• How can I bypass the password, I can get into my programs under my name not to use programming from guess

  I have password protected my computer but now when I try to it says the password is incorrect.  I tried all this even close to what, in my view, the password is incase I hit a wrong key (twice?), but nothing works.  I'm on the change password page, but it just tells me that Windows cannot change the password.  I tried caps, space, different numbers, all, but I just can't get on the administrator account.  Is there any way I can bypass/remove the password so that I can access my files?

  I found a solution in case anyone else comes across this. It may be the best or only one, but it worked...

  (1) disable Security TPM. Do the reset, etc.

  (2) use the control panel Windows users to change your password.

  (3) turn on the TPM secure. Do the reset and the new password asked a couple of times.

I would say to uninstall HP SimplePass and reinstalled the latest version for Windows 8.1.
