Broken Adobe bug report system

I had problems with Flash Pro CS6 worsening gradually. I filed a few reports of bugs using their form of bug here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

I just noticed today that I had a few bug reports discount NDRs in my spam box.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

flash_feedback@namailhost. Corp.Adobe.com
E-mail address of the recipient not found in the recipient e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to deliver this message to you. Please check the email address and try to resend this message, or provide the text of diagnosis according to your system administrator.

The form sends to an address that does not exist. It is essentially Adobe, give everyone the finger. Large.

Finally, they fixed the bug report system; Suhas was able to confirm the receipt of several bug reports. Glad it is finally fixed.

    There are a plethora of bugs in CC.

    For example, CC keep pushing updates that I've already installed. I saw further discussions on this issue of update Ghost in this forum. A debate was no help at all and in one another, two members of the staff of Adobe offered, well, nothing really as they have guessed that some solutions "would be. The two employees could not solve the problem.

    In CC, it is just the visible part of the iceberg.

    While Adobe has done, and continues to produce incredibly useful, more professional and more fluid, the new Cloud Creative service sucks! So far, I can't find useful answers/resolutions in this forum. Cloud Computing is a very different beast compared to the traditional offerings from Adobe. This new beast needs attention.

    So, where can I file a complete bug report where I could present detailed analyses and keep track of them?

  • Bug report: DW CS5.5 hangs every time on an Image Map

    I write this instead of contact Adobe support. I went to my account to send a bug report to Adobe and I was told that I had to contact support by phone. It's pretty crappy. As an authorized user who owned less than three months, there is no direct way to tell you that your software is broken?

    Here's the deal: I'm working on a landing page HTML with a single card attached to a picture frame. Literally, every time I make a change to the code near the (linked to the image map) image then click in the window of live preview, Dreamweaver CS5.5 accidents as a 70 on a bar of SOAP on the floor of the shower. It crashes hard. My only relief is to save the file before clicking in the live preview window. It's my only solution to the problem.

    But I am amazed left that I can plant it each time on a map, flicking the code on the preview pane. We could think about version 11.5, a minor thing like it wouldn't form the supposed cream the cream of web design software.

  • Bug report - activate the quick start causes filesystem corruption and loss of data for Windows 8 NTFS when it is used by Windows 8 and Windows 2008R2SP1

    My hard disk configuration is as follows:

    Disc 1: 0.5 terabytes
    Disc 1 - Partition 1 Windows 2008R2SP1
    Disc 1 - Data Partition 2
    Disc 2: 1 terabytes
    Disc 2 - Partition 1 Windows 8
    Disc 2 - Data Partition 2
    After you install Windows 8 RTM and used for about half a day, I started in Windows 2008R2SP1. From the start in Windows 2008R2SP1, I had "one of your disks needs to be checked for consistency", and it proceeded to chkdsk both the 2008R2SP1 and Windows drives data. No problems were detected
    I don't think a lot of it... and goes to copy several files from disc 1 - 2 Partition on drive 2 data - data Partition 2
    Then, I started Windows 8 RTM one 2 weeks later and told me that 'one of your drives should be checked for consistency", and it proceeded to the chkdsk disk 2 - data partition 2 and found a small number of questions. But after that, all files, I had copied in 2 Disk - Partition 2 data were GONE!
    So I decided to reboot and start Windows 2008R2SP1... and I got the "one of your disks needs to be checked for consistency" again this time what we found thousands of questions! He supposedly fixed, but my files (more than 200Gbytes) still LEFT!
    I believe that it is this same problem: the bug - report serious corruption of system files and loss of data caused other NTFS de Windows 8 CP readers but I think it was not fixed on CP, and it is now on GTR!
     
    One more thing why this site (http://answers.microsoft.com) don't have any option to ask questions about Windows 8 RTM? I had to choose' other/unknown '

    Apparently if you use the option "Turn on the quick start (recommended)" in your Power Options, when you turn off your machine, it's not really turn and that's why he won't let NTFS in a consistent state, and so, if the disc is read by another Windows, it will try to 'fix' cause corruption...
     
    This could mean, even a double start between 2 windows 8 facilities system would auto destroy...

  • BUG report: Minor stuff

    We have just upgraded to 2015 CC CS55 11.4.9.90 and there are some im stuff stumbling on, bothers me if this is a bug.

    Also, where is the best place to post Bugs for crushing, or discussion, if it is a bug (or feature)? Request feature InD?

    My findings so far:

    1.) of these arrows works do not at all, others are very well

    2.) click on symbol problem Select/focus:

    As see you in a), my system selection color is orange, and if I click on the 'tT' the fontsize gets selected for a quick change. A nice feature, have always been.
    But the 'Steuerbedienfeld' b) (the InD-window-bar main, which contains the content according to information) selection there are odd.

    If I click on the "tT" - icon c) you see the fontsize gets... highlighted in gray. I guess that its not targeted by IND. The main problem: if it looks like this, you cannot change again, as you are used to each palette window. You continue to press the numbers and wonder why nothing happens.

    But d) then click in the field fontsize, the selection gets carried and is 'orange', ready for editing.

    HM, whats up with that?

    As I mentioned in another thread, some keyboard shortcuts are not usable, so you just CS55. I guess that's undocumented, but since you can always choose these combinations, I think it's not really by design.

    I wanted to use Alt + Cmd + space for a number_space. Yes, to zoom in, but if you just tap it, its quite well... in CS55. CC will yield, but does not execute the shortcut (.. .While that shift + Cmd + space is no problem for CC).

    Also, I could not use Ctrl or Cmd + Tab more. I choose, but it does not fire. Yes, its application tab, but ive changed with carabiner. Anyway: its a charm CS55 and dysfunctional in CC.

  • bug report: warning dialog always appears on the second monitor.

    This applies to Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 (version 19.2.0). I already presented my bug report to Adobe. Here is what happens...

    Steps to reproduce the bug:

    1. cut the 'Application Framework'. Rearrange the palettes, and then create a new workspace. Quit and restart the Illustrator application.

    2. start a new document and draw something on it. Then close the document without saving it.

    3. a warning dialog expected pop up and say "blah blah blah...". If you do not save, your changes will be lost. »

    Results:

    Here is where is the bug: the pop-up warning will still appear on the second monitor, not on the main screen. This same bug also appears when the embedded image of Photoshop is changed and a popup will ask if you want to update. new pop up appears on the second monitor only rather than on the main screen. I even tried to go back to the main screen, the following warnings are always appear on the second monitor. I even changed my monitors autour by reversing the display ports and the problem persists.

    If anyone has a solution to this, would be great and I thank you ahead of time.

    I just upgraded to the latest version of Illustrator CC (2015.3.0 Release;) Version 20.0.0). The dialogue-box-appearing-on-secound-monitor question goes. You need to restart your Mac after installation before it takes effect.

    Hi, I apologize if this is already the answer somewhere, but I couldn't find it.


    I have problems with Photoshop CC 2015. It hangs in the specific steps for the use of the data/layer shapes so I wonder is there any place where I could send short video reportage of the reproducible bug with steps?

  • Bug report: Creative Cloud Drive

    I use Adobe products religiously since CS2, but the creative cloud storage is a product, that I now have to avoid. The reason is that archives files must be deleted manually... so far today, of that I have spent more than six hours to deleting files because there is no way to select all, then delete all the. All files of the archive must be deleted manually - I can select all on a page, but this becomes very time consuming and frustrating experience.

    Action taken:

    1. arrival at the cloud creative, copied files in the area of creative cloud on the C: drive.

    3. locally installed and removed thousands of web files on the C: drive of creative cloud.

    4 cloud creative is automatically synchronized local files to https://creative.adobe.com files domain.

    5. after a two months of adding and deleting files Creative Cloud C: drive, the folder on the C: drive was 8.5 GB and Creative cloud produces a warning 'lack of storage space.

    6 Inspecting the https://creative.adobe.com Archives revealed thousands of files need to be deleted manually in order to free up space so that the files could synchronize Creative C: cloud drive up to https://creative.adobe.com files.

    And the process of deleting all files from that archive has not deleted took a little more than a very frustrating and painful 7 hours to do manually.

    Recommended steps to reproduce:

    1. in a clean (empty) area of creative cloud on the C: drive, create about 7 unique files and decompress a copy of WordPress in each. Then at wp-content/plugins, unzip and add about 15 plugins in every single directory.

    2. let the creative cloud sync with online storage.

    3 remove about 6 folders on the local C: drive.

    4. allow the creative cloud to synchronize.

    5 look at the creative area Cloud Files online and Archive.

    5a. If you want the files have not disappeared from Creative Cloud Files, select all of them and archive them.

    6. open the Archive.

    7. use the checkbox Select all to select all files.

    8. permanently delete them.

    9. once the removal process is completed, refresh the browser.

    10 files remain to be permanently deleted? If so, repeat steps 7 through 9.

    It seems that the Archive fills only about 30 files when it is open. It is possible to add additional files by scrolling to the bottom of the page, but that only adds about another 30 files. At the beginning I scrolled down and added about 1 500 files deleted, but this deletion process took the time to complete the server. Then I did scroll down several times and add about 3 600 files to remove, and which took the server even more time to complete. Then I scrolled down enough times to add files a little more 4 600 and repeated the waiting time for the server to complete the removal process. After this tour, it was about 3 000 files that remained to be removed manually through this process, and finally they were all deleted, but it was that an extremely painful process of 7 hours.

    Recommended solution:

    Add a "Delete all files" button inside the Archive.

    You may think that this problem is very good to support... Well, I tried. First, I called the toll-free number and was informed by the computer that my wait time exceeded two hours. So I chose to use their chat support - so what happened surprised me.

    The cat of support referred me to "a multitude of technical documentation" on the Adobe website and also sent me on the forums. No interest in hearing the problem beyond the initial description was expressed, and when I asked for what is obvious - one button to delete all files in archive - I was told quite frankly that the product does not only.

    ... since they dio for the rest of the Adobe products.  But you should feel free to choose one of them.  I would choose "Flash Authoring" since I have no idea of what it is other than perhaps something to do with Flash Pro.

  • What value is just using development builds (Beta, FDE, every night) If you don't submit bug reports?

    Simply surfing with a version beta (or most recent) version of FF actually do anything for MoCo? I really useless novelties that appear obviously earlier in these channels. In any case, I have a crash report that I submitted on 9 July to my topic: profile breaks down. I have all data with the activated options (choice of Options Options/Advanced/data) and have had all of these options enabled for longer that I can remember. IM wondering if this helps them to make a better browser (or at least confirm that the changes are NOT hurt the performance of the browser), or if they get no advantage out of bug reports.

    It will be really useful if you just use pre-release builds with these functions of data communication on without worrying if you provide a manual feedback. This will allow developers to detect performance regressions or issues of stability with some configurations before they will be available to the general public thanks to publish versions. Thank you!

    I have tabled five bugs in November and December last year. To my surprise and disappointment, no one has been sorted or answered by the developers of Firefox OS. I don't know that they meet other reports of bugs. Does anyone know why this might be? Are there not enough developers to treat all the bug reports? Or y at - it something wrong with my particular bug reports?
