Bug in Windows 7,8,10

Hello

I found a bug (feat) on Microsoft Windows 7 and 8, and it's still there in the latest version of Windows 10.

I want to share this problem with Microsoft Corporation and to win the prize of $100,000 that Microsoft gives to anyone who finds the dangerous exploits, or they send me a MSI GT83 Titan SLI if possible.

Please, help me communicate with supervisors to Microsoft to talk about and share with them feat.

Thank you for more information on this situation.

Kind regards.

  • How can I report a bug with Windows XP?

I've identified a reproducible bug in Windows XP on the backup and restore of encrypted files (EFS) using the Win32 API.  I have a simple program that illustrates the problem.  The problem does not recur on Vista or Windows 7.  Even if MS will not solve the problem, because the level of support for XP, it would be useful to obtain an acknowledgement of the problem.

How to bring this to the attention of Ms?

    Thanks in advance,

Unfortunately, microsoft no longer provides support or updates for the xp operating system.

There are two versions behind the OS vista and win7

but since there are millions of xp still in use, expecially by company, then my suggestion is to create a blog about your discovery.   my suggestion is to blog on wordpress.

describe in detail how you discovered it, the symptoms and what solutions or you would recommend workaround.

  • Copy-paste/Clipboard bug in Windows 7 if the target is not open before the copy operation

Copy-paste/Clipboard bug in Windows 7 if the target is not open before the copy operation

Behavior of copy - paste doesn't seem to work properly in Win7.

I just migrated to a new machine of Windows 7 with new Office 2010 installed where I performed tests on the problem.

If I copy the text to the Clipboard from an application open MS (for example Excel, but also other programs MS like windows Explorer, internet Explorer, etc.), and then open a fresh word (one instance open) document and paste the text, it appears as an oval-shaped blob image.

Similarly the same problem when I subsequently open apps package and try to make a hem

    The problem does not arise

    1. If the fresh Word document is already open before doing the copy operation

    2. If another document is already open before doing the copy operation

    3. If the copy on an Excel cell (for example) make it, stick first to Excel, and then open a fresh Word document (single instance) and paste to that

It is not just Word. Other target applications get the unwanted copy if they are open between the copy and paste.

This bug is not present in XP.

    Thank you very much.

OK, it's more clear now. It is Office 2010 which trashes the Clipboard when the first instance of a program Office 2010 is open (well, I tried only Excel and Word).

Scenario 1: Open Excel, write a few essays in a cell, copier, copy to the Clipboard, open the new Word document, paste that and the oval blob error occurs

Scenario 2: Open Word, write a few characters test, copier, copy to the Clipboard, open new worksheet Excel, paste that and the oval blob error occurs

Scenario 3: Open Word, write a few test characters, copy to the Clipboard, close the word document, open it again, dough one and the oval blob error occurs

Scenario 4: Open Word, write a few characters test, copy to the Clipboard, open another document, paste and no error occurs

Scenario 5: With Excel and Word open, first cut an and stick to the others - works fine

Conclusion: the windows clipboard is always corrupted when the first instance of an Office application is opened.

    Kind regards

    Andrew

  • bug in Windows 7?

I install windows 7 and like her excitement, I install the update, but I found that the problem lies in the networking. Suddenly, I can't connect to the internet using my connection broadband, troubleshooting is I have to disable my LAN and try to fix the problem, and it can still connect to the net. But, if I do not install the update, it can connect at any time without making the "ritual", I try to restore the earliaer system before the update. Any suggestion or the update is really a bug? Thank you very much in advance...

    In the meantime:

My Windows 7 computer has all the updates that are available and works well.

I had an occasion where a driver was broken with an update. My solution is to install the latest driver for this device and it has been resolved.

When you post on forum Windows 7 more information such as the brand & model of the network card and the number of the update that broke it would be useful.

  • Possible bug in Windows 7

    Hi all

Is someone can you please tell me what makes my computer?

Background. I have a Windows 7 Professional laptop connected to a domain.  The folder/users/name is stored on our server.  I am able to create folders & files without problem.  However, Windows 7 will not allow my change all lowercase letters to uppercase.  If you try to rename file.txt in FILE.txt, Windows 7 does NOT say I need the permission of the user, namely me.  I checked the file permission and noticed that I actually have full control.  The only way to rename to file.txt is the first change of fFILE.txt, save the new name and edit the 'f'  Frustrating to say the least.

I hope that someone else has encountered this and can tell me how to solve this problem.

Or maybe it's a bug that Microsoft has to look at.

Everyone in advance for any help or advice that can be passed to thank me.

  • bug: the windows are small because it is UI elements and cannot be set at the level

In some products, Adobe as CC animate and animation character UI elements does not fit into their windows on a system here.
For this reason many functions cannot be used, or the value, and therefore these packages are worthless and unusable on this machine.
All and I really mean all other Windows programs work perfectly well, except these Adobe CC software.
This bug is there to animate CC, but also in the new character animation software.

I work on a laptop clean and very up-to-date with the latest drivers and 10 Windows installed.

Watch the following snapshot to understand how irritating it is:

This problem exists for several versions of Adobe CC now, and it is hard to believe that I'm the only one in the world to have this problem.

Adobe: Manufacturing of the elements of the adjustment within its windows user interface is not rocket science and is Basic for me stuff.
Correct this work for paying us customers!

Just in case of the other people who want to know the answer on this one: there is still no hiDPI support in Adobe animate CC workaround for now is to put the Windows display settings to 100%.

  • How to report a bug in Windows Explorer?

I have a data file that includes unnecessary data!  And I went through it and removed all the unwanted data then saved (in a new file).

The original file has 3 700 KB of data (length of each line of text + 2 to allow the carriage return and newline).

The final file has 3 649 KB.

Explorer Windows supports sizes are 3 579 k and 3 644 k respectively.  And no, I have NOT transposed the numbers. Explorer claims that the smaller file is bigger!
