  I copied a few ringtones using the USB cable in the ringtones folder.

  If you try and you change a contact, you'll see a tab at the bottom called extra info. Expand it and there will be an option called call handling/assign ring tone. Also assign a ringtone for each contact can be one heck of a tedious job, so what I did is create groups such as family, friends, etc. of the company and add contacts to these groups and this clever app lets assign the ringtones group.

  Much easier that way. Wonder why the ability to assign ringtones to groups is not there in this phone... anyway. Good luck.

  On your iPhone you can probably do it. It would be wise to do so here.

  If you are in the screen including Fernand inserted a picture above, you can select 'Writing of the campaign' in activities, which gives you an overview of all campaigns for the timeframe you selected.

  In this screen, you have the ability to double click on a campaign and who will show you then the specific contact path followed through this campaign.

  Marlene is not right to say that the contacts in 'green' are the excluded - it gives the most excluded, but will show contacts waiting for action at a specific stage.

  I can send and receive SMS through Group MMS.  However, I have a particular contact that can receive messages via a MMS group, but I do not get one of his messages in the group.  We can as well send/receive individual iMessages to eachother perfectly.  I use an iPhone 6s, and my touch is the use of an iPhone 5 c. I checked to make sure that this contact is not blocked.  I thought that maybe it was a problem of carrier, but I recently changed property & t, sprint and iPhone 4s to a 6 s iPhone and this problem followed me across from media/devices.  I have this problem with a particular contact, and there seems to be a problem with my apple account.  This problem is happening constantly for more than a year. Any ideas what could be going wrong?

  Your Apple account has nothing to do with sending MMS message, which is a feature of the carrier.

  If you encounter a problem with an individual then maybe the problem is on their side, have what troubleshooting they done?

  First thing I would try to solve the question is: after release of the number reset the phone (hold down the home and sleep buttons until the Apple logo appears) and try to assign the ringtone again.
