C5180 is now asking for the introduction of cartridges

Finally got a list of errors, power button continuously, the pump blocked, paper jam engine (was not), turn off with On / Off button, etc.. Several times I left the printer and eventually he did a lot of mechanical noises and then allowed me to print. After reading the reviews on here using the left arrow and Setup, I followed the instructions, then when I turned on got "install the cartridges of introduction".  The former owner has not the necessary cartridges.  I called 08443690369 and finally I was informed that I would put to an agent who would assess how much I was going to be loaded. I have spent enough money on the cartridges and have about four sets, so was not willing to pay more, as much as I liked the machine.  What is so special about the introductory cartridges, have they got a code or something?  Surely you experts know tha answer to this question, and in a way around him.  If I have to pay HP special cartridges and/or support then I will gladly offer this C5180 and all the cartridges for someone who wants to come and get free. I'm just on a line and could do without these hassles.  If anyone can help then they would be my friend forever.

The C5180 has special installation with concentrated ink cartridges and ship with printheads ink diluted to avoid any clogging in the storage.  Initial start-up routines mix print head and cartridge inks to give the right mix.

The special menu to reset you accessed technical use during development, it was never to be available to end-users.  The message here contains information on resetting undocumented procedures and risks.

Unfortunately, you have found a reset procedure that put the printer in its original state where he thinks it is running through the initial Setup, which requires installing cartridges.  At this point, I do not know no work around, I think you'll have to Contact HP for options.
