Several weeks, there was an update so that earlier versions of the player no longer have access to online services.   If you have placed the SWF files using the Annotations of Rich Media (content - multimedia - etc.) then you can ignore my notes on the portfolios and maps - refers to the system navigator in a Portfolio PDF. In your case, you will need to use one of the tools I've mentioned, or try to hand.

  I don't know of a Mac equivalent to surgeon or Can Opener. With effort, you can do the same thing manually:

  • Create a blank PDF and copy - paste into your SWF file using the select an object in Acrobat, if you do nothing else in the file to worry.
  • Use the preflight in Acrobat Pro to remove the compression of document structure and register again.
  • Open the PDF file in a text editor such as Notepad ++ that can manipulate binary data and extract the flow of the object relative to the SWF file (look for the binary data segment starting with "SCF" and ending before the word 'endstream' - delete all the rest above and below these lines. Makes no changes to the binary data and do not leave blank lines above the "CFS" or below the last binary character.
  • Save the data to a new file, give it a. SWF extension and you're done.

  I have a project with the following requirements.

  1. the main document is a great memory that contains more than 700 references, stored on a desktop Windows.

  2. There are has about 300 documents target, many of them confidential, all PDFs stored in the same folder.

  3. the main document contains several references to each target document.

  4. the product obtained will be sent to who knows how very demanding and not necessarily tech savvy lawyers.

  5. the desired behavior:

  The user clicks on a link in the main document and the target document opens in a new window to a specific page.

  #1 & #2 conditions excluded the use of tricks to open-to-a-specfic-page on the web.

  Condition #3 opposes set the preference of opening the target documents because I need at least 1000 documents as targets.

  I managed to reproduce the desired behavior, but it has been achieved by a function of trust at the level of the folders, but this solution cannot be implemented due to the Condition #4.

  I know it's possible because we receive a provider of PDF files that displays the desired behavior.

  Apparently the seller performed this miracle with a Custom Action called "go to a page in another document".

  "Go to a page in another document" Action has three steps:

  In the window that opens select "Go to a page view" action and click Next.

  A floating window appears with the Set"" button.

  Now open the other file you want to link to and highlight the desired

  location.

  Click on the button "link", and you're done.

  When I tried to save my e-mail messages to a flash drive, I lost all with their different folders.  They appear in my trash, or flash drive that I tried to copy them.  He had no problems in the backup in the flash drive various other documents to my computer with an operating system from Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 installed.

  I used the system restore to set up the computer to a previous state, before this problem occurs.  He did it so perfectly, except that e-mail messages Windows were still missing no matter how or where I looked.

  Here are three ways to restore the saved messages:

  1. start Windows Mail after you have reinstalled Vista, kill him and pass the content of the windows mail with the backup folder and restart Windows mail.
  2. before start Windows Mail, copy the folder saved in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows mail storage folder.
  3. start Windows Mail and import messages in the backup storage folder.
