  Does anyone have a camera for Dalsa Falcon2 file? Also, in general, anyone who has used this camera before / have experience with it (versions 8 megapixels or 12MP)?

  I think to buy 2 of them and have a working file / tested camera is one of the criteria that we use on our decision (the other choice is the CleverDragon of Toshiba teli 12 M, who has been out for a while and CIM to day of the files easily available).

  I tried searching this forum, the camera files ftp directory OR (ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/imaq/camera_support/camera_files/digital/dalsa/), and industrial camera Advisor OR (http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/nipc.get_camera_list?p_camera_status=C&asid=1102) with no luck. I know that I can use the camera file generator to NOT do it myself, but since I don't have the camera in hand I cannot test this and don't have any experience to see if I could generate a CIM file that has really all the features of the camera enabled for MAX and the BT.

  I contact Dalsa through a provider of camera but I'm waiting for a response, if requested here in the meantime...

  For future reference, I learned of Dalsa this camera is not compatible with NI - hence lack of any camera files. According to Dalsa it uses the GenCP protocol that does not conform NOR / LV.

  I did some further research and found that, if the worm Software Digital Voice Editor 3.3 is compatible with Windows 7 OS, the recorder itself is not compatible with Windows 7 OS.

  However, you can try to transfer the files from the recorder to a computer with Windows 7 OS installed in it, using the stereo mini plug cable.
  Plug one end of the cable to the headphone jack of the recorder mini stereo jack.
  Plug the other end of the cable to the Microphone Jack on the computer.

  The specific cable supplied with your camera is currently unavailable on our website.  However, the cable is a standard type of cable that can be found almost everywhere.  Both an end has enlarged type connector and the other end has a mini type B connector, it should work.  You can try one of your local electronics retailers to see if they have such a cable in stock.

  I can't understand how to access the Camera Raw plugin for Photoshop elements 11 (on a Macbook Pro OSX.)  I recently installed 11 PES, and when I select "about plug-ins" within the app, it brings up a box shows version 7.1.0.354.  Does this mean that it is already installed?  If so, how can I access to edit a photo? In previous versions of PSE, I simply chose "open file / Camera Raw" but this option doesn't show up.
