Can new Acrobat DC integrates with Word 2010 to merge to PDF?
I have a form of fusion and mailing that I use every month to send certificates. Currently I have Acrobat X Pro that integrates with Word 2010 to allow me to click on a button to merge all my folders individual documents in PDF format and send everyone on the appropriate recipient. (It's amazing)!
Does this feature exist in XI Acrobat or Acrobat DC?
According to this page (web browsers and applications of PDFMaker) the PDFMaker plugin of XI and DC is compatible with Office 2010, while this feature is still available, even when you upgrade to these versions.

How can I continue to use acrobat 9 pro with office 2010

Perhaps, but these forums are on Adobe software, this isn't the right place to ask this question.

I currently use PS5 and LR5. If I subscribe to CC PS these new programs it integrates with my older versions, or I would have then two versions of each program on my computer?
If you install the creative Cloud versions, you will have then two versions of the two. You can uninstall the old ones if you don't need two versions of each, but you must first disable them if you ever want to use them on another computer.

change suddenly in the front and back with Word 2010 and JO 8600 Pro printer
I have been successfully using Word 2010 and my Officejet Pro 8600 - to set duplexing if necessary.
I used printing without margins to print 8.5 X 11 brochure and was happy with the result (no white space on both sides).
However, this somehow messed up the original settings and I am unable to print in duplex mode now. The only option is "manually print on Both Sides.
Help!
Sunshyn, I can still double-sided of MS Word my other printer... I have a Canon laser as well.
I have Windows.
I think I have the solution... I couldn't change the settings of the print window. But I did enter the printer via the control panel and found the same parameters, but also found the apply"" button. Then I "applied" my desired settings and things are fine.
However, it is a little confusing because he wasn't the "Apply settings" button in the menu printing, so wouldn't change.
Now I know that go through the menu of the printer, the print document settings.
Thanks for following up... I think I'm OK for now.

It is possible to work with Word 2003 to export to PDF?
I have Word 2003. Export to PDF is possible to work with it, or do I have to get the latest version of Word? Impression on the conversions does not just at times.

Thank you. It seems that is what it will take, unless I update for Word 2007 at least.

Acrobat DC incompatible with Word 2016 Mac
I have Word 2016, and I can say that create PDF file from Word 2016 file does not work with the desktop version of Acrobat DC at all. It doesn't have the application Acrobat DC, and it does not work if you are in Word and try to print > save as Adobe PDF. Error messages abound, Acrobat freezes and it also opens multiple copies of Word with the document you are trying to create appearing as having no content. I was on the phone yesterday for an hour with someone from Adobe support. This is a total no-go.
The only option - and it's a bad - is at convert Word 2016 files to PDF with Acrobat DC creative Cloud version. The problem with this is that Acrobat does a font substitution wild - as a substitute with weird fonts cursive and other, even if you created the original Word document using Typekit font.
Anyone explores these issues further and stretched identical or different conclusions? I'm always within 14 days of the purchase of the Acrobat DC membership and think to cancel.
In fact, Adobe knows, but Christopher is not an Adobe employee and doesn't know. There's probably confusion between 2016 of office for Mac OS, as you say, released in July and office 2016 for Windows which does not yet been released.
That being said, office 2016 for MacOS is released after update for DC Acrobat has been finalized and this support was so not able to be fully understood and supported. Suppose that the next Acrobat DC update (probably in October) that will include support.

Conversion Word 2010 document to a PDF in Acrobat XI form
1. when the available form fields are created by Acrobat, some are in areas I have has no intention of being "complete" and some intended to "fill" have been neglected for form fields. How do I add/remove form to fill in form fields?
2. If my intention is to have a field to be completed, the originating process of Word should have a blank space (i.e., a white table row or column) in order to be identified and captured as an interactive form field?
3 once the PDF form is finished, a user need any particular version of Adobe Acrobat to access and fill out the form to fill out?
Thank you!
Tools-> forms-> Edit
Select the fields that you want to remove, and then press the delete key. You can use the add field new to add additional fields. Yes to have an empty space or underscore area will tend to indicate to Acrobat you want to a text or a box to be used, but if you want a different domain type, you need to create your own field.

How can I add text to a Word document to an existing PDF which is my letterhead?
I have a paper to header company created to a PDF file. I want to add text of letters to the letterhead, but don't know how. Help, please.
Hi tatestar1,
You would need Acrobat to edit the header of your PDF, or add text to any application used to create the header in the first place and then recreate the PDF file. If you have the source file, then the latter may be easier.
Best,
Sara

Acrobat pdfmaker com addin for word 2010 crashes when processing large files
I try to use pdfmaker com plugin for word 2010 to create a PDF document. Whenever I have try and create the document, the addin acrobat crashes Word.
I tried to do this on x 86 and x 64 machine and it failed twice at around the point about even (during/immediately after determining the bookmarks).
The document is large (862 pages, 2425 bookmarks, 311 300 DPI graphic, for a total size of the 49.2MiB file)
I can generate the PDF by printing only, but the question of the use of the pdfmaker is so that we will not have to perform 2.5 K manual reticulations.

Set up the new printer and printing from Word 2010
Printing documents to default tray 2 works fine, but when you try to print an envelope in Tray 1 it always says that we must put the envelopes in tray 2 even if in the shortcuts in printing preferences, we have selected 1, tray with envelopes, for this document.
Also tried auto select paper source and no change. What would be ideal, that's what we had with our old HP printer where you click on print and it went to the default (tray 2) Letter/A4 paper tray, but if you put something in the manual feeder (Tray 1) it would print automatically on this site until he missed and then switch back to the main tray (tray 2).
Pulling my hair out over the new printer so any help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW.
Tried to file a case of pension, put in the serial number and it says this product not supported by this site, click here to go to HP enterprise. Tried to submit a case of pension to enterpise and got the same message pointing me back the first page, so just round in circles, I can still apply for assistance.Hello
I understand that you are having trouble with printing to different trays on a PageWide Pro printer. I want to help you with this. There are two pieces to this puzzle - the printer settings & settings on the computer (in an additional post, I'll add more details)
PageWide Pro has the ability to support your ideal scenario.
What would be ideal is what we had with our old HP printer where you hit print and it went to the default letter/A4 paper tray (tray 2) but if you put something in the manual feed (tray 1) it would print automatically on that instead until it ran out and then switch back to the main tray (tray 2).
The printer settings
- Tray 1 set to any size and any Type
- Configure tray 2 (+ other trays) to the paper size and type in the status bar
- Configure the status bar by opening / closing the tray and using the size/Type prompt - provided it clears any existing stored measured value.
- Manual feed set to OFF (manual feed replaces the Printer Auto Select Paper Source setting) (not a factor based on your description)
Driver settings
- The important thing is that your print job is sent using the configuration of driver Paper Source>printer Auto Select.
- Make sure that paper in the word document settings match the status bar settings previously configured on the printer
At the beginning of the print job, if the media is present in the Tray 1 (Any/Any value) and the print job is sent "Printer Auto Select", tray 1 we'll pick first until the media runs. (The printer will assume that you have placed media in Tray 1 which corresponds to printing)
However, if the media is placed in the Tray 1 in the middle of a printer Auto Select print job, media will be very probably not selected. It is important to maintain the consistency of the size of the print media & type.
Kind regards
Jay

Mail merge in Word 2010 for Adobe PDF maker, emails
Acrobat 9 Pro doesn't seem to properly intergrate with Word 2010 on Windows 7 64 - bit OS. Version XI that will correct? If yes how can I spend?
9 of Acrobat PDFMaker and Office 2010 are not compatible.
For Office 2010, you would need Acrobat x (or XI) PDFMaker.
See:

How to keep the correct margins/page size when you convert a Word 2010 PDF document?
I searched the Internet far and wide in order to understand why, when converting a Word 2010 document in PDF format in Windows 7 (via Adobe Distiller 9.5.5316), the top and bottom of the resulting PDF margins are automatically increased (which reduces the content on the page a bit) despite having consistently and everywhere the value paper A4 in Word 2010 and Adobe default PDF settings. It's almost as if distilling is stubbornly scaling the document to a different page size any of the parameters are specified.
I solved this problem in previous versions by simply unchecking scaling print in Microsoft Word or distill. "In Word 2010, do you this through: file-> Options-> advanced, and then clear the paper sizes 'Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11' setting ' in the Print section.
Today it is not so simple. I suspect that there is some chipping page or by default will sizing on but where and how to change it?
I have to say that the years of updates Adobe seems to have two different products Adobe for creating files PDF. the above mentioned distill as long as Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended-(v. 9.5.5). However, they use the same default settings of PDF from Adobe by specifying the format of A4 paper.
I think I have seen/inspected all of the parameters available to specify page sizes and scale - Adobe used to provide the add-in PDFMaker for Word, which manifested itself in a Word called "Acrobat" tab, and, we could see PDF settings, but this tab disappeared for a long time with a previous update to Acrobat. I tried to make this tab reappear in Word, but nothing helped.
I also confirmed the size settings for correct page for Brother printers both Adobe in the dialog Windows 7 "devices and printers".
The stones left to chance? Thank you.
Print scale is always an option in Acrobat. Adobe continue to change the name. Look closely. Looking for options like "fit to page".

BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 is supposed to be able to work with MS Word 2010. I get an error that macros are not enabled that others had referred and then tried to return to Word 2007. Is there an update or the fix available to work with Word 2010?
I have worked with RTF model using 2010, the only problem so far, I've met is in the Alt for Images text as Word 2010 prefaced the statement url with Description: or title: The solution is to re - edit the document in version 2007 and save.
Kind regards
Nicolas
