Can anyone help to decipher these error messages?

I get about 3 of these errors about every 3 hours. I don't see any heavy activity during these periods. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello Xafods,
Total server ESX VMW rule triggers when latency latency of the total order (in other words, the time taken in the)
interval between two collections to treat a SCSI command issued by the guest virtual machine operating system or the sum of kernelLatency and deviceLatency, based on data from seven days before yesterday) a server ESX, physical disk exceeds the normal operating range.
The rule evaluates the condition based on the registry variable VMW:diskTotalLatency.fatal with the STANDARD value of 40.
