[bug] My tools, panels does not develop when I click the icon, if I set the Panel bar on the my screen, nothing does develop, if I put my other place, floating panels, works normally. Help me?

  I suggest you turn off Auto complete and then check if you face the same problem.

  a. open Outlook Express.

  b. click on Tools.

  c. click on Options.

  d. click the send tab.

  e. uncheck the e-mail address automatically complete when composing box.

  f. click OK.

  Turn Auto complete and test again to see if the behavior is better. To activate it again, follow the same steps as above, but put a check mark in the box.

  You should be able to go to the top of the Sticky Note and left click (and hold) then drag the sticky note to the new location. If it still not move there may be a setting in your mouse which will need to be reset to zero by default.
