    Hey

My HD Camileo P10 camcorder records HD, but when I play the recording in my media player in windows 7, it looks like an old VHS tape.

    Hey Buddy,

You have HD camcorder recording format? I ask this question because Camileo P10 also allows to record QVGA resolution, and it looks like an old VHS of resolution.

Also on the computer, right click on a video file of Camileo P10 and select Properties. Then choose the Details tab and check the width of the frame (for example 1280) and the height of the frame (for example, 720).
It would be a resolution HD and FHD resolution is 1920 x 1080.

    Hello

I have Toshiba Camileo H30-camera, how do I convert video files saved in FullHD mode in any format/good quality files that can be read by a DVD player?

When you left unconverted, they can't even read from the remote hard drive connected to the TV.

    Hello

You can use converter like AVCHD Converter applications.
This would convert AVCHD files to .avi format.

But AFAIK the VLC Player should support the AVCHD file format and you could use VLC player to play movies recorded in this format.

  • Camileo H30 Media Converter recognize fiels 1080 p 720 p

On the thing, I'm not understanding is why the camera can record 1080 p, but still the highest resolution of Media Converter to convert the files to is only 720 p?

It makes no sense at all. At the beginning and it off I'm disappointed that I can not just import directly from the camera into a video as Avid or Premiere Editor.
The video comes out of plain white. I have to use Media Converter, and then import them into the editing program which doubles just enough time for everything.

Explain the use of power shoot 1080 but not being is not able to keep it as 1080 p when you convert turned off the camera?

    Hello Vel_1,

as far as I know, the ArcSoft MediaConverter 3.0 comes with the Camileo H30.
I think that this kind of version of the software is limited to a maximum conversion up to 720 p.

  • Camileo H30 plays movies under Win XP

I recently bought a Camileo H30. I installed the AcrSoft software.
I also installed a VLC Player. the MediaPlayer10 need to Windows is up to date.
I run Windows XP Home Edition.

When I try and play the recorded videos either directly by the Camileo or drag and drop the files to the desktop, the result is the same. Players (Windows Media Player and VLC) freeze, and my mouse does not work.

I was told that I needed a H264 codec to play the video files on Windows Media Player 10.
So I downloaded that. Always the same problem occurred.

Can anyone give me any guidance on this?

Curiously, when I loaded the ArcSoft software on a computer with Windows Vista, the video files played without problems.

    Thank you!

    Hello

I m confused: why? Because you said:

    > When I try and play the recorded videos either directly by the Camileo or drag and drop the files to the desktop, the result is the same. Players (Windows Media Player and VLC) freeze, and my mouse is not working

and then you said the following:

    > Oddly enough, when I loaded the ArcSoft software on a computer with Windows Vista, the video files read without problem

Were you using ArcSoft software to read a movie too just Win XP turn or Vista?

First you must copy the movie files from camcorder to computer HARD drive. I recommend you to create a folder for these files.
I have the same camera and I inserted the SDHC card on my laptop in order to move the files. The full HD movies/files are saved in avi format. Usually, the Windows media player or VLC player should be able to play this type of file format.

I use the QuickTime. You can try to install this in order to test this drive.

How to get the video intro off my google home screen I already saw it, where is the firefox logo used to be. I started with the last update that I rebooted.

    Hello
to change the homepage when opening firefox-press 'Alt' and click on tools-> Options.

Main menu, you can change the URL.

If the problem persists, you can follow these simple steps:

Enter about: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Accept the message of 'dragons' to see the Advanced preferences screen. Use the above search box to enter the below pref.

You can assign an empty string to stop your Firefox to retrieve "extracts" and brandLogo changes the browser.aboutHomeSnippets.updateUrl pref. Right-click this pref and select Edit then clear the value as pref in the box that appears, and then click OK. Who will also disable "snippets" that appear under the container of the research on the default home page.

Then you must open the folder of your profile, via help > Troubleshooting Information > profile folder > > button view folder. Then close Firefox. Your profile file open with Firefox closed (Firefox '3-bar' menu key > exit/Quit), wait or two minutes, then remove the storage\moz-safe-about + home folder in the Firefox profile folder to remove the brandLogo and stored in IndexedDB code snippets to make Firefox use the default brandLogo and a defined default code snippet.

If you later change your mind about these changes, you can reset the pref browser.aboutHomeSnippets.updateUrl via the context menu and Reset allows to retrieve the default value using the storage\moz-chest-fort-about + home folder again.

  • Toshiba Camileo H30 SD card format?

    Hello

I have a Toshiba Camileo H30, and if I record more then 40 minutes, the camera will be 2 separate files.

Is it because of the file format? The SD card is formatted in FAT32 formatted by the camera. I know that in FAT32, the biggest file can be something like 4 GB.

Can I format the SD card to the NTFS format, the file can therefore be bigger? In this way, maybe the video may be longer and in a single file?

    Thank you!

PS: Good work with NTFS camileo will file system?

    > If I record more then 40 minutes, the camera will make 2 separate files.
    What resolution do you use?
    1 GB of files (1080 p) FH = 15 min of video
    1 GB of files (720 p) HD = 30 min of video

    > Will be good TV work with NTFS file system?
