BSOD System_Service_Exception and Driver_Verifier_Detection on HP m9520f PC

Hello

I recently re-formatted and re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate x 64 on my HP Pavilion Elite m9520f PC.

I met the BSOD crashes several times a day to have the "System_Service_Exception 0x0000003B" and DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION 0x000000c4 error. The system automatically reboots when the BSOD occurs.

I installed the latest update driver NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GS, to see if it solves the problem, but nothing has been resolved. Also, I went to the Advanced Boot Options and did the last known good configuration option but did not work. More information on how to solve this problem would be sincerely appreciated.

Unplug the PC from the domestic sector.

Remove the memory modules.

Put only one memory card in the nearest location of the CPU.

Once this is done, you can plug the PC back to see if it starts up.

If it does not start, then disconnect the PC.  Remove the memory module and put the other module in its place, plug the PC and try to start again at the top.

  • Error BSOD System_Service_Exception also the Memory_Management BSOD error

Last year, I built a new computer to coincide with the launch of Windows 7.

    Specifications are the following:

    CPU: core intel i7 920

    RAM: Corsair Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D 3x2GB

    GPU: ATi 5850HD

    Mobo: Asus P6T SE

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

For a time, it worked fine, but I started to have problems of gel. They generally produce right after startup, the system could get the extent of loading Messenger, but shortly after, would freeze the mouse and the computer would be completely insensitive. After trying for a few months to get the system to work (and have a wave of 8 weeks where everything worked fine), as well as to test the RAM and even up the motherboard for test sending, I finally gave up and came back to 32-bit of Windows XP. I did it in March, and then until Sunday 24 the computer took place without a hitch. Not a single problem.

24, I decided to give Windows 7 an another go, with a new drive, I created myself and my own key, as well as remove the Creative sound card, I had used, because a friend suggested that could be the problem.

For a week the system went very well, however I got a blue screen error 31. Memory_Management. 0x000000001A

When I restarted from this, the system told me I had 4 GB of RAM, instead of 6 GB. Again, I have played the game for a few hours with only a few hiccups of frame rate. After that I turned off, went out the ram, made sure they were dust, reinserted them and turned on, the system told me I had 6GB again. Just to be safe, I fell memory diagnostic tool Windows 7 #s from 04:30 until about 23:00 the next night. He managed 63 passes and did not find a single error. In the past when I received first freezes, I tested the RAM one by one using memtest86. I placed the RAM in DIMM1 and ran all night, each test would have about 25-30 full passages without errors, so naturally I who ruled out as a cause.

However tonight, I got another BSOD, it was when the computer was simply idling with a few open programs, namely Firefox, Internet Explorer (maybe, I'm not sure) and Windows Live Messenger. System_Service_Exception. 0x000000003B.

Reset, I have 4 GB of RAM instead of 6 again.

I hope someone is able to offer any suggestions as to what I can do at this point. It sems very well as if it was a problem of RAM, but after numerous tests and find no errors in * any * point, I am at my wit's end.

  • Satellite Pro U200: BSOD error and sudden shutdown problem

I have been using Satellite Pro U 200 since July this year.
I had a strange problem. The problem began in mid-October where my laptop appears a blue windows error screen and restart. When the system will re-start the screen would flicker start and the operating system would not initialize correctly.

It would give all sorts of error messages. Even if I tried to install a new operating system at this time where he would give error with the disc saying some file is corrupted. If you leave the phone turned off, it would again work normally.
The disc would normally work on other portable computers desktop computers.

I sent it for repair and they changed the hard drive. But the problem has returned to a degree less after a week.
He sent again and this time they changed the motherboard.
But the problem is now back with the blue screen stop.

    It's a Toshiba U 200 1.66 GHz memory gigabyte hard drive.
I bought the Canada and use it in England, there is therefore a Canadian power cable.
I am using Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2

    Any help will be appreciated!

Is it possible that some application you use is responsible for this? If there is an error on the corrupted file, I'm a bit skeptical about a malfunction of the equipment.

    You did some hardware upgrades?

However, other messages such as "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (Wdf01000.sys)" or "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" or "KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE" are also presented at other times.

Sometimes, after much searching on the forums, I've seen a lot of people complaining that the video driver was the cause of the problem.

As I read on the forums, follow the instructions to update the BIOS to the latest version (F.35), then put to update the driver Intel(r) HD Graphics 520 to the latest version available on HP website (20.19.15.4360 from 21/12 / 2015).

The mistakes continued. I abandon me when I noticed something new, be the subject of an investigation. After a long comment, I realized that when the laptop is powered energy he not crushed and does not give problems, he gave when the battery.

When removing the power supply, after a short period, about 5 to 10 minutes, the mistakes began to appear, and then the question arises:

-It would be the parameter in battery power settings that could be the cause of the error (like setting up optimization, performance, etc) or is it really problem in the battery causing the error?
-Because the estimated Win10 battery life indicator has no estimate of consumption, keeping the status always "computation". This last fact strengthens the thesis that the problem is the battery.

Before ask you, I used the HP Suport Assistent to the battery test and he informs that the battery is standard, which goes against my thesis which is the problem of power or the power configuration in a device driver (probably the driver Intel(r) HD Graphics 520). I did tests of memory and the SSD and quite normal.

I decided to disable the battery driver in dispostivos Manager. Its name in dispostivos Manager is 'Control method battery Microsoft ACPI-Compatible'. To my surprise, Guess, the laptop did not, I'm still testing, but it doesn't seem that it was driver stack of conflict. The machine did not fall down, but bad disable the driver, it's that we lose track of how much time we have autonomy, but rather sacrifice the autonomy of the video driver (was palliative that he used to be able to work with the battery). Go figure... Wells is now to see if HP will solve this problem of incompatibility, because I found the potential conflict and now awaits the solution. Anyone else had problems or similar recommendations?

    see you soon,

    Richard S.

    Hi Richard

I understand that you that you are unhappy with it all the problems, but there may be many reasons for this. In my opinion this can happen because of some useless day or some drivers installed by third-party software that you have installed on your laptop.

Please reinstall OS using the recovery CD. After firs start check in Device Manager if there is some hardware problem. If not you than trying to start the free Config (doctor of connectivity) and a few other tools Toshiba to check if everything is ok.

If everything is ok try to install SP2 if you n t have on your machine (just SP2 and not separately updates and patches). I don't know, but some of the A60 are delivered with SP2.

Install all your programs slowly and carefully follow what happened after each step you did.

  • Error on blue screen (BSOD) during and after the installation of Windows 7

I had to reinstall Windows 7 using the recovery partition. When installing I kept getting blue screen errors and even now I still get the BSOD a few minutes. I have no problem in safe mode.

My laptop is a Satellite C650D - 12 c. I tried to update the BIOS, but I can't do it in safe mode. What should I do next?

Saved on the HARD drive recovery image is tested so everything should be OK with recovery image installation.
What you can try is to use the Microsoft installation disc to see if the same thing will happen again.

If Yes, I'm afraid, you need professional help with this Portable Mr. probably guaranteed so the service guy should check this.

    You created the recovery DVDs?
BTW: I think that the update of the BIOS is not solution. Recovery facility must operate with this original version of BIOS.

I have not installed any new software a few days before (just a few updates "Windows Update"). Now this apears blue screen every time I try to stop. Hibernation and energy saving still work.

But, sometimes when I connect my mobile phone "Sony Ericsson K800i" using the USB connection and the "Sony Ericsson PC Suite 6" it is "irql_not_less_or_equal" blue screen.»

I don't know if theres something wrong with the RAM/working memory, but I can't think because this computer is brand new and it never fell down or something like that.

I'm sorry for my bad English, I'm still learning.

    Hello

Perhaps Windows isn't compatible with your software up-to-date and causing this BSOD. You should try to use the restore system to a previous state.

Also have you updated the software for your mobile phone? Maybe it's not compatible with Windows 7's again. Visit the site of the factory for an update.
I have the same phone but I m using MyPhoneExplorer which works quite well on Windows 7 but I m using the Bluetooth connection and not on the cord.

  • BSOD constantly and no idea why.

Okay so here is my question. I have a dv6 HP ENVY and I for about six months now. This problem happened since, but I'm finally fed up enough to do something.

I do a lot of games on my computer, but I can't play for a short time before my computer BSOD. The problem is that I almost never get the same error twice. There's always a different error message.

I have all my gear to update several times and I'm starting to get very frustrated with that.

And I play games that say should work on my computer. I'm not overload or something.

If anyone can help please, I'd appreciate it.

    Yes.

To the support page and drivers for your specific model, and there is a tab of user guides.

A click on it and you should find a guide service and maintenance for your laptop.

Read the section (probably the chapter 4) on how to remove and replace a memory module.

Be sure to unplug the PC and remove the battery before working on the inside.

Remove a RAM and run a test at the same time, if the test fails on both the RAM. You will need to replace both. If this is not the case, replace the one that fails the tests of RAM.

  • I get BSOD, Multiple_IRP_REQUESTS_COMPLETE and sometimes SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL all the time randomly.

    I recently got new hardware,
    Radeon HD 6950 video card
Corsair Dominator GT DDR3 4 GB to PC15000
    MSI P67A-GD65 Motherboard
    Intel i5 processor

I installed everything on the disk, but when I went into my browser I instantly BSOD Multiple_IRP_REQUESTS_COMPLETE
This has happened every time that I went on my browser, sometimes instantly, or up to 10 minutes
Then I reinstalled my Internet Explorer browser(Firefox) and soon the IE BSOD

A friend thought that maybe it was Ram related so I did a bios memory test and it worked perfectly
then he told me to download the minidumps via xfire
There was something in .sys associated with Daemon tools, so I uninstalled and deleted the .sys file
It worked for maybe 2 hours until I had another BSOD
So I decided to just play games (Bad Company 2) until I could get my friend on the computer again, I didn't have a problem with that, up to this that may have been 2 hours
past and I got the BSOD in SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I kept getting that at random times playing it.

The friend finally got online and I gave him the minidumps, and he said that befcm3xp was in the files... Well, which is linked to my modem so I got rid of this file and got him a new file
At this point the BSOD became less frequent, and after I got the new file I did not get an another BSOD until perhaps 7hours had passed, it was an another SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Today, I looked at the internet and got an another Multiple_IRP_REQUESTS_COMPLETE
so I told my friend I was going to just to get a few mindumps more so he can review and it was an another two SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
before I gave it to him, he said it is still associated with BEFCM3XP

I have no idea what to do now

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

It's my generic how updates of appropriate driver: (look for updates to the BIOS and the driver).

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

    1. run Memtest for NOT LESS than 8 ~ (several hours):

    Memtest86 +:

    Download Memtest86 + here:

    http://www.memtest.org/

    Which should I download?

You can either download the ISO pre-built you want to burn to a CD and then boot from the CD, or you can download the automatic installer of the USB. What this will do is format your USB drive, make a boot device and then install the necessary files. Both do the same job, it's just you that you choose, or you have available (be it CD or USB).

Note that some older generation motherboards do not support USB boot, your only option is CD (or floppy if you really wanted to).

    How Memtest works:

Memtest86 writes a series of test patterns for most of the addresses of memory, reads the written data and compares it to find errors.

The default pass is 9 different tests, varying in the modes of access and test data. A tenth test, bland, is selectable in the menu. He wrote all the memory with zeros, then sleeps 90 minutes before checking to see if the bits have changed (perhaps because of refresh problems). This is repeated with all those for a total time of 3 hours by pass.

Many chipsets can report RAM speed and timings by SPD (Serial Presence Detect) or EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles), and some even support changing the expected memory speed. If the expected memory speed is overclockee, Memtest86 can test that memory is free of error with these faster settings.

Some hardware is able to report the status of the "PAT" (PAT: active or PAT: disabled). This is a reference to the Intel performance acceleration technology; There may be the BIOS settings that affect this aspect of memory synchronization.

This information, if it is available for the program, can be displayed via a menu option.

2 if Memtest will at least 8 passes without error whatsoever, your video card is probably defective.
