I already tried the Windows Update troubleshooting tool and whenever I run that he finds two problems and offers correct: "Repair Windows Update Database Corruption" and "repair the Windows Update components.   Silverlight security are what update you referring? You can check the number of KB in the history of the update.

  Measures to ensure update history:
