  I don't have CP5. But in CP5.5, to make this work, I would be:

  1. Put these objects on the slide.
  2. Set transition Fade In only. (Transition in the properties panel accordion)
  3. Switch to Filmstrip mode.
  4. Configure each slide to use the master slide.

  I guess that's the way it works in CP5. Give it a try.

• Buttons displayed to the rest of the project

  I am trying to replace the PlayBar with my own buttons (some are text buttons and other buttons image), but for some reason, there is no option to view the rest of the project. The only 2 options are: 'specific time' and 'rest of slide '. Am I missing something?

  If you are using a version before 6 this is the sad truth: interactive objects can never be used on blades of masters, or displayed for the rest of the project.

  You can hide all that is displayed for the rest of the project with another event. I mostly use the event drag on enter. ATTENTION: If you are indeed talking about a button, just hide is not enough, you must also disable the button.

  Here's the thing with FPGA: you configure real equipment.  Everything must be fixed to the size.  So if you don't have to use an array, you must configure it to be a fixed size (right click in the control to set the size, use the table to initialize or LOOPS containing a fixed number of cycles, and autoindexing).

  As GerdW said, FPGA is not a GUI.  So, you will want to use a DMA FIFO to send your data to waveform until the RT.  You create in the project.

  For some really good information, I recommend that you see the cRIO Developer's Guide.  The myRIO is the exact same platform as a cRIO except that you cannot use the C Series modules.

  You're right Daniel. You can use the Smartshapes place. (Unless you post on HTML5, like smartshape buttons in HTML5 has problems.)

• Captivate 6 - Advanced action does not work in the project?

  I use 6 Captivate. In my project I have a common slide2 which is called when clicking on the two different buttons (C1 and C2). Slide 2 contains several objects, saying Text1, text 2, 1 button, and Button2.

  These scripts where works fine, until I installed a patch on the adobe site. The patch was intended to display the video correctly in the PDF when selected the option display the table of contents.

I am certain about it for versions 7 and 8. I have not been much about 6 blogging and was bit sloppy on this release to keep track of all the changes. If you don't believe me (what happens in these forums), CP8 users take a look at the example file Cloudair included with this release: the action advanced in the first slide shows/hides objects anywhere in the file based on the information of the new cpInfoGeoLocation of system variables.

  Rod, I see you post this comment often, I just wanted to add these details. As I explained that I don't know when this change occurred (6.1 is my suspicion, but cannot test). In CP5 you could hide objects that have been timed for the rest of the project on a slide different than its original location. Since 5.5, you might also show this type of object.

  Sync settings are in the "Timing" of the object Panel.

• Rollover image set to appear for the rest of the problem of the project when closing and returning 1/2 way through

  I have a set rollover image to appear to the rest of the project which works fine if all of the training is done at the same time.   Briefly, I came across this program in a recent project.  Like all things Captivate, I wrote to chalk it up to one of its eccentric bugs.  And like most of its bugs, there is sometimes no explain, and you're lucky if she goes with simple re-publishing/rendering of the slide.  The things that I tried were a) reimport and republish b) change the duration of the video to 'play the video full' to 'play during a specific time.  A combination of these two made disappear...
