• I recently reinstalled windows xp pro. now my multimedia audio controller does not work. I have reinstall the driver it restarts my computer. I have a hp Pavilion 752n.

  I installed windows and now whenever I try to play a song or anything it says no audio device detected. I go to the control panel and verify it says multimedia audio controller not working do not. so I reinstall yhe driver and my computer restarts during the installation.

• Try a link on a page and the link will not work unless I have disable addons and go in safe mode

  When I connect to a site, there is a tab that I can click on which should take me my FB login. There is no nothing, when I click it, unless I have disable my addons and go to safe mode.   The only way that it would not work is if you are linking to the same page as you. Other than that, the only other explanation is that your Muse program has a bug.

  I'm having some problems by creating a link on a column based on a tabular presentation manual (I use Apex 4.1.1.00.27, Oracle DB 10.2.0.5.0):
  
  On my 1 page, I created a method that deletes and creates a collection based on the table 'emp '; Then I have a manual tabular presentation based on this collection; and finally, a link in the column "deptno" of the manual tabular form that points to my Page 2 (form of Department) and is passing the P2_DEPTNO parameter: #DEPTNO #.
  
  The problem is that when I press on the link, the page does not present the value of DEPTNO. In addition, I note that as soon as I specify the column as a column of link, it does not show the value in the form of my table, but if I remove the link, it shows the value correctly.

  In past threads, users said that they managed to solve this problem in a variety of different ways, suggesting that there may be multiple causes:

  • Remove unwanted extensions
  • Clean malware
  • Disable hardware acceleration
  • Change to a different drive Flash (developer/debugger version)

  In response to these first two, here is my procedure suggested to track down and cleaning of the bad modules. I know it seems long, but it's not so bad.

  (1) open the Control Panel, uninstall a program. After the loading of the list, click on the column heading "installed on" to group infections, I mean additions by date. This can help the undisclosed items bundle smoker who snuck out with some software, you have agreed to install. Beware of everything that you don't recognize / remember, since malware often uses sounding names important or innocent to discourage you remove. Out as much garbage as possible here.

  (2) open Firefox page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons
  • in the Windows "Run" dialog box, type or paste
    firefox.exe "about:addons"

  In the left column, click on Plugins. Set essential and unrecognized plugins 'never enable '.

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then, in case of doubt, disable (or delete, if possible) not recognized and unwanted extensions.

  Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

  Any improvement?

  (3) you can search the rest of problems with scanning/cleaning tools listed in our technical support article: Troubleshooting Firefox problems caused by malware. These scanners on request are free and take a long time to run. If they end quickly, especially if they require the payment you have a serious infection. I suggest the specialty forums listed in the article in this case.

• NAT does not work unless I have also use DHCP

  I'm sure this is probably somewhere but I can't find the answer.

  I have a guest linux (vyatta) set up as a 'virtual' router, connected to the host linux via NAT.   Other guests windows allows access to the 'real' router provided by my ISP and the internet beyond this router.

  I used the automatic DHCP server on the virtual network of NAT between host and virtual router and it was working well, but I decided to try the static IP instead. I thought I just needed to configure static IP addresses and disable the DHCP server.

  It works not well - has more no connection between the virtual NETWORK adapter on the host computer and the 'real' router facing NIC I can't ping the 'real' virtual router router or a windows guest.

  Why is this?

  Are what OS you running on host computers? At least with the hosts Windows the NAT virtual gateway address is x.x.x.2. You have configured the gateway address into your virtual router?

  Hey, just to keep you updated - there is now a fix available for firefox 25, to focus on the particular problem of the pages won't load not unless the mouse is moved.

  If you have downgraded to firefox 24 to work around the problem, please go to firefox > options > advanced > update and re - turn on automatic updates. Then go to firefox > help > about firefox that should trigger the update for firefox 25.0.1.

  Use the logout button.

  This will still show the old Apple ID, but can be "crushed" and has added a new.

  You can go a step further by going to ~/Library/Preferences and delete the com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist file.
