Once activated, the busy greeting will be played if the call comes with redirect because of Busy. The Standard greeting will continue to play for any other reason to redirect (for example no response). You can use the CallViewer on the unit to follow the news of the call, including the reason for redirection, which receives the phone system unit.

    You're on target, if you only on IPCCX server, you can create a list/Fighter/fighter pilot group online that lists the extensions, and under the CTI Route Point pointing to the Application IPCCX in the cover/Destination towards the front of the non-response and the default enter the DN fighter pilot. Make sure that the CSS of the ITC RP has access to the Partition of fighter pilot, if not then assign correct CSS under the calling search space is filed next to the call before extensions.

    I am currently under a double integration in my transition to IP telephony. In my current sitiation, we run a Nortel Meridian 1 Option 81C PBX as well as Cisco CallManager 4.0. They are both integrated with Cisco Unity 4.0. Our problem is that our IP phones are able to dial * then the extension and leave a message without ringing the phone. PBX users, however, are not able to do. This becomes a growing problem that we're driving on the conversion of the voicemail. A local Cisco engineer hold me it is possible to install it for the for the PBX numbering plan, but opposed our PBX technician. Can anyone send me an example of how to get this feature for all phones. Thanks in addvance.

    Nortel phones have a similar feature with the old voicemail system? Or users see this as a new feature that comes with the migration? On the side of CCM unit, it's really a feature of the telephone system. Unit is not something special for her.     You want to communicate with your carrier. Your means of troubleshooting access to your voicemail only unit is extremely limited because it is a managed function of carrier.

    You can try to reboot your iPhone or resetting network settings through settings > general > reset, but I doubt he will bare much fruit. It is more than likely that's going to be a conversation with the carrier that suits him.

    No codes for 3rd not part of SIP phones, no way to do it. Or for that matter, not even for Cisco phones, other than the CFA.

    Something other than CFA must be done via CCMadmin or CCMuser to any type of phone.

    In a future HD architecture implementation, the voice service will provide CallManager 5.0, that will integrate with 4.5 of the IPCC. 4.5 (required with 5.0 CM) IPCC does implement a high availability. How can we ensure that technical support continues to operate if the IPCC goes down? One possibility might be to configure CM such that if the IPCC goes down, all the number of help desk calls are automatically and immediately headed to a group (which includes all extensions help desk). This redirection can be configured in CM? Is there a better option?

    I have overlapping 4-digit DNs, so I created XLate models to allow 4 digits to dial within cities, but the composition between with site specific codes assigned to each city 6-digit. I'm having is with MWIs. I can get the unit to send the string I want, but CCM does not pass through the analysis of numbers with all signs intact. See the attachment for more details.

    CCM = 4.0 (2A) SR2c (cluster of 2 servers)

    The unit = 4,0000 SR1 (unified w/failover)

    If there is a better way to maintain the composition in a DN 4-digit defined unoverlapping the area and use the composition for between 6-digit sites...

    In my view, there is a service parameter in CCM called MultiTenantMWIMode that you must enable. This is mentioned in the guides for the integration of the CCM unit. It is part of the process "To Set Up the Voice Mail Service settings of the server" in the section "programming of the Cisco CallManager phone system.

    The new price in modifier I think will just allow you to specify the new price to be used instead of the price from the price list. I read that I can not specify modifier form of Promotion, I understand it correctly? This should be the best place for calculate us the price of our requirement.

    I checked this and read the user Oracle Advanced Pricing Guide. I can't use the formula if the type modifier is promotional voucher and line level. I create right now of the workaround is to create line Discount that uses a formula and within the formula, do the manipulation and then pass a new price for each item.

    We have a VMware ESXi 3 hosts 4.1 with two Equallogic ps4000 infrastructuer, an AIRLOCK and one with SATA drives.

    It is connected with 2 switches, where everything is connected, so redundancy "should" work.

    On ESXi server, we have 8 network ports, in vCenter, we used 2 NICs for the management and vmotion, 2 for iScsi traffic and 2 for network access VLAN.

    Some time ago, one of our switches failed, and all the VM rebooted because they lose the connection, 2-3 minutes later they came back on the use of the other switch, but it should not happen. I did a little research and discovered that perhaps consolidation of NETWORK cards has not been configured no doubt.

    On vSwitch 2 where will my Iscsi traffic, I used a VMkernel port on both network adapters, it should work, right? What have I done wrong? Someone has an idea, what configuration should be placed on the consolidation of NETWORK cards to do this work.

    After a bit of trouble, I clicked on change properties on vSwitch 2, clicked VMkernel port ISCSi, hget to exepotions political in nic teaming configuration. Failover detection network: Link status notification only, switches: Yes, the failback: No.

    When I disconnected the cable, vmwares worked, when I unplugged the swich, RM of vm.     Bit of an old thread, but in the possibility it has not been resolved, here's your answer:

    With Equallogic units, you will need to configure a vmkernel by physical uplink port.

    1 vSwitch

    2 unique physical network (vmnic3, for example vmnic4) cards

    2 vmkernel ports

    -vmk1-> override set failover of vmnic3 active and vmnic4 unused

    -vmk2-> override unused vmnic4 set failover active and vmnic3

    Bind the vmkernel ports to the iscsi hba software and configure storage.  To improve the performance set up frames on all vswitches, switches and vmk.
