PNP_DETECTED_FATAL_ERROR (ca)

This indicates that the Plug and Play Manager met with a serious error, probably because of a problematic driver Plug-and-Play.

Error checking CA, {5, 86577498, 0, 0}

The 1st argument specifies the reference Manager object on one count AOP has fallen to zero, while the devnode was still bound in the tree. This indicates that the driver does not add a reference when returning from the AOP in a query of the PRI.

IMO, Forticlient is at the origin of the conflict. I would like to uninstall ASAP for troubleshooting purposes.

Also, your printer driver Samsung is beyond the:

Image path: \? \C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\SSPORT.sys

Uninstall as soon as POSSIBLE if they are available, but if not, remove the printer software + disconnect it.

Kind regards

  • Why all the mini-usb Chargers don't work with my pre! Grumble, boo-hiss...

I forgot to take my charger with me for what was supposed to be a quick trip.  After many postponements, flights cancelled, calls for the family and a 'help' of the airline office... I noticed that my battery was low so I decided to buy a charger at the airport.

Here comes my problem with my Pre and Palm...

1st stop, I have overall love this phone and understand that a new version can not have all the features I want/need.

What I don't understand, is why any mini-USB charger does not work!

I visited a few shops and kiosks where NONE of the generic Chargers would work and they did not offer Palm products.

I've certainly limited technical knowledge these things here, but can someone please explain to me why there are standards (USB, Mini-USB, etc.) but Palm makes their mini-usb special requirements or unique so only some products work?

I have used several brands and everybody has worked so far for me. I have even a mini - mic adapter that adapts to any standard mini-usb and works fine.

Just to clarify, you said you have mini-usb, the pre uses micro usb.

Micro-usb is also going to be the standard.

  • Microsoft support is terrible! Here's my rants! bsod problems continues. Anyone has any ideas on where I should go to progress posted?

This is in reference to post http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7hardware/thread/28318603-4513-48fc-bfce-ed28b18c2b7c

I wanted to share my experience when I called microsoft. I'm about to return the product, but I want to give it a good try and see if my problems can be fixed. But when I called microsoft, I started wondering why I would never pay $ 200 for it.

The gentleman, God bless his heart, was a jerk, ha. He was the web looking for a debugging tool when you use the control office and was clicking ads stating "FREE!" Windows debugging tool! 100% FREE! "I immediately grabbed the mouse and close it on him, he didn't like it.

I've also copied all my mini-decharges to my office for him, so he' have access to them, and he couldn't understand why the notebook showed strange characters, I had to ask him to debugging tool that I had already installed microsoft.

His idea of troubleshooting was waiting for the blue screen comes up, I had to inform him if it were to happen while it was connected to my pc, sharing the process of the Office would be to stop and he wouldn't be able to see again. He said he could not understand this, he' to be able to see it pop up, I continued to explain that the bsod is a system shutdown, and at the moment it happens, no other system processes are made except a script asking for training of the memory image, then restart command. HE STILL did not understand.

He went further to disable the system hardware, including my network controller, and then couldn't understand why he couldn't see my office.

That's all what actually happened and I am amazed by the latter. absolutely in stunned. Beyond that, he basically clicked randomly around an hour, check things again and again, and repeatedly says things like: "ok, I'm clicking on the start now button you see who? "I opened Device Manager now, see who?" so that it sounds like it was actually somewhere with him.

If you have read so far, I' to really appriciate any advice on what to do here, I just can't get the bsod happen while Runnin' the system mode of Auditor, however in regular use, there are on average twice a day. My other post I linked goes into details, i' to appreciate all the advice. Maybe I should go back to my long live the Penguin sing: P

The person suggested how to disable the devices in an attempt to try to identify the problem.  I understand your comments, but it's a very valid troubleshooting technique.  Have you tried to run with some of these items off to see if your problem still happens?

As you mentioned in the other thread, your CPU is Overclocked (2.8 GHz clocked @ 3, 5 GHz).  I mentioned that I suspect that you do not have a stable overclock, or that there is a pilot who is damaging the memory.  You have run across a few steps in this other thread attempts to refine the pilot.  Unfortunately, you won't find anything.  This leaves the overclock as the next thing obvious to look at.

You should try to run with the auditor and at stock clock speeds to see if you still have this problem.

If you can provide me with the file number, I can try to keep up with technology directly to share with him one of these comments.

  • Maxtor external USB One Touch Mini III and HP Pavilion dv5000 series with Windows 7 Ultimate

    Hello

I use Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 and I have HP Pavilion dv5191ea LT. I tried to connect an external Maxtor USB One Touch mini III hard drive and he would not recognize the disc. It's boring. I tried my best to find a solution, but I'm still without a clue. Anyone here who can help me? I would like help or the online guide that anyone of you can offer. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

    Danny

No XP is not installed, but it was installed before W7. Anyway, I solved the problem. The asnwer is that all Maxtor mini III One touch external USB key comes with software that allows you to encrypt disks require a password to open the disc. If the password is enabled when you close the last time, then this will bypass the detection of the drive in disk management. You open the disc in an XP environment and hell security as it does not work in W7. After you do this, the disk is available in W7. This site has been a great help:

    Hello

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to do a thorough check and removal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect the cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy to detect malicious software is often accompanied by a much harder to detect and remove the payload. So its best to be now too thorough than paying the high price later. Check with them to an extreme exaggeration, and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

Hello. I've known a few occasional BSODS, all associated with ntoskrnl.exe. Two of them were 0 x 124, while the most recent is a 0 x 101. I already ran Ccleaner in case it was a registry problem, but I doubt it. I also did a BIOS update for a couple of months. My specs are:

Both have been BCC124 two materials

    Stop 0 x 124 is a hardware error

If you are overclocking try to reset your settings to standard processor and see if that helps.

If you keep getting the BSOD here are things more than you may want.
This is usually hardware related, defective heat, memory or processor even if it is "possible" he is associated (rare) driver.

Stop 0 x 124 - what it means and what to try

    Synopsis:
A "stop 0 x 124" is fundamentally different from many other types of bluescreens because it arises from a complaint of material.
Stop 0 x 124 minidumps contain very little concrete information, and it is therefore necessary to address the problem as a case of material in an unknown state of distress.

    Generic troubleshooting ' Stop 0 x 124 ":

    1) to ensure that none of the hardware components are overclocked. Material which is pushed beyond its design specifications - by overclocking - may malfunction in unpredictable ways.
    (2) ensure that the machine is sufficiently cooled.
If there is doubt, open the side of the case (be aware of all the relevant conditions guaranteed!) PC and direct an electric fan squarely to the motherboard. Who will rule on most cooling problems (lack of).
    3) update all drivers related to materials: video, sound, RAID (if applicable), NIC... anything that interacts with a piece of hardware.
It is best to run the latest drivers anyway.
    (4) update the BIOS of your motherboard according to the manufacturer's instructions and clear CMOS.
Their website should provide detailed instructions on the brand and model-specific procedure.
    (5) rarely, bugs in the operating system may cause "false positives" 0 x 124 events where the hardware wasn't complaining, but Windows thought otherwise (because of the bug).
At the time of writing, Windows 7 does not have to suffer from a defect, but it is nevertheless important to keep Windows up-to-date.
    6) trying (stress) test these hardware components that can be put to the test artificially.
The most obvious examples are the RAM and HDD (s).
For the RAM, use the 3 rd-party memtest86 utility to run several hours a test value. (6-8 passes to stress the ram)
For hard drives, verify if CHKDSK /R finds any problems on (s), including "bad sectors".
Unreliable RAM, in particular, is mortal, as well as software, and anything other than a 100% clear memory test result is cause for concern. Unfortunately, even a 100% clear result the diagnostic utilities does not guarantee that the RAM is free of any defect - only that none have been encountered during the test passes.
    7) as the last of the non-invasive troubleshooting steps, perform a "Vanilla" Windows reinstallation: just the OS itself without additional applications, games, utilities, updates, new drivers - or ANYTHING that does not come from the Windows 7 disc.
Who stops working mitigate the problem of the 0 x 124, jump to the next step.
If you run the "Vanilla" installation long enough to convince yourself that not a single 0 x 124 accident occurred, start installing applications and updates slowly, always stopping between successive additions long enough to get an idea of the question if the machine is still free of 0 x 124 breaks down.
Smash back, obviously the latest addition of software may be somehow connected to the root cause.
If the stop error 0 x 124 persist despite the above steps, and the equipment is under warranty, consider to go back and ask for a replacement that does not suffer periodic MCE events.
Be aware that want to perform the subsequent hardware troubleshooting steps can, in some cases, void your warranty:
    (8) clean and carefully remove the dust inside the machine.
Reinstall all memory modules and connectors.
Use a can of compressed air to clean the RAM DIMM supports as much as possible.
    (9) If all else fails, start removing items of hardware one by one in the hope that the culprit is something non-essential that can be eliminated.
Obviously, this type of testing is much easier if you have access to equivalent components in order to perform swaps.

If you are in the situation to have completed all the steps above without a resolution of the symptom, unfortunately the most likely reason is that the error message is literally correct - something is fundamentally wrong with the hardware of the machine.

Please help me to solve my problem

So lately, I've been to around 2-3 BSOD every day, and since I'm not very good with computers, I have no idea whatsoever what could be the problem.

1 month ago my keyboard and mouse stopped working so I had to get my desktop pc to a store of the local computer. He said that he managed to solve my problem by formatting my pc and it installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, and previously I had w7 64-bit. BSOD started occurring 1-2 weeks before, when my keyboard started to stop working again, but I solved this problem somehow.
Since my pc restarts every time when I get a BSOD, all I managed to see is the stop code, which is 0 x 00000051.
I can not create a restore point or perform a system restore, because I have 2 errors VSS, and I can not also run Windows updates because I have another error too.
Looks like my pc is too much bug right now: /.
    Specifications of the PC:
    Gigabyte GA-880GM-D2H
AMD FX-4100 Quad Core 3.6 GH
    AMD, Sapphire Radeon HD 6670
    1 x Exceleram 4 MB of RAM
Thanks for any answewr in advance, sorry for my English, I'm from the Greece. :)
    Your problem is here:

Combined with these comments that you made earlier, I think that you need advice that you would be better getting in another foprum.

  • Workbook opening without voiding the warranty

    Hey

My laptop (ProBook 4540 s) have always temperatures without stress. Before I could play GTA4 on high all day without BSOD. Now my flow of holes of my laptop is much smaller and hotter, and I got BSOD after 15 min. of play Deadpool or 30 min. of GTA 4. I can disassemble the parts of my computer for cleaning (without voiding the warranty, I guaranteed standard of 10.08.2013 and Care pack for 2015).

    Hello

This is a machine of class business, I think you'll have a better response if you post your request for information on the business forum of HP on the following link.
