Can I have access to all data in sync, I sent the server from my PC?

I have synced data ff my laptop before reinstalling the system. After installation I imported my bookmarks from a file and I've synced it again. But it was an old file and I don't have my old favorites now. My first synchronization again on your servers data / my account? And I can access?

If you replaced the data on the server inadvertently using an old file to synchronize with, then the original data has been erased.

It's the same principle as downloading a file for which there is already one on your PC with the same name. A new replaces the old. If it didn't you would have never faced only ever have the original whenever you data synchronized.
