  Please reset the Photoshop preferences.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  Looks like you're looking in the wrong place. Two buttons to the top of that is the tool brush or B on your keyboard.

  I have a problem with photoshop brushes.  I click on the brush I use and then when I put it in place the image is smaller than the image described?  Does anyone know how to fix this please.  I have it on the two CS ^ CC 2015.  It all started when I got a new hard drive installed on my comouytrer and had to reinstall all my applications.

  Maybe your on a mac?

  If so, check that the size of the cursor in the System Preferences > accessibility > display is set to Normal.

  I tried to download the Brushs recently: My Pack of Brush by DanLuVisiArt on DeviantArt

  I'm still relatively new to Photoshop, so forgive me if there is an obvious solution to this, but whenever I have to download the Brushs, they turn out nothing like that in the way that it shows. Instead, they resemble default brushes. The picture below on the left is the result after downloading rather than how it is supposed to be in the right image. I would appreciate help, no matter how big or small.

  Put an end to Photoshop. Start Photoshop and use the Edit > Preferences > Performance... uncheck use a graphics processor and click OK. Close Photoshop and restart Photoshop.  My guess is that still you need to update your display adapter device driver.

  Longtime Photoshop user, Photoshop CC 2014 running on a Mac Pro (mid 2010, 2x2.66 GHz 6 - Core Intel Xeon with 64 GB of RAM and a graphics card than NVIDIA Quadro K5000) running OS X El Capitan v10.11.3. I do all of my work out of SSDS (and use SSDS as my "scratch disks").

  I am a CC Subscriber but have not yet updated to 2015 for CC in Photoshop.

  I've been running in a strange bug while using the Brush tool. I'll do my best to describe it-when I paint on an existing layer, I get a strange series of pixelated lines and squares that I paint - and when I use the brush to 'cover' the squares, they disappear. When I resize, these squares disappear, and when I went to use Screen Grab (so I could take a snapshot of this issue), they also disappear - so I can't take a screenshot of the issue. These strange square and the lines do not appear to be part of my real file, but obviously, they make it impossible to work using the painting tools.

  These weird lines and squares are often the same color as my background color, or the same colors (but offset) of the layer I'm working on that.

  I recently installed an update of El Capitan (v10.11.3) and this problem appeared after that, so I wonder if this is Mac related, but I would appreciate any advice on how to solve this problem.

  This is a driver bug in the web for MacOS of Nvidia drivers.

  Contact NVidia to see if they still have a driver with the available bug fixed.

• Is there a way to correct the offset of brush in Photoshop?

  I use Adobe Photoshop 2014.1.0 and get lag terrible brush. I restarted my computer and reopened the file I was working on that and the same problem. I didn't know however, that this occurred during the development group with several layers, or in the past that I met a similar type of lag when using a group (2 or 3 layers) with multiple layer effects. Taking the layer out of the complicated group has resolved this discrepancy of the brush, but in the ideal world there would not happen at all.

• I have a problem with the function of brush in Photoshop CC

  In recent weeks, I noticed decreases performance in Photoshop CC when you use the brush on the layer masks and adjustment.  It takes an extremely long time for changes to take place.  Please forgive my lack of terminology appropriate in trying to describe my problem, but, for example, I just used my brush on a layer mask.  After you move the brush on the parties of the photo I want to change, a circle of rotation appears as adjustment.  This last time, after having a past more than half of a picture, at 70% opacity, it took more than 4 minutes for the course ends.  All other functions in Photoshop, including all my plug-ins, seem to function normally.  My computer seems to work fine in all other respects, both in Photoshop when using any other program or software.  The problem seems to be limited exclusively to the brush functions in Photoshop.  I noticed it first on a 4 weeks ago, and it gets progressively worse.  I have an Asus gaming laptop computer with processor Quad Core i7, 24G of RAM.  I'm not super computer, savvy, then keep as simple as possible answers would be much appreciated!  Anyone have any ideas or have experienced this same problem?

  • Do you use a Wacom?
  • Make sure that your PS is up-to-date.
  • Preferences open PS - - Performance - uncheck the box use a graphics card and then restart PS and see if this is the case for you.
  • Also try to reset tools

  

  • Try resetting the PS preferences
    • To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  I have been infatuated with brush on iOS for brushes app to use the desktop, but brushes far more impressive than I did are in color, which can be used (and amazing look) on the sketch.

  My question is, when these color brushes will work in Photoshop?

  I want to include them in my office workflow, and make drawings on the iPad and moving them at the back of the computer are heavy and unusable for me.

  Is this course of development? We can expect to see these brushes relatively soon in Photoshop CC?

• Lag on the brush strokes - Photoshop CC 2014

  Hello

  I tried with a Wacom tablet and even a MagicMouse and the problem is exactly the same. If I take a brush and a draw by lot, for example, consecutive hits, each line gets more offset than the previous, do a quick sketch tedious and overwhelming.

  It can be the cause of this shift of race? I tried to remove the acceleration graphics and even using native brushes, rather than custom, but the problem persists.

  I use Mac OSX with Yosemite and Photoshop CC 2014.2.2

  Any help?
