• Access to video clip inside a button with colorTransform problem

  I need help applying the color transform function to a clip that exists inside a button.  I want to keep the button a button (as opposed to making a clip as well with the onclick event handlers and stationary) I already have built-in behaviors and would rather not recreate.  I have the path to the object as:
  mcVideoControls.stopButColor.transform.colorTransform = stop_LightColorTransform;
  (stopButColor is the name of the object, I'm trying to change the color of the)
  It works fine but I need to make the color of other objects inside the button object and when I try to access the objects inside the key actionscript code does not seem to connect.  The button instance name is "btnStop", but it does not work:
  mcVideoControls.btnStop.stopButColor.transform.colorTransform = stop_LightColorTransform;
  either the fact:
  btnStop.stopButColor.transform.colorTransform = stop_LightColorTransform;

  Can someone tell me how to use colorTransform on video Clips inside the buttons.  Is there another way to indicate this path?  I use CS4 and actionscript 3.

  When stopButColor is moved within btnStop it is more accessible by colorTransform.  Could he be wrong about something else?

• Problem of FW CS4 export buttons with rollover to dreamweaver

  Fireworks newbie here-

  I created a button with several States in fireworks cs4 and have problems exporting to Dreamweaver.

  (1) if I have the file-> Preview in the browser by the key works fine.

  (2) if I export using the "HTML and Images" export option, my button works correctly.

  (3) but if I export using the "CSS and Images" export option, my button does not work. When I take a glance at what has exported to Dreamweaver, I notice that only the gif for the up State was exported and I also notice that no javascript code has been exported.

  I'm stumped, any suggestions?

  Yes, your observation is correct. Export CSS + Images does not include Javascript, only the texts, the slices of rectangles and images. JavaScript is only included export "HTML + Images", which is a traditional prototype export. It creates fixed, based on tables layouts is not really suitable for production sites.

  As far as I know, the two workflows is not interchangeable and is intended for different purposes. If you go for export of CSS and other changes in DW, I recommend to use CSS for your States of button sprites. Also, if you go this route, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the features and limitations of export CSS + Images:

  Firefox button or tools > clear recent history... - details and of course Cache hit only is selected, and then select all and click the clear now button.

  The big problem is in your Acquistion to stop audio event. You run the LabVIEW stop sign which is the equivalent of hitting the Cancel button in the toolbar.  (See contextual help on that).  You can stop the acquisition, but you don't want to stop your LabVIEW program.  You need this case in the event your computer to transition state in a sleep mode when you do not make any purchase.  Then hit the purchase button to start again transitions the machine state in the acquisition.

  In your case of program output, you want really to leave LabVIEW it.  You want to run and stop commands like closing the com port and one of these activeX references.  Then allow it to stop the while loop.  Turn the LabVIEW out outside the loop so that once everything is cleaned, your application may close.  You probably want to wrap this command in a case structure so that if you are in the execution environment, it leaves your application.  But if you are in the development environment, you don't want to cause your LabVIEW environment stop.  Another thing is that right now, you actually have a race condition in the Exit event.  The com port will close first or LabVIEW will come out.  There is no defined order of execution.

  Alternatively, you can have an event to close panel? in this way, you haven't accidentally short circuit all your program by pressing the X key.  You want to capture this event, discard it.  And if you want to not actually closed, did trigger the Exit Program button so that you can gracefully shutdown.

  I have a desktop wireless 800, recently, the keyboard is showing strange behavior as follows;
  1. the left arrow button weighs almost all the time, especially when you try to select text (for example, in word) using Ctrl + Shift + arrow to the left.
  2. the green control led lights when the keyboard is touched against the work surface or slightly harder than usual key and the keyboard stops responding for a few seconds until the light turns off.

• APEX 4.2 - theme 25 - model extra button with red background

  I am relatively new to APEX and just building my first application.

  In this application I often forms with save, cancel, and delete buttons.

  While I create registration button type "to hot' and the button cancel as 'normal' I want to highlight the button on a red background. I tried several stylesheet changes, but did not get the result I want. Compatibility between browsers should stay.

  Could someone lead me to the place I need to change the css? I assumed that the addition of a new model of button (for example "button - Red") with another class in the 'Normal' model should do the trick, but I can't make it work.

  Currently, I use the following model "Normal":

  The upgrade to 8.1 was perhaps not the best thing to do...

  A lot of people are having problems with it also.

  If it is a desktop computer, have you checked the wall outlet and the plug on the back of the computer?

  Your point about starting the tone certainly as a power or a hard disk problem...

  The problem with you mouse pointer could be related to a feature called quick start...

  Your other problem also, perhaps... Try to turn it off and see if it helps...

  This feature works only when you make a STOP and then start.

They're all pretty a your subtle grey but that I do not see is on the page "about me". You just need to bring the gray tone to the top of a few stops.

• two buttons with single function

  I want to create two buttons for single function and a single button for a function. For example, I click on button1, the display shows "clicked1".

  should run WHEN you click on your buttons.  That is to say, place it in a function and call that function when you click on your buttons and after that your Boolean values are updated.  (probably then want to reset these Boolean values in the called function).

• Create a button with a text layer label

  Hi guys.  Looking for advice on how best to implement a button with a text label.  Initially, I created a rectangle object on a lower layer and with the text in the upper layer through the text tool.  When I group the two objects, and create the button, the text is readable in my InDesign (document) computer screen, but the minute I've put it on my iPad button becomes unreadable and pixelated.  I tried different approaches by moving the text outside the Group of button layer does not display the text at all.  Has anyone experience this problem?  If Yes, what is the best practice?  Thanks in advance.

  If the text is contained in the button, it will be rasterized at the correct resolution to be beautiful on your folio of target dimensions. Unfortunately we do not support vector in option for buttons.

  I do not know what your button design, but a common approach is to put the text of the button on the background of your page and put a transparent button on top of it to trigger the action. That way your text will be vector (in the PDF which forms the background of the page) and the button is just a transparent top hotspot.

• After effects with Premiere problems

  This is driving me CRAZY.  I'm using Adobe CS4.  In after effects, everything works perfectly.  Then I go in first and import an After Effects file, put it on the timeline, and all is well.  I then add a key to the alpha setting and the picture goes black.  I delete the key (alpha to 100% of course) and it reappears in the preview window.  It is not specific to this project either.  It happens with any after effects file imported into first (I tried about 10 different project files).  I ALSO have this problem on my laptop.  My computer 3 However, I don't have this problem.

  If I have any overlap 2 after files of effects within the same first problem, the screen becomes black.  I tried to make the video and the video also makes all black in any format, quicktime, avi, mpeg1 and mpeg2.
