn't say mp4s 'open', because it was not the question. They always open and played Windows Rights. But the bridge crashed when just trying to built the thumbnail for the mp4 - when oprning the folder that contained the mp4.
