Burn VIDEO_TS or DMG to DVD image readable on DVD-Video players?

I burned a movie to a DVD using toast. Now I want someone sends a file so that they can burn their own DVDs. I moved the DVD files on my desk. I burned them (a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder inside) directly on a DVD, but it's unplayable. I used disk utility used to create an image ("read-only" Format of Image with 'none' encryption). I burned this .dmg directly on a DVD, but it's unplayable.

Is it possible, or is it the other person must have something like Toast to burn their own video DVDs?

Open the toast and click the video tab. In the drop-down list, choose the VIDEO_TS folder (you need not the audio file). Drag and drop the VIDEO_TS folder on your desktop in the left pane blank. Burn the disc.

    ·         How you try to burn the pictures on your CD?

    ·         What is the burning software CD that you use to burn the discs?

I suggest you burn your photos using Windows Media Player.  You can read this article which will give you information on burning media with Media Player:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/burn-a-CD-or-DVD-in-Windows-Media-Player

    1. in Windows Media Player, on the Tools menu, click Options.

    2. in the Options dialog box, on the devices tab, click the name of the reader of CD - R or CD - RW you use and then click on the properties button.

    3. in the Properties dialog box, under the recording tab, select a slower write speed.

  • How to burn the disc on a DVD menu?

Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0 - Windows Vista 64-bit

I modified my video then insert chapter markers. I chose a disc menu and made some adjustments. Everything works fine when I click on "Preview" - can I choose different scenes, "my" music plays in the background, everything seems like I want. When I "Burns" the disc on my drive hard or on a DVD I have a "chunk" of (edited) video - no chapter marker and NO menu at all.

I removed Nero from my computer because someone said it might conflict. I have installed/uninstalled PRE7 twice. The problem persists.

Ok. Burning to disc is done, but I still don't see a video with a menu that I can play on my computer.

In My Documents, I have a new folder with a long number as its name. Inside there are two folders more: OpenDVD and VIDEO_TS. (Yay!)

    -----------

Well, at least, we have made some progress. I finally managed to several output files. It's a good thing, right? They are the appropriate files, I need to burn a paper copy? Can I burn a copy printed directly from PRE7?

Have been able to burn to the disc that you say at the beginning of the post that later on you ask you about burning a paper copy. You have the OpenDVD and VIDEO_TS folders is so great.

You can burn it to a DVD directly from PRE7 but it can be problematic due to other software interfering with the process. Burn it down first on file eliminates most of these hassles and it takes a few minutes to burn on DVD after that.

How to do a project is:

    (1) burn the project on folder on my computer

    (2) open Nero--> video / images--> DVD video files

    (3) add OpenDVD and VIDEO_TS folders.

At this point, Nero can make a long warning saying something like: ' one or more files could not be added. '. I ignore cela and press OK

    (4) now you are almost ready to burn. I chose the lowest burning speed, and then start the burn.

I never burn directly from PRE on DVD led to too many mistakes. Engraving on a folder, first of all, then using Nero I got no problems of all founded. I don't know that imgbrn would work just as well to make the final engraving also.

    Hello

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.

RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
Burn and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are

Check with your Maker system and a device for the two possible firmware updates and
the correct registry entries for your car.

Here are the keys that I of course are those in question - for the subkeys of the CD/DVD drive
