  • Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard keys malfunction after reload of software Windows 7 64 bit.

Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 4000 and 2000 models both have swapped the functions to shift 2, shift of single quotation marks, backslash shift and shift 3.  Each keyboard seems to have the same problem.  Occurred after having to reload the software 64-bit Windows 7.  RELOADED software for keyboards and still does not help. Had to reload windows and keyboard software after that caused windows crash errors.

  • Microsoft 1025 standard wireless optical mouse model

I have a microsoft 1025 standard wireless optical mouse model. The right button has stopped working. Is used in conjunction with Microsoft Wireless MuliMedia keyboard 1.1 model 1014. They came as a package. Have removed the mouse cktbd switch and tested for continuity. Test failed. Others have found in the forums with similar but not same prob.

Here are a few solutions that I came up with.

    1. New mouse and wireless keyboard (really don't want to)
    2. Replace the switch if possible (can do if I can a provider)
    3. Use the mouse to odifferent if same freq (not likely)
    4. Purchase used one, if one is (also unlikely)
    5. Suggestions appreciated

  • Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 7000

    Hello

I have a 7000 Microsoft Natural wireless laser mouse that I bought as part of a package with a keyboard. The problem I have is the mouse didn't cause the Web page, I've been to zoom in 1000% without me clicking on it, I would like to get back to 100% but he would do it again, it would start then zoom in with all the way to 25%. Also, I can't click on the red x to close a window. On my desktop mouse has already made something as if I dragged something to move. It also uses the left button as if it were a right-click opening things while all the other buttons do nothing. I checked al the configuration and the buttons are assigned correctly. I'm really confused and it is difficult to explain (its like the mouse that has a mind of its own), but I tried everything from changing batteries, uninstalled the software and put it back in place and even move the receiver to another USB port wireless. I have no more ideas about what I can do to make my mouse works normally again. Please could you contact me and advise on what I can do then, as it is very frustrating and practically impossible to use the computer with the mouse behaves as it is.

    Thank you

    Hello

Test the product on another computer:

To help you determine if the problem is due to your computer or device, try the mouse on another computer.

  • My Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse does not communicate with the Transceiver.

After the return from a road trip, I plugged my Miccrosoft wireless optical mouse and keyboard. At first, communicate with my Toshiba Satellite laptop, but the keyboard now works. The mouse works sporadically if I push the reset button on the Transceiver and he travels the three lights. When I check the State of the mouse, it shows good batteries (I replaced the still) and the right signal. The computer apparently see the mouse, but somehow the orders do not get through the ARVA. Any ideas?

    Hi Peter,.

What is the model number of the Microsoft Wireless Optical mouse?

I suggest you try to connect the transceiver to another port. Then check the behavior of the device. By trying the receiver on a different port, you can eliminate all the problems affecting the port itself.

You can access the links below and follow the steps described in section troubleshooting problem mouse Microsoft Wireless on your computer and check to see if it helps you solve the problem.

  • Replacing the old Standard Wireless Optical Mouse... can new mouse- or even model work with old receiver (mouse/keyboard)?

I have a model 1025 MS Standard Wireless Optical Mouse that has a flashing click function (it often does register any). It is part of a game that uses a keyboard with the same (office-puck-type computer) wireless receiver. I would only replace the mouse with all that is the closest current model (or maybe I can find a refurb or exact same model used, if need be).

QUESTION: The interchangeable receivers for a given model, or that they can be used with only one unit (mouse) specific?

I'm guessing that they refer to the receiver, otherwise with a range of 300 ft, chaos would result in an office full these. But maybe also this "overlay" is insider manually first handshake which is known later. If so, then there's a chance? My mouse: model 1025 p/n X 800127-113

The BIGGEST QUESTION, then maybe: a current 1000 series mouse will work with the receiver old (my model is more made, apparently)? Thank you!

It depends on the frequency that work on the mouse and the base.  I tried to find info on your old mouse and there is nothing available.  I think would be best to simply select a new wireless mouse.  It will come with a wireless receiver dongle that you can plug into a USB port.  I think you'd have a very hard time finding a new mouse that will use the same exact frequency as the old configuration.  If you're short USB ports to plug an extra dongle you can always buy a USB hub for next to no money. • The Microsoft 3500 wireless mobile mouse settings do not work.

Original title: the mouse settings do not work.

I had a mouse Microsoft Optical Wheel for several years and several computers.  I got the wheel button double-click on the value.  The mouse does not so I had to buy a replacement.  I found a Microsoft 3500 wireless mobile mouse, I couldn't find a wired mouse anywhere.  I downloaded the center of control of the mouse and adjust wheel double-click button.  It is not double-click.  The setting is in the program, the rest of the mouse buttons work ok, but he won't just double-click even if the program says it is how it is defined.  Windows 7 Edition home premium, door of entry DX4860.

I guess Microsoft has known there was a problem after all, the last batch of automatic updates seems to have fixed.

  • A Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2000 work with a 1.0 Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop receiver?

Original title: MS Wireless Optical Mouse 2000.

    Hi all

A Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2000 work with a 1.0 Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop receiver?

It will work with a 2.1 Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop receiver. So maybe the operating frequencies are different?

    Thank you
    Terry

Since then I've been able to solve my problem.

It seems that mouse, when you buy as a set of office, are "coded" somehow work with the receiver for this game. A little logic, I guess.

So thank you for the interest of all.

  • lost to microsoft wireless optical mouse usb connector - is it possible to continue using the mouse without the USB?

I lost the usb connector for my 2000 microsoft wireless optical mouse for my laptop to recognize it.  Y at - it a download for my wireless laptop, so I can still use this mouse or is it still possible without the USB?

    Hi TA68.

    ·         Are you referring to transmitter/receiver for the wireless mouse?

If so, you won't might be able to use the mouse, unless you have the device. See the following article for more information.

  • HP wireless optical mouse: wireless optical mouse broken

HI - My Mom just dropped the wireless optical mouse that came with the HP Envy 23 "touchscreen all-in-one.  The mouse no longer works.

Both the keyboard and the mouse are wireless and use a shared USB receiver.  The keyboard still works but the mouse does not work.

I guess it is not repairable, so here's my question: when I buy a new mouse, do I have to buy a new USB receiver as well?  Otherwise, the new mouse will automatically work with the current USB receiver?

Thanks in advance for any help/ideas that anyone can provide!

    Belloc66

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

A wireless mouse, you buy, in itself, will come with its own wireless receiver.

When you buy a keyboard/mouse combo, they come with a single receipt that works for both.

The new mouse MIGHT work with your existing receiver - the only way to know is to try it.

  • Re: How to uninstall software wireless optical mouse?

    Mr. / Ms.

I bought a genius wireless optical mouse and I went back because it does not work, the problem, the mouse software remained in my programs folder. So I tried to uninstall the software for the mouse, but I get the message that says "" I should have a special authorization in order to remove the software from the mouse in the folder C: / / ""
Any solution do you know what type of permission that I should have! to remove this software.
I think that if I had the CD of the mouse I have uninstalled easily, but I n ' have the CD.
But still, I don't think that you need a CD to uninstall a software on your computer.

    Any suggestion please.

    Thank you

    Hello

Should give us a little more information than we can help so that notebook and OS make you have?
    What mouse do you have?

Normally, you can uninstall a software application if you go into control-online adding Panel & remove programs. Select the software for the mouse then click on uninstall.

If it doesn t work you need a special program. Therefore, I prefer CCleaner. You can also remove programs with this cold, you can clean the Windows registry and system files. It s very useful and can make your Windows faster.
    Check this box: http://www.ccleaner.com/

  • Is a Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 a plug-in replacement for the supplied mouse as part an integral of the Wireless optical Desktop Pro?

    Hello

    Question title:

Is a Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 a plug-in replacement for the supplied mouse as part an integral of the Wireless optical Desktop Pro?

I have spoecifically need to know if it has exactly the same features of the IntelliPoint and know if it will work with the transmitter/receiver provided with the Optical Desktop Pro wireless.  I know that the OM 5000 is provided with its own transmitter/receiver, but I don't want to have more than one on my desk.

    Thank you

    Boo

    Hope this information is useful.

Well it is obviously not useful to say that you do not know!

Let me know if it worked.

For someone else who has a problem with the IntelliMouse provided as part of the Wireless Optical Desktop Pro (which is a Wireless Intellimouse Ex plorer 2.0 is told by the way), then they may be interested to know that the Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 works very well with the dongle WODP although the pointer speed necessary to decline slightly with one I had.
