    Hello

You did changes to the computer before the show?

Method 1: A clean boot allows you to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

    Reference:

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353

Method 2: Sometimes rundll32.exe might be a form of the virus. I suggest you make a system full scan just to be sure.

, Note 1: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Note 2: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Here is a link that will give you information on how to perform a full scan of the system:

  • Windows 7 error: Bad Image

Before closing this thread, please listen to me.

So, I was see random errors with a file in my system32 folder called shfolder.dll. This error prevents me from using all the applications I need or want to use and is very irritating.
    Here's the report...
    application.exe - bad Image
C:\windows\system32\SHFOLDER. DLL is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try to install the program by using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the provider of software for support.
That's what it reads, Word for Word, exactly. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it. Please help me.

It seems that the clean boot won't be necessary, because I have already taken care of the issue with sfc scan. Thank you very much for your time Sir. Now I can continue with my game coding!

    Hello

    • When you receive this error message?
    • What were the changes made before the problem occurred?
    You can view these methods:

    Method 1:
I suggest you to disconnect from all the outdoor devicec except keyboard and mouse and check.

    Method 2:
I recommend you perform the clean boot.

Configuration of your system in a clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. If so, you need to maybe contact the manufacturer of the program for updates or uninstall and reinstall the program.

See the following article in the Microsoft KB for more information on how to solve a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:

  • realsched.exe - Bad Image DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\sejezeni.dll is not a valid Windows image

Woe is me; The title explains the error. More important is the fact that it is not a day happens without experiencing a few problems with my computer. I confess not to know diddly about computers easily, but have read enough in various forums to know that your computer can get infections from almost anywhere, a good example being sites that tell you that you can be introduction of virus etc when downloading free malware... and in the next breath to download their virus killer... What to do? We have AVG and some other programs of protection I thought secure me (they are supposed to find all the bad things before they enter my computer). I'd better take my turn at best buy and have a lobotomy performed? The thought that this computer can be compromised and some lowlife leaching on me gives me the willies. One last thing, I can't get rid of this error window and none of my malware scans work. Sorry to be so lengthy...

Your computer is infected and you should clean it following the instructions on the link below, or with a qualified local professional machine. This is not a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place. All the tools listed on my site are free and safe.

It is sthe message I get when I print a hallmark greeting card. The printer does not complete the printing process. Can I print from the computer, the word, online, just that a small problem. and yes I already reinstalled the printer and the program of the trademark.

It is my understanding that if all you do is remove the printer in printers and faxes and then reinstall, you don't actually reinstall the driver.  Instead, Windows detects the driver the exact printer you are installing is already installed and use it.

Follow the instructions here to completely remove the driver and other software associated with the printer and then reinstall it by using a new download from the web site of the manufacturer of the printer.

If the "LX" at the beginning of this exe file name indicates that you have a Lexmark printer, seethese instructions instead (essentially the same except for the steps 15-17).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you can print from other applications, the problem may not be in the printer driver, but in the print job generated by the application you are printing from.  You try to print an e-card brand with a browser web (what browser and version?) or if you are printing from an application from Hallmark (Hallmark Card Studio?) that is installed on your computer.  If the latter, have tried tosupport Hallmark ?

  • dll c:windows\system32\avgsstx.dll not an Image Windows valid

Received this message when the computer starts to boot the system. It comes with different .exe files. I am able to get online & in the programs, but for example, when I click on help, the following text:

    Helpctr.exe - bad image

The application or D:: C:\WINDOWS\system32|avgrsstx.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Is there a simple fix for this, or I'll have to reinstall Windows from my drive? You will need to get this done quickly, thanks to someone who can help me.

    M.H.

What is your system brand and model?
What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Defender, ZoneAlarm,.
    PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?
You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
I don't think you have a problem of Windows XP.
The avgsstx.dll file appears to be outside the AVG resident shield starter, so if you have AVG, it seems that you may need to update, uninstall it, reboot, and reinstall, etc to see if you can straighten.  I would like to reinstall everything from scratch.
If you want to stay with AVG and go put it back, you can install differently from the way it comes out of the box.  The AVG free installs a few things that are not essential to your protection and will slow your system down a bit.  I would have preferred my CPU and RAM go to other places that some places want AVG.  Of course, it's you, what items you want to install for your type of environment.
In general, I would recommend this when AVG starts to misbehave:
Use Add/Rmove programs to uninstall AVG and reboot.
Download the latest AVG and reinstall.
When you install AVG, do not let it install 'everything' with components by default (unless you want a performance problem to solve problems later).
This time, select the CUSTOM installation option and do NOT install (i.e., uncheck) Linkscanner Search-Shield, Active Surf-Shield, toolbar security or enamel of crawl components.
When you install AVG, select the CUSTOM installation option and do NOT install (uncheck):
    LinkScanner
    Search-Shield
    Active Surf-Shield,
Security or the email of crawl components toolbar
You can read about these components AVG first to see if you think you really need in your environment or not.
For example, this is why you don't need to install the crawl components email:
    http://thundercloud.NET/infoave/tutorials/email-scanning/index.htm
Then, when you have done so, I would follow with this:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/
They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
The scans by operating clean, then to solve any problems.

Do not guess what the problem might be - understand and resolve it. I need YOUR voice and the points for helpful answers and propose responses. I'm saving for a pony!
