  So if you had previously, they relied on the App Store with your AppleID.

  If yes then you can download them again from the shopping page in the Mac App Store.

  Name the folder (ex: vacation in Taos, NM)

  I gotcha! Here is the list of recent files that Reader displays at startup. You can change this in the preferences of Document Reader.

  1. Choose Edition > Preferences in Windows, or reader > preferences Mac OS.
  2. Click on the category of Documents.
  3. Enter 0 for the Documents in the recently used list.
  4. Click OK and restart Acrobat.

  If you wish, you can go back and enter something other than 0 for this parameter, once the list is allowed to go out.

  I've used this laptop (Windows Vista) about 500 hours in the 12-18 months (3 GB RAM & 320 GB HARD drive).  There are 65 PROGRAMS & FEATURES INSTALLED (for example, are 65 too in 12 to 18 months?) for a total of 2.48 GB.  Of the 65 programs & features, 15 were used "FREQUENTLY", three 3 were used "OCCASIONALLY" and all others, "RARELY."  The computer is Acer (c) and 244 GB free out of 286 GB.  The processor is 'Genuine Intel(r) CPU U2700 @ 1.30 GHz.  I would use this PC exclusively for WEB SURFING & YOU TUBE VIDEOS and especially of REARVIEW. TV (maybe there's another even better site for movies B & W '30 s, 40 s' & ' 50 s - I'm still doing research) to watch old Hollywood B & W movies.  I would appreciate any advice on what changes should I make of this laptop.

  Hey Joe,

  You can remove these unwanted programs by following these steps:

  (a) by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking programs, and then clicking programs and features, open programs and features .

  (b) select a program, and then click Uninstall.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

• PC Refresh has not left a folder on the desktop with programs that have been deleted

  I just did an update last night (laptop was very slow) and there is no list on my desk that shows which programs have been removed.  If this is on the C drive anywhere?  I don't mind writing what I had installed because the directions said that the record would be on my desk.  Help!

  Unfortunately, there is no other place removed programs may be listed. If you use the same Microsoft Account, you can visit the app Store and bought to see all applications installed via the store.

  This is based entirely on install of the how these programs were written.  In some cases they install from other than a DVD or CD, in others they do not.  Only those who have implemented these programs can respond.  If you have tried, and they do not work, you have two choices.  You can get the drive and install, or you can try to convince the company that puts it out of their programs to change.  Good luck with this last alternative.  :-)

  You should never uninstall an application by going to C:\Program Files and simply delete the application folder.

  If there is no link "Uninstall" in the entry of the application in the start menu > all programs, you must uninstall it by going to control panel > Add / Remove programs.  Select the application and click the "Uninstall" button

  Well that does not mention the body of your question by using the control panel > Add / Remove Programs, the subject line is.  So, if in fact you tried that method and iMesh is not listed there, then either

  Reinstall iMesh and see if it then appears in Control Panel > Add / Remove programs

  or

  Free download Revo Uninstaller.  Stop iMesh as described and then use Revo to uninstall.
