  Yes, usable only between the same dynamic link versions products. You can complete rditing and export a first Pro CC and take it to After Effects for further editing, but dynamic linking is not possible in this case.

  We are sorting on our ranking system and want to be able to move files and rushes to new places without losing the links between them, is their way to do this? When using InDesign you compress a file, and it creates a folder of fonts and links, something like that would be useful.

  The device you use Nikon D5 is supported with Camera Raw 9.5 and above, you need the latest version of Photoshop.

  As Photoshop CS6 will not update later that Camera Raw 9.1.1, or you can install the DNG Converter and convert the NEF files to DNG, and then use them in Photoshop.
