Error 0xC1900101 - 0 x 20017

This problem occurs because a driver bug check occurs during the upgrade of Windows 10.
Make sure that all drivers have been updated.
Open the Setupact.log and Setuperr.log files under the %windir%\Panther directory and search for the drivers of the problem.
Update or uninstall the driver problem.

Please download the logs setupact and setuperr to one drive and we give a link to them. »

They are located in the shadow of folder\panther ~WINDOWS.~BT folder

You may need to make ~ BT visible by going into control panel Explorer options > view > click on view all the folders of files.

You are a great example of why you should not spend

You have backups of your personal files no.

You have No image of your complete installation system

Why would you risk of these things just to win-10 update

    Luckily, you have the error

I perhaps misjudged M$ error reporting that it works very well :)

    Get your priorities straightened

1 should be to buy an another 1 TB Western digital hard drive black (really need 2)

2nd would be to create a complete image of the system with Macrium free on it.

    http://www.Macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx

3rd would be to copy and paste all your personal files to another partition on the new disk hard 1 TB.

After all this clean all your personal data on the existing hard drive

Then you can update if you wish, but you really need a bigger hard drive you have cultivated the existing one :)

    See if that sorts it

First of all, check that you have installed Microsoft Net Framework

Click Start and type in the search box

    uninstall a program

Check the list for what it

If using 32 bit and you have Net 4.6.1 uninstall

Then download 4.5.2 Net and install it unless you have already

If you have a lower version 4.5.2 install

    https://www.Microsoft.com/en-US/Download/details.aspx?ID=42642

    If the error occurs again,

Switch your windows update setting to never check the updates temporarily

    Restart the machine
Then you download this from your download folder run from there.
    https://TechNet.Microsoft.com/library/security/MS16-039?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

    Download the x 86 for 32-bit or x 64 for 64-bit

Install it and restart when prompted too after he did a search of stand-alone for updates that should not
take too long, it took all of 5 seconds, '' If '' windows update settings are turned on forever check
updates before running from the downloads folder.

    Once it installs and restarts
You can reset your updates affecting everything you had before default =...
    Then check the updates manually.

"Configuration settings" is the final phase and fault codes look like c1900101 x400xx. The most common failure here is 40017, which means we could not start. Since this is the first time start us Windows 10 with all the drivers in place, once again, drivers are usually the cause of the accident. These issues tend to be less transient than the 30018 s, then a second test is less likely to solve the problem. Yet, it never hurts to try.

    Try to upgrade manually:

    Task of pre-required

When you make significant changes to your computer for example updated operating system, you must always back up. See the links to resources on the backup by clicking the link for each version of Windows you are using: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1

    then

    • If you have an external equipment, attached to the machine, unplug them (example, game controllers, USB sticks, external hard drive, printers, peripherals not essential).

If the problem persists, try the upgrade manually, but choose the option to keep personal files only, you will have to reinstall applications.
