Call of action/script...is it is possible to determine?

I wonder if it is possible to determine in a script which is the component script or action.

Example: Suppose I have Action 1 and Action 2 both call the same script. For Action 1, I prefer the script to do a thing in Action 2, I would have preferred something slightly different. Is it possible for the script to know that 1 Action active?

Ditto for when a script calls another script. Without the caller script set anything external that reads the script called, the called script cannot know what active script?

Take a look at .stack $. The last line must contain the name of the script the highest level.

As for stocks, you can't say what actions a script was called from. I suggest scripting wrapper for stocks. Put the name of the action in the name of the script and have it include the actual script. Create one per share. You can then use the trick of .stack $ to guess what action was the appellant.

  • Is it possible to group objects, which are placed in the project and then hide them with line a single action-script? THX in advance, Philip

    I work in CP 9 and I'm going to try the following: the user must be able to make ALL invisible or visible to highlight boxes by clicking on the corresponding button on the first page layout. Thus, for example, if the user does not want the highlight boxes appear, click on "Hide the boxes" and boxes are hidden for the rest of the project. I managed to get to this point for help... but it is still a lot of work for me to manually enter all the different names of these boxes in the action-script. So my question is: is it possible to group objects, which are placed in the project and then hide them with line a single action-script? THX in advance, Philip

    Actually... releasing the CpExtra HTML5 widget, it will be possible.

    It has a function called @syntax that allows you to perform an action (for example HIDE) automatically on any object throughout a project of Cp9 simply based on the name of the object.

    So for example, if you named all the boxes to highlight you want hidden this way to have the suffix _HideMe and you say CpExtra you want all of them hidden if a user variable is assigned to a certain value, then that is what will happen.

    That's the good news.  The bad news is that the widget is still in BETA final tests at the moment, so you may need to wait a bit before you can realize your idea.

  • Unable to wait 30 seconds and then call the TCL Script as Action?

    Hello and good afternoon all!

    I was browsing through different threads and did some research and I am unable to get my applet to wait 30 seconds and then call a script TCL to a succession of 'action '.  Here is the Basic script I am trying to run:

    Event Manager applet track-loopback1
    Event track 10 down state
    command action 1.0 cli 'enable '.
    Action 1.1, «config t» cli command
    Action 1.3 cli command "event manager applet-counting backwards.
    action 1.4 cli command 'event timer countdown 30 '.
    action 1.5 cli command "action 1.0 wait 30.
    Action 1.6 cli command "end".
    Action 1.7 cli command "tclsh Loopback1 - Notification.tcl.

    The goal of this applet is simply wait interface Loopback1 go down, and then launch the applet "-Countdown ' which waits 60 seconds before calling end my TCL script.  The pattern of ' countdown time 30 "and the" action 1.0 wait 30 "is my (lack of?".  :-)) understand that after counting 30 I need to a trial of the action - but I'm not 100% clear on this?  Ironically, he does, in fact, call the TCL script, it does not wait 30 seconds.  My current workaround is to simply throw a statement "after 30000' in the TCL script, but I'm really curious to know why it does not work as expected (well, as I expected to work anyway!).  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thank you very much!

    See you soon,.

    See my response to https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/13009231/eem-applet-wont-fire... .  What you do not work, so you should not call tclsh to EEM anyway.

  • Is it possible to get my (position) keyframes to a track movement of action script?

    I did follow up of after-effects of movement and I'm looking for the posibility copy movement and convert them into action script, reuse it in flex.

    is it posible?

    Copy data to the Clipboard and paste it into a text editor or something. It is well formatted. Must be easy to scan through Flex, if you need to be with a manual cleaning. Also, you can try to copy & paste the news tracker on the position of the data on the dummy layers (they must be actual film elements, for example a small PNG placeholder), then use export XFL to get data from Flash / Flex.

  • Action scripts when the PDF opens in the browser

    I may be in the wrong forum or can answer this question already

    I think that the answer will be no. but thought I would ask

    I use Adobe Pro and our institution as a whole has a license for Adobe Pro

    I wrote a script of Action that retrieves certain pages of a document package, some of them emails, records some of them and destroy them before that parts of the package that need signed are printed

    Here's my number

    We have Adobe Pro xi

    Windows 7

    THAT IS TO SAY 10

    The formula in question is generated from a browser application. All employees have the ability to go into tools - manage add-ons - and enable or disable Adobe Reader

    Mine is always disabled

    Several members of the staff have it turned on and open the document in the browser

    -so far all document javascripts I have written have worked anyway

    Action script though - I can't call when I go and activate Adobe Reader as the only elements that show to the staff's signature and comments form. The 'Tools' option is not there, and this is where my action script.

    I could force the staff to open in PDF format - but they won't be happy if I force this option

    is far from having the tools - and so my action script work if they open the PDF file in the browser?

    I guess I could try to do all the action script code in a JSButton if this is not possible, but action script allowed me to break the code into the section

    Thank you

    Acrobat/Reader install a limited Player plug-in and allows only some features that allow to interact with the file PDF is displayed in the browser for playback and recording. It does not features.

    If you need this plug-in, save the PDF file on the local system, and then open the saved PDF file.

  • How to call a JavaScript script in Photoshop?

  • Call advance action on change of variable

    I can't find a definitive answer to this question on the net.

    You can call an advanced Javascript action? This would be useful for many reasons, but the situation I currently have is the following:

    I'm listening to a variable based on this documentation change event

    and rather than run an anonymous function, I need to call in a tip action.

    Is this possible?

    Ideally I leave in a Captivate javascript window.

    Thank you very much

    Thanks RodWard

    I wouldn't say I am an expert JS coder by any medium, but I had a rummage through the project code published and got an idea of what made CPM.js.

    I found if I created a fast Action in first grade and he attributed to an object on a slide, this is why the tip Action is included in CPM.js I can invoke the Action by targeting the data objects in scene as follows: cp.runJavascript (cp.model.data.nameOfStageObject.oca);

    I don't know if this is the best way or is rising on the browsers and mobile devices (I need to test more), but it seems to work.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

  • Timeline navigation in action script 3 based on a key

    Hello!

    I have been using action script 2 for a bit and got decent with it. I'm doing a project that requires a lot of basic key to the timeline navigation. But I can't understand in action script 3?

    In the action script 2 I could just type something like... (Bad example)... Press key "A" Gotoandplay (5)

    But like I said I can't understand things in action script 3. I learned how to use a button on the screen to do that, but it is not the purpose of the project.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

  • IOM 11 GR 2 Exchange PostCreate action scripts and put an end to the user

    Hi all

    I have the following requirement

    1. I need to call a powershell script of IOM, once I created the user.
    I have the script on my server connector, where the exchange management tools are installed. And I am able to run the powershell script.

    I also wrapped the powershell in a bat placed on the connectr server file
    @pushd "c:\myscripts".
    PrimarySmtpAddress % PowerShell.\PostUserCreation.ps1
    @popd

    And in my configuration of exchange, I have the following

    After the Action create a file c:\postcreateuser.bat
    After you create the Action command language
    Create after Action target connector

    When I try to create a user, it gives me an error invalid action

    There is error in the documentation.
    You should install "Shell" instead of "cmd" in the language settings.
    And the script file must be placed in the server of the IOM, not the connector.

  • Disable hierarchy via Action Script Validations

    Hello! Is it possible for me to stop a validation on a hierarchy via Action Script? I validation in real-time in place that prevents users from making any changes to a node that has a custom property 'Prop_Source is System ". However, on a daily basis, I need to make updates/ChangeProp to these nodes of 'System '. So I need to turn off validation to do and then turn it back on once I finished the lot running load. If this can be done through Script of Action, you have any suggestions on what I can do through the system so that we don't have to do it manually from the client application Web DRM? Thank you!!

    Add an additional condition to the validation to allow batch users to perform the update. In this way only the batch user will be able to update this field and you will not have to turn on and outside validation.

  • How can I reproduce a field in JavaScript, including its action script?

    Hello

    I saw ways to reproduce effectively the value of a field in JavaScript.  The following code is from a JavaScript for Acrobat API document:

    f = this.getField ("myField");

    for (var I in f) {}

    try {}

    If (typeof f [i]! = 'function') / / do not list the field methods

    Console.println (I + ': ' + f [i])

    } catch (e) {} / / an exception occurs when we get a property that

    } / / does not apply to this type of field.

    With the exception of all the scripts that could be associated with the field, I think that the code actually gives the variable "f" a copy of the field "MyField" - with all of its properties and values.  At this point how would I be able to get a copy of all the scripts in action the field?  I want to go to a certain extent, where I could possibly add them to the field 'f'  Is it possible to do this?

    Thank you for your time and consideration,

    Mike

    PS: I use Acrobat Pro XI for the development.

    No, you can not what actions/scripts are attached to field (events) with JavaScript triggers.

  • Action Script code to restart the application air at regular intervals

    I hope that someone more versed in the action script 3 for air can help me!

    I have an app which I intend to display on the ipad at an exhibition. I'd be able to add code to the script action.
    who's going to restart the application after a certain period of time (say 5 minutes), if it has not interacted with that is the screen has not affected?

    I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this

    You can call a function when the idle time is 5 minutes and function reset everything that is appropriate for your application:

    var fiveMin:int = 5 * 60 * 1000;

    var: timer = new Timer(fiveMin,0);

    timer.addEventListener (TimerEvent.TIMER, resetAppF);

    Timer.Start ();

    this.addEventListener (MouseEvent.MOUSE_DOWN, resetTimerF);

    function resetTimerF(e:MouseEvent):void {}

    Timer.Reset ();

    Timer.Start ();

    }

    function resetAppF(e:TimerEvent):void {}

    do all reset your app

    }

  • Transparency with action script

    I have a swf file and I want to give a transparent background on the stage. I understand that it is possible to give it transparency through the HTML publish setting using the ' transparent windowless "property.
    However, I wanted to know if there is an actionscript property to give the same effect of transparency to the scene. like the opactiy or something (sorry, that I may be wrong)

    The thing is I have an external preloader that loads the swf content and when it is loaded, the stadium loses its transparency.
    any help please with action script on transparency?

    As mentioned, that there is no bottom in a loaded SWF file. Unless you EXPLICITLY put a layer in your document with a background on the subject, it is transparent. You can load SWF 500 inside another, you will never get a background of any of them.

    The sole purpose of context is if the original HTML wrapper was not established transparent windowless.

    Your problem is elsewhere, trust us. Look for something, a background of drawing in one of your movies, because something is without doubt.

  • Call an action of the user from a plugin

    Hello

    Is it possible to call an action performed by a user, if so how can I get it back (by his name?) and it is possible to define some of the arguments of the action?

    Thank you

    Here's an example of how the PlayActionEvent method can be used:

    ASErr

    AIArtHandleModifier::Rasterize()

    {

    Result AIErr = kNoErr;

    AIActionParamValueRef valueParameterBlock = NULL;

    ActionDialogStatus dialogStatus = kDialogOff;

    Try

    {

    result = sAIActionManager-> AINewActionParamValue (& valueParameterBlock);

    aisdk::check_ai_error (result);

    If (valueParameterBlock)

    {

    set values of valueParameterBlock (params) before calling

    PlayActionEvent method.

    It is up to you to put

    result = sAIActionManager-> PlayActionEvent ("ai_plugin_rasterize", dialogStatus, valueParameterBlock);

    aisdk::check_ai_error (result);

    result = sAIActionManager-> AIDeleteActionParamValue (valueParameterBlock);

    aisdk::check_ai_error (result);

    }

    }

    catch (HERE: error & ex)

    {

    Do something with this!

    }

    return the result;

    }

    Kind regards

    Thomas.
