  You do not have anti virus for Mac.   Review carefully on known sites and you should have no trouble.   Don't download questionable sites (Cnet, MacKeeper and similar).   If you are unsure about a site, ask here in the forums.

  Since you are always able to print from other applications, specifically other Microsoft Office applications, then it seems that the printer does not work as expected. This is good news!

  When you print from Outlook, make sure that your printer is turned on and that you have selected it in the print of confirmation dialog that appears when you start printing.

  If you continue to have problems after that, then it's probably a problem with Outlook, how I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft for support with their application.

  Hello! I have problems with what seems to be adware/malware on my Macbook Pro Retina Display. Thus, from a few days ago, Avast (my current antivirus software) has been giving me advice below:

  

  With various different sites in the part of the URL. According to a suggestion in another post on the forum, my fiancée and I installed MacScan on my laptop and ran a full scan of the system. He accused that I have two pieces of adware on my computer. To try to get rid of adware, I installed Malwarebytes. As expected, he said that I had two infections (both same referenced in my MacScan) and gave me the option to clean my computer. I did, and, during the execution of a second analysis, Malewarebytes claimed that I had more infections.

  My question is that, in order to verify a second time, I ran another MacScan and he said that the two pieces of adware still exist. However, their codes now changed to say: /. Trash/Malewarebytes removals.

  After sucessuflly firmware V1.2 update, I downloaded the memories of playing for Mac software. The download seems to work very well. But when I open the program, it would not. The symbol of loading (spinning wheel) keep spining and locked the Mac. I had to force quit to exit the program.

  May I ask if the problem persists after restarting the computer? What is the version of your OS? If you use the Mac OS X 10.10 and above, I recommend to uninstall the software and the driver loader download before reinstalling.

  NOTE: After you download the loader driver, restart the computer before reinstalling the software Home PlayMemories .
