BSOD, attached minidump

Hi guys,.

Please find below the minidumps:

https://www.hightail.com/download/UlRSZ28zcHYyWGZ2WnNUQw

Can you tell me what is wrong and what should be checked?

Also, what software are you using to read the minidumps in detail, so that you know what drivers/hw/sw to fix?

Thank you very much

JU

    Question:

As you can see the attached picture explains my problem.

    Additional information:

    • How it started: one evening I booted up it (at startup video card: Radeon HD 6470 M) > I did not open any file or run programs, given that I have heat at the start at least 2-3 minutes > frozen screen > restarted on its own > BSOD (attached above Image) will not go away.
    • This BSOD once and has never been resolved since it occurred.
    • I like to play games on this laptop that includes; League of Legends LoL aka, installed other than LoL I also have the call of Duty series (from "World at War" until the last present "ghosts"), Red Alert 3, Red Alert 3 Uprising and HAWKX of Tom Clancy.
    • I usually play LoL at least a total of 2-5 h. / day.
    • My laptop is properly vented / cooled. (I have my laptop PT placed on 4 cylinders, leaving her underwear and its sides free of any obstructions. It is placed in front of an electric FAN. I also use the air conditioning if I do not use the electric fan)
    • Max temperature reaches at least 75-80 degrees Celsius during the game (Normal using search, but I still do not know if its Normal)
    • Idle temperature is somewhere between 55-65 degrees Celsius.
    • Radeon HD 6470 M Graphics Card is currently disabled in the Device Manager.

    I have...

    • Uninstalled the graphics card (Radeon 6470 m) via (Safe Mode) Device Manager, rebooted the laptop as to allow it to reinstall the video card. (> Screen blacked out > BSOD---> >()has NO WORK)

    • Uninstalled the graphics card (Radeon 6470 m) through the device (Safe Mode), passed to Intel Graphics Manager, downloaded the latest drivers Radeon 6470 M by downloading the latest Catalyst drivers from AMD Web site > after completing the download and installation > laptop black screen still works because I can still hear the fan running, the capslock, touchpad, mute and wifi light switch is still sensitive. > had to force stop via a long press on the power button / > restarted > BSOD --->>>()has NO WORK)
    • Removed my battery, kept the the cell phone charger plugged in, , while in safe mode, I have disabled the Intel HD 3000 graphics card then will revive Radeon 6470 m > restart > enter screen flashed a second then blocked with a black screen (touchpad, capslock lights mute switch rocker react) > had to force reboot > BSOD. --->>> ()Did NOT WORK)

    Finally...

    • In reading many forums about this issue, I hope that it is a software and not a hardware problem cause someone says this "the answer is you start Windows in safe mode, which will kill the drivers from the mixture. If you STILL get the BSOD in safe mode, then you more than likely a hardware problem. »

(Sorry for the CAPS, I think this is very important)  My CMOS BATTERY IS DETACHED, I DON'T KNOW WHEN OR HOW it HAPPENED AND NO PROBLEM whatsoever has OCCURRED, IT IS CURRENTLY LOOSELY ONCE MORE AND I STILL DON'T KNOW not WHEN OR HOW IT is THEN THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER THE SETTINGS DATE/TIME RESET OCCURRED ONCE WHEN I PUT THE BATTERY IN ITS HOUSING ORIGINAL , BUT like WHAT I SAID EARLIER HE SECONDED in some SORT AND IS STILL DETACHED BUT MY SETTING DATE/TIME IS NOT reset AT ALL (I did research that has detached/removed/off power CMOS battery would keep those type of setting to reset every time you start upward)

    • I have not yet tried to reinstall Windows 7 since it is my last resort
    • Any form of advice or suggestions are welcome
    • Ask me anything about the problem
    • Correct me if I did any kind of error

These related to the disk of HD LhdX64.sys of Lenovo driver.  Yours is almost 3 years old.  I would like to re - install the latest driver available.  You must also remove the remnents of Symantec still loading.

If you continue to plant I would run a chkdsk

The minidump files show constantly the csrss.exe process break with a BAD_POOL_HEADER stop error (19) referencing the win32k.sys.

It's probably another pilot, a third-party driver that is causing the problem.

I would say, at this stage, to enable verifier against any non-Microsoft drivers to stress test them and try to eliminate a problematic driver:

Start > type check in the search programs and files, then press 'Enter' > create standard settings > next > select the names of the drivers in the list > select all non-Microsoft drivers > finish

    Restart the computer.

Continue to use the computer normally but if you have any available BSOD brand minidump files.

If after the activation of the Verifier and restart the computer, you receive a BSOD on startup and cannot start Windows, restart the computer in "safe" mode, and follow these steps:

Start > type check in the search programs and files, then press 'Enter' > delete existing settings > finish

Restart the computer, log in Normal Mode and make available any resulting minidump file

I would also say, before you enable Driver Verifier, to download, install, update and run (quick scan should be sufficient) Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (free version), in the case of McAfee missing something:

  • BSODS, computer slow, minidump attached

    Hello people,

I have Win 7 Home Premium 64 - bit with i3 330M processor, 8 GB RAM and 1 TB SHDD (52 GB free). The machine was relatively fast even with only 52 GB free HARD drive. Then I had a few BSOD and since then laptop has slowed considerably.

https://DL.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1295094/110615-37721-01.zip is a minidump file zipped. I will be happy if some experts can take a look and tell me if I'd be REALLY worried. Although I have given back ups, I can not afford computer crashed right now.

Thanks in advance to 1 million.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.
In other words STOP! If you don't know what it means that you're probably not

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.

    Hello

The attached file of the DMP is (7A) KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR bug check.

This bug check indicates that the data page of the kernel of the required paging file cannot be read into memory.

    Error checking 7 a, {fffff6fc40007f08, ffffffffc000000e, 4c4f8860, fffff88000fe1630}

The 2nd parameter of the bug check is 0xc000000e = DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: there is error with hardware disk.

0xC000000E or STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE, usually indicates a hardware failure or an incorrect drive configuration. Check your cables and check the disk with the available from the manufacturer of your drive diagnostic utility. If you use old PATA (IDE) disks, this status code may indicate a bad master/subordinate drive configuration.

It is also possible that a driver is causing corruption.

  • BSOD and analysis of Minidump to a week old HP ENVY17

I just got my new ENVY 17 w / Intel Core [email protected] with 8 GB RAM on 4 February.  And, although I love the speed, the ability to run CS5 and the opportunity for the kids to play games like SC2, it is already clear that there are questions.

On 6 February, I received the first BSOD. Since then, I got them on several occasions, once on 8 February, 2 February 9, 2 February 10 and already today.

To study, I have install WINDbg and analyze dump files.  They look something like this, saying: ntkrnlmp.exe is probably to blame:

Other information you'd like to know is Yes, it works warm, but I have a cooling block running at all times.  He runs about 43 to 47 under normal operating conditions and under intensive use does not go above 70 C.  The value of Tj Max for the processor said 100 c, so I don't "think it crashes because of the heat.

I thought that maybe it was a driver problem, so I tried to update the drivers for my video controllers and network and it says that I have the best driver installed. Seems that after the crash, my wireless network do not reconnect by itself and will not not connect what either, so I feel as if there is a network problem.  I have to restart again just to have the wireless function.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the cause of the BSOD?  If I can't find a solution, I can just be back to this HP laptop.

    Thanks for any idea.

Since this is a brand new computer, I don't think that faulty RAM is the cause.  After some additional research on issues that others were with this model, I reduced to the HP Support Assistant (HPSF_Utils.exe).  Whenever I tried to run this software, it would result in an error.  I even uninstalled and downloaded the latest version of HP and it still would not work.

So I removed it altogether 13 Feb and I did have a blue screen since, while I was getting blue screens every day and sometimes twice a day with the computer straight out of the box.

    Hope this helps someone else.

  • Driver power state failure; BSOD; Cannot open the minidump files

Two weeks, my computer with Vista has started giving me a BSOD with status message driver failure.  I found the minidump files, but cannot open them.  The BSOD usually occurs after the computer has entered a sleep or hibernation.  I have not added any equipment to the computer and Norton 360 when I scan computer everything seems OK.  It is August 10, 19, then 23, also.  Don't know what the cause of the problem. Is there general reasons that could cause this or is - associated virus or what?

    Thank you

You can use BlueScreenView to stick the BSOD info in a message here.

NOTICE - report HTML all THE ELEMENTS or right-click on a BSOD line and select the same. Then, copy and
Paste the lines in a message here. Make sure and check the file name section. Also check the time
in MyEventViewer for more information as possible.

Check out these utilities to see if information may be collected:

It is an excellent tool for displaying the blue screen error information

-Free - BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during "blue screen of death," collisions
and displays information about all accidents of a table.

    -------------

MyEventViewer can be verified at the time of the blue screen (BSOD) within a second or so of the
time of the BSOD to provide more information about the possible cause - see TIP.

MyEventViewer - free - a simple alternative in the standard Windows Event Viewer.
TIP - Options - Advanced filter allows you to see a period of time instead of the whole of the record-
Set it for a bit before and after the time of the BSOD.

    ------------

AppCrashView - free - a small utility for Windows Vista and Windows 7 that displays the details of all the
application goes down has occurred in your system. The information breaks down is extracted from the .wer
the files created by the Windows Error Reporting (WER) of the operating system component of each
time that an accident has occurred. AppCrashView also allows you to easily record the list of accidents to
    text/html/csv/xml file.

  • "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" minidump (BSOD) Windows 7 file

I had trouble with the BSOD Windows 8.1 and 10 so I went back to windows 7. It has been working well for some time however, when I play a video game it crashes. This is the first time since that I resorted to windows 7. Unlike Windows 8.1 and 10 I can boot into normal mode so I can continue to do what I want to do but I'd like to solve this problem, if it is severe.

Here is the information of the accident.

  • Please, hoping to help BSOD: link to file included :) - Minidump IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Hello world

I have never actually solved a BSOD problem, and I hope that this will be my first time! :)

Here is the link to my Minidump file: http://1drv.ms/1eGOvpv

My utility BlueScreenView says that ntoskml.exe is somehow involved - but other threads on this site of questions and answers suggest that this is probably just a symptom, not the cause, of my BSOD.

All of your help, input and advice is much appreciated!

    Hi Patrick,

Well, my problem is SOLVED and you played a huge role to solve.  But... it has not been resolved as we both waited.  Unfortunately, the new external hard drive enclosure did not prevent the BSOD little once the drive has been removed safely.  But! :)   Helped you eliminate so many root causes (AVG, Norton...) and you had raised the possibility of a pilot did not cooperate, so I was wondering what (s) may be involved in my external hard drive is disconnected.  By chance, when I searched on Google, I've included a search term that I never thought about you: eSATA!  My external hard drive is connected via eSATA.  So when I search Google Dell, BSOD and eSATA, I soon saw a page which seems to indicate that I should check that I had the last pilot technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology.  And sure as heck, I had not installed at all!  Then, installed this driver and - bingo! -everything works perfectly now!

But I NEVER would have gotten there if you had not encouraged me before and help narrow my focus on the external hard drive and drivers.  Yes, thank you Patrick!  So far as I am concerned you have solved this mystery, more than any!  And I am eternally grateful!

Got an autonomus converted to LWAPP AP and now my task is to convert back to independent. How can I do this, how to load the image in it... If I could get the procedure, will be great... Thank you Richard
