I don't know if one of the dysfunctional pilots affect the other. Please help, don't know what to do! Thank you
We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)

  • BSOD pilot State failure

    Hi all

I get BSOD intermittently showing driver power state failure in all cases that I see.  I have a HP tx2000z, 2 GB, running Vista Ultimate.  I know of minidumps, but don't know how to look at them, or seen what I'm looking for.  Tried to do it in Windbg, but as I recall he said that I didn't leave after flashing a command prompt window very quickly.  Also tried to roll back as soon as possible, no luck.  No new installs of hardware.  May began after update to the last large windows.  It's something that I can probably fix it, or I'd be wise just to buy a new computer at low prices?  Y there is it possible just to install a windows 7 can actually solve the problem?  Someone at - it suggestions?

Sorry if this isn't in the right place, please inform if not.

Thanking you in advance for helping me fix my computer with aplomb, or dish being honest enough to tell me there is really no way to ever find what is actually wrong with it, unless I have spend most of my life in the effort.

    bcs42756,
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

It says error you found a driver that is not normally compatible with Vista, however, that the error only occurs when the computer enters standby or hibernation or wake up from standby or hibernation.

You have the external devices connected to the USB or Firewire ports?  If so, disconnect one at a time and see if the problem goes away.  If Yes, then you have found the culprit.

Try using the selective startup for troubleshooting method to see if you can identify the driver that could be the cause of the error:

  • W3 - 810 driver Power State failure error (BSOD)

I have a W3-810 Iconia I've upgraded to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. During a recent update to the 2016 office, I had a blue screen and an error message that a failure of State driver had taken place and the computer needed to restart. After a few moments, the computer restarted and I was able to complete the installation of Office 2016. I remember getting this error during upgrade to Windows 10. Recently, while watching a YouTube video, the Tablet locked up and I got the blue screen again, with the same "Driver Power State Failure" error again. I check the Device Manager and noticed that in the "system devices" all of the "Intel platform dynamics and thermal framework (DPTF)" associates pilots had yellow flags indicating that the drivers did not work properly. When I tried to update the drivers I get a message that the latest drivers are installed.

Someone at - it recommendations to solve this problem? Should I uninstalled all the drivers DPTF and reinstall? Thank you.

Update: I drove all DPTF drivers in back to version 6.2.9200.30457 Device Manager and then restarted the computer. I tested the computer to see if I could cause a BSOD pilot State failure occurred earlier today and it does not happen again. I hope that this solves the problem. Thank you.

  • BSOD, BCCode f9, caused by ntoskrnl.exe, could you please help me with this?

I get the BSOD with f9 code and I do not understand what is? Could you please advice what may cause this? I'm not sure,
It happen when I stop or restart (15 minutes with him saying to stop) followed by BSOD (pilot State power failure).
Once I'm back I can see that Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown down. Using BlueScreenView tells me that ntoskrnl.exe is the cause.
I was wondering if it has something to do with the USB Ports, because it won't work as a plug-and-Play (need to reboot USB is plugged).

I reinstall all the USB drivers.

  • Several BSoD errors a day, passing under power and off for about a year now. All seem to be pilot/registry problems. (Alienware X 51 R2)

For about a year now, I been dealing with errors in the screen and blue on my desktop Alienware X 51 R2. They produce several times when you first start the computer for the day and then work as usual for the rest of it. They tend to happen off and on again, stopping for a month or two and after. I went to many other forums for help with no luck. All of them seem to point to pilot/registry issues, such as PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. I can never identify the problem, because whenever I think I fixed it they begin again a few weeks later. And this time, he had some freezes that act exactly like a BSoD without displaying the blue screen. Please help, I have no idea what is happening. He will also sometimes starts, beep, cut and repeat up to random point when he decides to work.

My wife and I have two machines R2 Alienware X 51 and both machines have started this behavior about a month or two after the expiration of the warranty.

After several tests it turned out that one of the sticks memory is faulty, although it shows still 8 GB of ram in the system specifications.

I replaced the two ram machines with kits of Kingston hyperX 8 gb dual channel and both machines worked perfectly since then.

Today, I went down my bios y560 from 59 to older bios bios.bak (by default). I did it because 59 bios is intensive heat and has problems with gradients. Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

Well well, after another 2 weeks of smooth sailing, another "glitch". Turned on the computer yesterday morning, shot to the top of Chrome and clicked on my Facebook shortcut and wham, a black screen, without showing anything but the mouse pointer. Something I have never experienced before. After a few seconds, a pop-up toolbar: "display driver stopped responding and recovered." Finally, a solid clue. Laughing out loud.

OK, that's enough. I got a new video card and installed today. So far, a - OK.

I hope it will be the end of it. (I'm short hair out...)

Thanks again to all for your time. It is appreciated.

  • BC BSOD Code 124 hall.dll accident pilot

I did a lot of research and testing on this problem. Sometimes I use my computer for almost 2 weeks with no problems at all... play for hours every day.

The last thing I did was reinstall Windows fast and for 2 weeks, I had no problem... but 2 days ago I had another accident with driver hall.dll collection BC 124.
A way to solve this problem? I lose all hope now... after my quick reinstalled, I thought that the problem disappeared... but 2 days ago, she came back.
Any help would be really appreciated
    Thanks in advance

    Marco

According to Ferdinand that it is hardware related.  A re - install will not solve the issue.  Given that the majority of the 124 genuine intel I suggest you run prime 95.

Try this free stress test: http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/

    Prime95 Setup program;
-Extract the contents of the zip file into a directory of your choice
    -Double-click on the executable file
    -Select "all stress testing.
-Select the test of 'Blend '.  If you have already run MemTest overnight, you can run the test of "Small FFFS" instead.
"Number of threads of torture test run" must equal the number of processors multiplied by 2 (if you use hyperthreading).
The best way to do this is to go to the Manager of the tasks of the figure... The performance tab - and see the number of boxes that appear under the CPU usage history
Then run the test of 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors [b](whichever comes first)
The selection of Test and the file stress.txt box describes the components that insists on the program.

What I might suggest is to uninstall ExpressCache, then update the Intel storage driver, then reinstall ExpressCache.

There should be versions updated to ExpressCache and the Intel storage driver in the following link:

    http://support.ASUS.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=UX32A&p=3&s=411

ExpressCache is no software required, so if you uninstall ExpressCache you can leave it uninstalled, if you wish.

    Hello

has the following appears on my netbook from Toshiba NB200 - 11 H 13 months about a week before,

A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer
The problem seems to be caused by the following file: igxprd32
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps.
The device driver got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates problem with the device itself or
With the device driver, hardware programming properly.

Please check with your hardware device vendor updates the driver.

I live across the computer shop where I bought a year ago, so I took on the whole, they made a check of PC and can't find anything wrong with it, the only way they could get the operating system working again was to disable the drivers for the graphics card, but also had to disable windows update to prevent it from updating the drivers.

Once the update was installed, the blue screen of death appeared again. Then I took at home so that it operated worked OK less pilots and removed the small amount of info on a memory stick, as they have advised me to do a reinstall of the software. After what same error screen appeared.
Then I connected an external hard drive made a recovery disk made the full restore, thought he had worked as the Welcome screen Toshiba confirmed few details clicked the name of the computer, etc. on finish began to load windows.

Then the same message high again its ugly head. I took it in my friends in the computer store, they have tried the same thing as me with the same result. Anyone have any ideas on how I could resolve the situation.

Hmm. Entendez_ you the new recover system solve your problem and the BSOD appeared again?
Well, sounds like a hardware problem
I think in the first step, modules memory must be checked, that it is the first part of the hardware that may be causing the BSOD.
