BSOD pilot iomanager violation hidclass.sys

my daughters computer was getting the bsod with no explanation and restart after 5 minutes of use after startup.  I did some research and tried to use the auditor to find out if a driver was the cause of the problem and screwed up and ticked the wrong boxes (don't know what is).  now, it goes directly to pilot iomamanger violation (hidclass.sys) and restarts.  I put in a command prompt, and opens the auditor and remove all the settings by trying to stop him but not luck.  Im not stupid with computers but I don't am not very well informed at the same time please give if possible detailed help.  Thanks for any help

The computer is a gateway laptop model nv570p running windows 8

The two most recent were associated with gsafe.exe which is (I think) of software called "Gpass.  I would like to delete it.

Also, and importantly, you must update to win 8.1 ASAP.  You will be forced to MS to do short time when even if it's a good idea to do it now.

I changed the settings of the driver of the entrance and then I got a blue screen that said hidclass.sys caused the error. I just deleted and after reboot my keyboard and mouse no longer work. It seems that your Wacom tablet.  Why wacom has not been clearly identified was probably because the pilot has not been checked in time.  You can check by checking all the drivers (which will slow down the computer a little), but it should confirm the issue.

All three DMP show wacom in the default bucket at the time of the accident and he returned an inconsistent state with what was expected.  I'd like to see if there is a newer driver, correction or updating.

    Hello

Really better to ask in the forums on the right.

    XP - Forums
    http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/ee318395.aspx

XP is very similar to Vista in this regard except use start - RUN instead of start - search
to run programs and there is no UAC.

Have you added new hardware recently? Changed or updated antivirus/antispyware/security
programs? Updated all the drivers including the updates of Windows - look in the control panel.
    Updates to Windows.

Most likely cause are great drivers and BIOS so I would update those who use the methods below
When access you this part in solving problems and then return to the resolution of problems
    According to the needs.

    BCCode: d1 0x000000d1

    Cause

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.

This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a
run the operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the
code itself has been paged out. The possible causes for the error page are:

    • The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
    • The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
    • The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

    Solve the problem

To begin debugging, use a kernel debugger to get a stack trace.

If the problem is caused by the driver that you are developing, make sure that the function that was running
at the time of the bug check is not marked as pageable or does not call for all other inline functions that could be paged out.

  • BSOD in Windows 8 atikmpag.sys

I have problems BSOD mainly focussed on the atikmpag.sys (see the first 3 reports WhoCrashed) and was hoping someone could help out. More recently, I got the BSOD who wakes from sleep. I have four monitors and a number of applications (for example, various office products, several tabs in Chrome), but nothing that the computer should not be able to process (see below). I have read a number of discussions on this issue and that you have not found a solution: it seems that there are many possible causes.
Full .dmp file is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/k10qxgei0x6tr07/MEMORY.zip for the most recent BSOD. All 4 .dmp minidump files are available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/h5yncexruz3q3ha/Minidump%20Files.zip.
It is a personalized desktop build.

-Video card: ASUS DirectCU II 28nm HD7970-DC2-3GD5 graphics card
    -Power supply: Corsair AX 850
    Other relevant information:
-Problem seems related to the graphics card. The 7970 has 1 DVI and DisplayPort 3 link / DVI links in total 4 monitors.
    -No overclocking of any kind.
-The pilots I know are up to date (for example, graphics drivers, have not installed the drivers from "non-essential" for example for the wireless network adapter). It is possible that the absence of these drivers 'non-essential' is what causes the problem.
-All Windows updates have been installed.
-J' did Memtest86 + on each stick of RAM o/n and found no problem.
-J' reinstalled OS using reset to Windows 8.
-Temperature of the GPU seems OK (~ 55 degrees C), and the fans seem to be working.
-J' I just disabled when using Chrome hardware acceleration, as I read somewhere else that it can be problematic.
-I have not stressed/benchmarked beyond Memtest86 + but can do going forward.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

The accident took place in the Windows kernel. Maybe this problem is caused by another driver who cannot be identified at this time.

I tried the update driver ATI Mobility HD 4300/4500 Windows 8.1 from amd.com but returned crashes. The graphics hardware is old (1/2009) then I disabled the driver from AMD and graphics card uses at least fonts but same resolution with the standard graphics driver not one built for the hardware that is causing all the problems.

The flicker of the graphics before the accident, said the card cannot handle the high rate of resolution or refresh in the driver crashing in my opinion. This has been ongoing for about 2 or 3 weeks. It's like the laptop is dying. He is 5 years old.

Try to disable the card manufacturer video driver that is causing problems and live with less fancy accident-free driver from Microsoft.

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)

  • BSOD on startup Vista crcdisk.sys

    Hello.
    I just installed Vista SP2.

    Rebooted and everything went well.

I've also updated my BIOS of motherboard (Intel G35EC) to its latest version.
At the next restart I got BSOD, and the system restarted before I could read anything.

I tried 'Safe Mode'. It loads the files, and then gets the file: crcdisk.sys crashes for a few seconds and then restarts.
I tried to change the settings for the SATA controller to IDE emulation still with no success.

What could be? How I can fix?

    Thank you.

Uh, did him updated BIOS might have something to do with it?
He has clearly stated that it has installed SP2, rebooted and everything was fine, then it has updated its BIOS and now he has problems.

  • Random BSOD associated NETIO SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. SYS

    Hello world

Since January of this year I've known BSOD at random times. I was not able to determine anything that these accidents could have in common, with the exception of the fact that my laptop is always connected to a wifi network. I had an accident in January, one in February, in March, one in April and until June, I had four accidents. Once again, nothing in common between them, some occurred while I was browsing the internet, other then that I was listening to music or typing emails.

My only attempt to solve the problem, it's that I've manually updated my card driver WLAN via the website of the manufacturer of my laptop. I did it on June 21, but yesterday, I had another accident, so I know that the problem has not been resolved by the present.

    Hello

For netio.sys errors updated network driver (NIC) and wireless (WiFi) drivers from the
Site of the manufacturer of system/motherboard if embedded and the sites of manufacturers of real devices if they are separated
devices. Check also for the update of the BIOS and the low level chipset drivers

  • Windows 8 BSOD conflict resource with parport.sys

We have helped our clients in their transitions from older systems on Windows 7/8, specifically to ensure that some legacy applications will work properly on the new systems.  Some of these applications require the dongles for software protection that use parallel ports with DB-25 connectors.  We have been able to make applications for work in systems of Windows 7 by installing a PCI or PCIe parallel port card, but can't make it work on Windows 8.x systems:

    1. The parallel card works fine on Windows 7 systems.  We have the enforcement (DS1410D.sys) device driver and the driver of parallel port of the supplied system (parport.sys) loaded with the LPT1 printer port and the functions of the application as expected value.
    2. Same configuration would cause BSOD on Windows 8, due to the REFERENCE_BY_POINTER error.
    3. 8.x Windows would start if the printer port is set to something other than LPT1.  However the application device driver would then not be able to detect the dongle.
    4. The only difference between Windows 7 and Windows 8 is the parallel port driver.  Parport.sys file version is 6.1.7600.16385 for Windows 7 and is 6.3.9600.16384 for Windows 8.

It seems that Microsoft changed something in its parallel port driver that triggered the conflict of resources.  Everyone knows the same problem?  Anyway to get around the problem?

All Vijay suggests is that the contributors there are more experienced in handling the type of problem you are having, if after your query here.

  • Constant, abrupt reboots or BSOD (sometimes due to nwifi.sys)

I had my Win8 machine a few months, and have had trouble with reboots or BSOD - almost always when it is on the home wifi network (one at work etc works well, so far). I downloaded the minidump and https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=AFD30DDA4322C97F information system files! 4976 & authkey =! AK8_wCSh0hJ4_6E

    Hello

All attached files of the DMP are the error checking DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .

A kernel mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with an IRQL (Interrupt Request level) that was too high.

Usual causes are a device driver has a bug and tried to access invalid memory, the swap file is damaged or there is a memory problem.

nwifi.sys is always the culprit (NativeWiFi Miniport driver). It is not the real cause and something else crashes, maybe another 3rd party antivirus device driver / firewall causing conflicts. It is usually the two main causes of BSOD network related.

I notice you have Bit Defender installed. I recently went through a BSOD case in which the Bit Defender was causing conflicts on Windows 8 machine. I will recommend that you remove Bit Defender and replace with integrated Windows Defender from Windows 8 for temporary troubleshooting purposes:

  • BSOD pilot State failure

    Hi all

I get BSOD intermittently showing driver power state failure in all cases that I see.  I have a HP tx2000z, 2 GB, running Vista Ultimate.  I know of minidumps, but don't know how to look at them, or seen what I'm looking for.  Tried to do it in Windbg, but as I recall he said that I didn't leave after flashing a command prompt window very quickly.  Also tried to roll back as soon as possible, no luck.  No new installs of hardware.  May began after update to the last large windows.  It's something that I can probably fix it, or I'd be wise just to buy a new computer at low prices?  Y there is it possible just to install a windows 7 can actually solve the problem?  Someone at - it suggestions?

Sorry if this isn't in the right place, please inform if not.

Thanking you in advance for helping me fix my computer with aplomb, or dish being honest enough to tell me there is really no way to ever find what is actually wrong with it, unless I have spend most of my life in the effort.

    bcs42756,
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

It says error you found a driver that is not normally compatible with Vista, however, that the error only occurs when the computer enters standby or hibernation or wake up from standby or hibernation.

You have the external devices connected to the USB or Firewire ports?  If so, disconnect one at a time and see if the problem goes away.  If Yes, then you have found the culprit.

Try using the selective startup for troubleshooting method to see if you can identify the driver that could be the cause of the error:

  • BSOD caused by the discache.sys driver

    Hello

I had a couple of BSOD happen recently and would like help to understand what exactly is the cause of the errors. So far, I found that Nirsoft has a tool to view the errors blue screen (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html). I looked at the bug check Code and found advice to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for my video card manufacturer's Web site.

Here are a few screenshots of the BSOD error details:
