C5380 print error when using MS Excel 2007

I have a HP C5380 all-in-one printer and MS Office 2007. My printer does not print output from MS Excel correctly when prepared in landscape format. It prints only the first two columns or three and portrait format. Is there any solution for this?

Thanks Jehoor for the advice. I installed a Printer HP DeskJet 990c driver on my computer but I connented to the LPT1 port. When I look down the list of ports on my computer, I don't have a Standard TCP/IP Port. I have to LPT1, 2 & 3 Printer Ports, COM1 to COM8 Ports series, File, USB001 003, ports Dot4_001, Micro, and XPS. The Port of Dot4_001 is described as the printer HP Photosmart 5300 Series but no TCP/IP Port. When I print in landscape have still have the same error. Any Jack.

Simple problem - go to the Printers folder and change the port for the 990 Deskjet from LPT1: to Dot4_001.  The previous instructions were for a network-connected printer, it seems that your printer is connected via USB.

    Hello

Try to open the it to start - all programs - Games - Games Explorer, and then clicking the icon FSX.

A disk error of 25 means that the program cannot read your disk reading.  Either the disc is scratch, dirty or defective.  If you need another drive, or you can try it on another computer. The message of Visual elements of Vista is not serious.  Vista will automatically your screen to a basic compatible mode when the application is launched.  However, it seems that your game is a failure due to the disk error and not the Vista display problem. Try to clean the disc and see if that helps.

Last resort, it seems you'd have to do a complete uninstall and reinstall FSX.

  • dbms_crypto - avoid error when using different key in lower environment

    Hello Experts,

We use Oracle 11.2.0.2. We intend to implement dbms_crypto to encrypt some columns. Clone us the production data at the lower environment (DEV, QC).

The lowest environments, we do not want to obtain the sensitive data from production and do not plan to use the same key. Instead of getting an error when using different keys, is it possible to get a different set of results.

In other words, we want the implementation will be same in environments but use a different key in lower environment and obtain different results (or garbage).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The test of this logic, I get following error when using the different keys to decrypt. It works fine if I use the same key.

    Thank you.

In general, you can't get different results in different environments, no.

Of course, you could write your routine to decrypt so that it intercepts it and returns a random string of RAW.

However, this is not normally the way people go on hiding sensitive data in environments below. It would be much more common to use a tool that is designed for this tool. For example, Oracle has a Pack of masking of data for Enterprise Manager that allows to replace sensitive data with false, but realistic data as part of the updating of the environments below. There are also data from third-party tools like masqueur datamasking.

  • Multiple page printing slow when using narrow pages (LaserJet)

    Hello everyone,

I am running a printing service and using the printer HP Laserjet Printer 1606dn (I used also other models, such as the Laserjet 1006, Laserjet 1300 and other models).

I have a problem with the speed when printing on pages that are narrow as A4 (need to my client that I print on the pages of 26.9 x 18.8 cm). I need to print a large number of pages a day, and during the test with the same paper in A4, it prints very fast. But when printing on the page size to custom, the printer get a single page, impression on her (very fast), but then he wait about 15 seconds to get the next page.

It seems that there are sensors that detect the page is close that that of the A4, and if the printer do not get quick pages.

I test a lot of software options (like saying that the printer paper is 'standard size' (as Executive), impression in RAW format, and so on), but I ralized it's a problem of size of paper width.

    Can you help me please?

    Thank you

    Luis Cardozo

    Paraguay

I found a solution. It has to do with the sensors.

In the upper part of the printer, where the book comes out, there are 3 sensors, one on the left, one in the middle and one on the right. They are little pieces of plastic that opened or closed from the optical sensors (I think).

When a page dies, it activates the sensors. When a page is close, active not one (or two) sensors on the sides.

I tested this way: I put my narrow paper not centered, but on the right. The sensor on the left, I 'activated', by placing a small piece of paper under the sensor (it seems like a paper go there). And... it works!

    PRINT FAST!

But as BLLuten said, it might overheat the fuser unit.

So, my question now... is what would happen in case of overheating of the fuser unit? (or, in the printers HP, Fuser will get overheated?)

I think I'll work with this little hack, but with a fire extinguisher to next to me, as a precaution.

    To resolve ORA-24247 you must:

    (1) create an acl (if it is not already created)

    (2) add the user privileges using the resources of the network

    (3) to use the ACL to a specific address

  • WCF error when using the API of VSM

    VSM 9.1.4

    Oracle 10g R2

I am attemtping to use the "MessageSendMessage" command in the VSM API to send back the client permissions and I get the following error message when running it from the VSM server.

ERROR: The operation 'ContractUnlinkCIAsync' cannot be loaded because it has a parameter or type System.ServiceModel.Channels.Message or a type that has the MessageContractAttribute and other parameters of different types of return. When using System.ServiceModel.Channels.Message or types with MessageContractAttribute, the method should not use other types of settings.

It's an odd error because I do not use the "ContractUnlinkCI" command which tells me that there is a problem with the generation of the class file.

I ran the following command to generate my config file and the class in the directory "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Microsoft 4.0 Tools":

    Svcutil t:code /MessageContract. [URL ServiceManager.svc] / out: ISMAPI.cs /config:ISMAPI.config

The class files and generated config ok. Then I copied the game config to the Web site's web.config file:

    < / customer >

    < system.serviceModel >

I put the ISMAPI.cs file in the App_Code to my site folder:

    DirectoryStructure.JPG

My code works fine when I run locally and include the correct querystring values, but it returns the error above, when I run the code from the VSM server. The query string I used: default.aspx? ajaxfunction = 2 & tasknumber = 425134 & agent = 2370 & recvofficer = 2370

I hope one of the other directors VSM has met this problem and knows a solution. I tried Googling this issue but with my knowledge of WCF, I don't know what I'm looking at. I also tried commenting on the problem area in the ISMAPI.cs file but it gives me an other errors so I obviously don't know what I'm doing.

    Thank you.

If locally it works fine I guess you should compare the versions of .net framework assigned to your web applications (application pool), and all the parameters specified in the web.config file.

I think you're confused currentUser with a normal vairable. currentUser is a component of the stringToACLGroup hard-coded.

    In addition,
The value of the pt:test attribute is case-sensitive.

    http://download.Oracle.com/docs/CD/E13158_01/AluI/WCI/docs103/DevGuide/apidocs/tagdocs/standard/when.html

so try currentuser instead of currentUser?

I tried all the help that is available but not managed to solve the problem.

    Help, please

    Hello

Problem solved, it comes with the adl.exe file.

  • conversion of the error of date / time when using easy excel reports

I export a 2D array to an excel file using Excel reports easy vi. I have no problem with that. My data has a number of areas with different formats (text and date/time). My problem is the following:

    * some (in other words, not all data is in the same worksheet) the veiled values of date/time to mm/dd/yyyy format whereas they should be in mm/dd/yyyy (is the excel format it is y in!). Essentially, I have 30/09/2008 (September 30, 2008) in a cell. After ticks on Oct. 1, it will display the date as, 01/10/2008. Excel thinks that this date is in the format dd/mm/yyyy.

This is a known error in earlier versions of Excel (2002), in particular when you convert a .csv, .xls file. The solution, it was not to add "Local: = True ' at the end of the vba command string (see here: MS Knowledge Base). Here, in LabView I'm not sure how to proceed.

I tried to change the format of the column in question to the 'text' by calling an Excel Macro in LabView, but do you think I can find the vba command to do? No, not so much.

LabView saves the Excel file in 97-2003 format (I use MSOffice 2007) and I wonder if the version they are using does not consider the time correction, as described in the knowledge base (or if it applies).

Any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you.

    Kind regards

    David.

    Hi LaRisa,.

I was able to find the cell Format Excel set vi and successfully change the format of the value of the cell. It wasn't until I had found the vi that I realized that I've been down this road before. Change the format after the table has been created does not change values dd and mm switching that has already occurred. However, if I did before I "created the table" (or vi Excel table) and set the format to be '@' then it displays the string like 'Text' in the Excel file. That's nice. I can control what cell, row, or column to format now. If I want to be in a date format then I must apply the Format of cell vi after the easy Excel table vi.

It sounds like a stupid race around me...
