  I'm new to PS CS5, when I create a vector shape with the pen tool or rectangular selection tool etc. the form does not appear in my layers panel.

  Is this a normal behavior?

  Looks like you can either create forms using the vector path tool. There are 2 buttons on the top left of the toolbar. Spending paths to the "shape layers" and you should see them. See screenshot.

• Photoshop CC Auto-possibilite select the hidden layers

  Hi, I am not sure if this is a bug or what... When I click on and drag with the move of the automatic selection of the multiple layers tool, it will not select only the layers that I wanted, but also layers hidden in the same area of my selection (or at least, layers, which are in the hidden groups).

  For example, say I have a layer group. I duplicate the group, and then make the original group invisible so that I can create an alternative version. When I clock and drag to select the objects in the new group, the (hidden) in the former group objects get selected as well, so I'm obliged to selection click on every article I want to change... forever.

  This is different from all previous versions of PS and a big trouble.

  If someone else can confirm this bug, or is it just me? Or not consider you this as a bug? I see some specific cases where it can be useful, but I would like to control this behavior as a preferece. Maybe there is already a preference for this problem and I just have not found. Any comments would be more useful

• Collection Nik did not install in the folder plugins Photoshop 2015.5

  I just installed the Google Collection NIK in Photoshop 2015.5.  The Google folder has not been installed in the plugins folder, it created a new folder in Photoshop 2015.5. called Google.  I have Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC is still installed on my computer and the Google folder or NIK is in the plugins folder in these versions of Photoshop.  2015.5 Photoshop works very well so far with no crashes, I updated bridge also and that's fine with no crashes.  I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium and my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 it.   I can't access the Collection NIK 2015.5 Photoshop menu filter or with the selective too (automate file).  I have download the Collection NIK on the Adobe site under the third-party plugins link. I took a screen to indicate where the record Google NIK appears in Photoshop 2015.5

  Have you tried to reinstall the Plugin package once?

  Refer to Digital Imaging Crawlspace Jeff Tranberry | Adobe Digital Imaging tid - bits, served in a dirty ashtray.

• After the update of Photoshop 2015 CC welcomes "check spelling...". "and"find and replace text... "are disabled.

  Welcomes to "check spelling...". "and"find and replace text... "are disabled after I updated to Photoshop 2015 CC.

  I drew a shape with the tool pen (which took me Age..) and I go back an image that I imported, I cannot select once again it.  I can see it in red, but I'm not able to select once again it.  I have the selected layer, but there is no sign of it in my Panel of traces at all.  I tried clicking on the direct Selection tool (about 100 times), I tried the Brush tool.  I've tried everything.  The same thing happened to me the other day...    Please can someone help!  Tania

  OK, the red, you mentioned is a Stoke you added. Then quick mask is not involved.

  I guess that filters are what are referred to as. Layer of filters were present in Photoshop for quite a while now. I do not think that the button to activate / deactivate filters is particularly new, but it's what it looks like. In this case, the filter for communicating objects is depressed. As it does not exist in this image nothing appear and it seems that there is no present layers until you toggle the filter on and outside.

  Hi, I contacted Adobe chat today and the problem was a pirate software installed previously who had put instructions in the registry to avoid connecting them to the Adobe servers successfully.

  The solution, if you do not want to talk to a friendly person who works for Adobe, would be (Mac):

  Close/exit the cloud creative/icon of the application.

  Open the Finder. Select 'go' tab on the top menu, then "go to folder...". »

  Type:

  / etc

  and then click OK.

  You will find a file called "hosts". Copy this file to the desktop. When you are sure that you duplicated this file, rename the "hosts" file in the folder etc with any name but "hosts". The thumb in the office "hosts" file, open (automatically with double click) in the text editor and erase completely all lines containing the word "Adobe" (when it is mixed with other letters or numbers before or after also).

  Then you save this file, move from the desktop to the folder "/ etc" and try re open the creative, relative to the signature cloud app as appropriate and the Photoshop is now recognized and ready to use, more no trial period is completed message.

  I must be missing something.  In Adobe Illustrator, when you select a layer (or Sub-layer) to copy, is it possible to copy only visible layers and not those hidden?

  When I provide my clients with their final illustrator files, I only want to register the approved artwork.  Currently, I make a copy of the file and go through and delete hidden files, it would be much easier to copy and paste in place visible layers in an Adobe illustrator file.

  Given that your items are grouped, select objects on the artboard should be as effective as Select layers in the layer panel.

  You will not be able to resolve this layer-selection-irritation. Happened for some versions. You might consider to report it as a bug.

• It does not maintain the proportions? Photoshop 2015

  I printscreen a Google image and can't seem to maintain the proportions while improving the it. I made sure that the chain/padlock icon "picture size" is enabled.

  I tried to change the percent and all that. I tried to change the work area too.

  Yes we need to constram the resize to matain the proportions of the images so it does not distort.  You can make any image perfectly to any size.

• Automatic selection in Photoshop CC selects the layers locked or hidden groups

  I can't be the only person who thinks that it is the nut that when ' automatic selection > layers are selected and drag to select a bunch of layers, I also select the layers that are turned off or locked, what I can?

  I just confirmed that this IS not the case with CS6 - locked or hidden layers are not selected on drag to select the exposed layers.

  is this a bug or some new features that I'm a failure to grasp? I noticed that in CC, on the right click is the new option to 'isolate the layers', but this seems just to isolate and to clean up the layers in the layers panel.

  I'd greatly appreciate some insight and possible solutions to this problem.

• Photoshop crashes when cancellation, change of color of the shape

  I found 100% reproducing Photoshop crash.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. create the new document.

  2. create the shape layer (e.g. circle)

  3. create the new layer.

  4. Select the shape layer.

  5. change the color of the shape.

  6 cancellation or Ctrl + Z

  

  This is a known issue that we test a fix for.

• Open the photo in Photoshop CC 2015

  Before that I installed Photoshop CC 2015 in Windows Explorer (Win 7 64-bit) I could open a photo with Photoshop CC 2014.  Now, I am not gave the possibility to open the picture with Photoshop 2015.  I would add PS 2015 to the list of options without removing the current options.  Sometimes, I want to open the picture with the Windows Photo Viewer.

  PS CC 2015 reinstalling solved the problem.
