  Any assistance on

  1. Why the Bridge CC Extensions folder is missing

  After installing CC Br compared to the creative clouds (https://creative.adobe.com/products), then follow the following steps to access the folder Extensions Br CC:

  1. Click on the menu go to.
  2. Then navigate to the folder
  3. Now paste following location (System Library) / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC Extensions

  That would open the file Extensions CC Br, follow the steps as shown in the link for help to operate the AOM.

• You can prevent bridge to export the cache in a folder and all its subfolders?

  I have set bridge to export files to cache files when it is possible and it is quite useful to find most of the time. It's a bit of a pain but when I review my dropbox folders.

  I was wondering if there was a setting somewhere for "Please do not export hidden here?

  You can't selectively exclude one or even several files.  It's all or nothing.

  If you add your Dropbox to your bridge Favorites, it will be no different than any other folder navigation in Bridge.

• Import/export tools is missing under tools in my recent Thunderbird download, where can I find?

  On my computer 1 on the toolbar of Thunderbird I scroll through the menu of the tool and the last message is import/export tool. When I am installing Thunderbird on my computer 2 and look at the menu of the tool the last message is 'Alternativ' import/export tool is missing. How do I get it on this menu.
  The two computer has the same version 31.6.0

  The only tools I know with imports and exports, as separate elections, is in the address book window. Tools in the main window always has only one import choices.

  Hi Jomuzzamurray,

  We will be happy to help you, but before that we need additional information such as the operating system name and version where you try to download the product.

  Also, percentage point the installation fails.

  Reboot the machine and see if Media encode shows his installation, but an update is available, if you see this then download the update directly since, missing in Adobe Media Encoder codecs

  Will share the key words in their entiretly.

  If you want to share just the 'sets', they can be copied from one Machine to the other. Depending on what platform and the operating system, are you sure they are in different locations:

  If I understand you correctly, you are looking for a transfer of the fixedkeword and not the keywords found in the list.

  The keyword sets are stored in the LR presets folder (on Windows it comes to '%appdata%\Adobe\Lightroom\Keyword games'. You can copy them to a computer in the same folder on another computer.

  Another solution would be to choose "Store Presets with Catalog", but this has implications more far away (see here).

  I have CS6 working in a computer other than the one which houses the CS5. CS6 bridge can read CS5 keywords when it opens a 'old' photo but there not his own (not counting the stock of those supplied with the program). How can I replace all keywords CS6 stocks with the key words of CS5?

  Have you tried the Import/export options in the little menu in the top right of the keywords Panel?

  You use Bridge to examine metadata of:

  a. the files that have been exported from a LR 4 catalog by using the file > export command?

  b. the original cataloged files.

  The "Include on export" option for a parent keyword is obeyed for a) (file > Export), while it has no effect on (b) registration of metadata in the original files).

  For (b) (registration of metadata in the original files), you can partially exclude keywords parents by unchecking 'Export words containing' for all the keywords of the child.  This will remove the keywords parents of the XMP:Subject and IPTC:Keywords of the metadata fields, which is what most of the other applications look, but parents should always be included in XMP:HierarchicalSubject.  Since the bridge (at Bridge CS4) resembles the XMP:HierarchicalSubject field, it will necessarily see the keywords parents independently.

• Calendar: Export to PDF missing almost all of the photos

  Every year I create calendars with iPhoto and now Photos on my Mac. This year, everything seemed fine, too until I exported the calendar in PDF format (right-click and export to PDF calendar).

  My problem is that the created pdf file missing almost all of the photos. This is what it looks like in preview (some pictures between July and December are ok).

  

  I exported the calendar last year that worked fine in iPhoto last year and got the same error. Using Photos 1.2 (340.4.0) on my MacBook Air late 2011.

  No idea how to solve this problem? On the screen, everything was fine.

  You can export photos you used in your calendar with "file > export > export original file?

  Or you can edit the photos?

• Export DXF character missing in systematically defined designation ($DWGCODEPAGE undefined)

  Hi everyone, I was wondering that if someone knows how to fix this problem I have - whenever I'm exporting an Illustrator file in format .dxf, it defines the $DWGCODEPAGE character as "not defined", which causes the file to be displayed in my Finder as a thumbnail of the document text instead of the correct icon of DXF. I discovered that if I manually insert a set of characters (UTF8, ANSI_1252, etc.) instead of "undefined" in the text document, the file passes to the correct icon.

  I will be selling my work as DXF and want to ensure that any person who receives sees the correct identification icon (and that the file works correctly of course). Is it possible to get the default value of Illustrator for anything other than "undefined" (so I don't have to change it manually every time I have save/update an export?)

  It is interesting to note that, when I was experimenting with the above command sequence, it has worked and changed the icon to the appropriate icon dxf. Experimenting, I've changed the game undefined return of UTF8 character set, and the icon of the file dxf remained the SAME in the Finder. Weird. Anyway, problem solved.

• FDM export issues: incomplete DAT file

  We have problems in the process of exporting to a place. The creation of DAT files seems to fail at halfway. The question seems to be intermittent, as we have 2/3 shipments pass on the total 5. Having said that, the time that they have completed successfully, it is early in the morning and no, rush hour in which we have a few midi. However we are not sure that this would contribute to this question. To add, in the integration settings, we turned the Protection of data.

  Sorry for the long interval.

  After some analysis, we found that it could not any charge which was more than 15 minutes. This has led us to some of the configuration of COM + adapter FM11x-G5-C. When we looked at the parameters that we found in the parameters "Pooling & recycling", the "time-out (minutes) was set at 15." Increase this value to a higher number finally solved this problem and the loads completed successfully.

• Export keywords in Lightroom 5 problem

  I recently converted Lightroom 4 to 5.  I just noticed that not all of my keywords are exported to my jpeg file.  For example, I have the following keywords in Lightroom; Horizontal, landscape, national forest, Scenic.  My exported jpeg only has the keyword landscape.

  In the library Module, when I click on the drop down keywords and select "Will Export", I see that the keyword of the landscape.  I don't know what this 'feature' is all about.  Can someone explain it to me.  I need to be able to export all keywords.

  This problem seems to be consistent and I have a test set up file so I can repeat the problem.  Only certain keywords are not exported.

  I believe that the method to change things in the world is to export the key words in a text file and then using a text editor to remove the flag so they export not keyword, then re - import the text keyword in LR.

  As I'm at work right now, I can't look at the details. If no one responds, I'll look it up when I get home.
