  I am trying to take a screenshot with the HP Slate 21, but I am unable to find the combination of keys to the right of the do.

  Normally on Android is buttons Volume down with the power button or the Home (display) button and the power button.
  However, none of this seems to work. Can someone help me with the combination of right key or another way to do this?

  I also need it to be able to attend distance a user HP Slate 21 with TeamViewer, by getting the user to take a screenshot.

  Hey Kolby,

  I can confirm that the key combination is turn down the Volume + power using the buttons on the side of the slate 21.  You must make sure that you press exactly at the same time and hold them for about a second, as described by others in this thread.

  In addition to Veritas Aequitas comment, you can go to a search engine such as 'Bing' and type what you are looking for and select images.   But in regards to your public library, their IT Department could have blocked all access to that.

  For Windows 7 and operating systems newer, Windows clean cut tool is the utility program preferred to take screenshots.

  How can I take a screenshot of my app?, I think that two ways to do this, don't know which is the easier and possible:

  If you copy the screenshot in a Word file, it will be the default page of the word file size. It will be in a smaller size to fit into the Word file.

  However, if you want to open the full-size screen capture, you can use Microsoft Paint on Windows application.

  Are you sure that you reset the device in the right direction?

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
