  Thank you led.  I managed to find another staff member of Benedict who helped erase the activation crashed computers CS3.  He crashed twice in the past two years, and I guess that the two installs exhausted my limit of 2 use even though it was really on the same computer.  In any case everything is ok now but thanks for your help too Nelson

  In 2011, I bought Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended Student and Teacher Edition (Mac, English) for download, but now I have reinstall it on my computer and I can't seem to find where to download the student/teacher edition in particular, that the normal version (that I tried for the heck of it and found that it does not accept my serial number). Any help in order to find this version would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  The only difference between the normal and student/teacher is normally in the license, not the software.  Make sure that you try to use the serial number on the version correct appointed suite.

  I have a LCD monitor connected to my laptop and I can adjust is no longer the size of the image on the screen.  I have a HP g7 and the monitor is an Acer.  It worked fine for months and yesterday, I have somehow changed the settings and now it no longer displays other settings to get back where I was. I use windows 7.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

  The monitor must have a CD to go with it. Please reinstall the driver (even they say P-n-P, I always Plug and Pray) that CD and try again

• Can no longer change links

  I have a lot of documents in format Word sent containing hundreds of links to external Web pages. The documents must be converted to PDF format AND once in PDF format, I need to change each link to force it to open it in a new window.

  I used to be able to simply change the PDF and the link to a javascript that would force the link to open in a new window.  However, only within the last week, when I try to edit my PDF, nothing stands as a link that can be edited more. There is a link here because displaying the PDF file in Acrobat or Reader show the link is there and it works.

  I'm converting from Word using the built-in Acrobat PDF Maker, have not changed Word preferences and use Acrobat Pro 10.1.16.

  What has changed? Why can I no longer edit the link and change on my javascript?

  After that I posted my question on what converter, I realized that you had to do your initial question. Sorry about that. I just did a quick test with my Acrobat X and it works correctly. What version of Word and operating system do you use?

  I would try to repair my installation of Acrobat. For versions of Windows, Acrobat, you can do this by selecting the function "Fix" in the Help menu of Acrobat. Which modifies the behavior of the links?

• How to change a photoshop CS5 ext in the Configurator for CS6

  I am very new to the position of Manager and Configurator.

  I have a "home-made" ext Panel, made for CS5. He appears in the two EXT MGR for CS5 and MGR EXT for CS6. The group is active in CS5 and CS6.

  I would like to change so that the Panel takes up the UI that I use with CS6. From now the Panel has a bright white background that I find annoying.

  I can't find a way to edit any extension Configurator 3.1.1 maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for the wrong thing.

  Configurator cannot modify the exported extension. If you have the expert group created by Configurator 2 source file, is a file with the extension "PDC", you can open this file gpc with Configurator 3 and upgradge the gpc for CS6 file.

• Since the installation of Firefox 18.0 I can no longer edit text correctly in Facebook or Word Press. After entering text, I can no longer change it.

• I can no longer get into photoshop and get an error about msvcp120.dll.  Lightroom works fine

  I can't have in photoshop and I get an error message "msvcp120.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.  Lightroom works fine.  Any ideas?

  I am able to solve my problem of duplication of assets among the model files by sending the model with the original asset to Photoshop, conversion of assets into a library object and in Adobe Comp then apply for other compositions. It may be one day everything is possible within the model, but for now, this workflow has worked for me.
